The 3 yr old Goodman 16 seer AC unit installed by Goettl stopped working Tuesday night. Jacoby is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, respectful, patient, answered all our questions and gave us a few recommendations to keep the units clean from debris. Disappointed that the hard start went bad on a 3 yr old Goodman unit, parts covered by 10 year Goodman warranty, labor not included.
