Today was a Goettl party at my house. Brent and Colni were here for hvac and plumbing maintenance. I learned quite a bit from both of them. Turns out I NEEDED a new PRV pressure reducing valve, mine was letting too much pressure into my house which would have eventually caused issues with pipes and more. It had already contributed to my beater heater being ready to retire as well. Same day Zach came out. One long day but all done now.

Honest and transparent. Another company who actually installed the unit in our New Construction home flat out lied to us and said we needed a new blower. Turns out the filter was just dirty and Jerod from Goettl came out and immediately diagnosed the issue, saving us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary labor and parts. I was having issues with my AC System occasionally freezing up, and booked their ac maintenance special. Their technician, Chris, came out the following day and gave the whole system a good looking over and cleaning. He found the issue… which was an old filter that had somehow gotten jammed up into the blower unit, restricting airflow. It was all very professional and prompt service. I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need HVAC service.
