His father was a Goettl dealer in Las Vegas who admired the longevity and quality of Goettl products. After dealing with a chronic sewage drainage problem for 4 plus years, and having several services unable to properly diagnose it, and implementing temporary fixes, the Goettl team of Greg and his apprentice Luis quickly found the source of the issue and repaired it. We have had estimates from other firms to fix this for over $1,200 and this team did the job for under 25% of that. I recommend Goettl Plumbing services (specifically tech Junior Gonzalez) without reservation. I had a (leak) problem that thankfully wasn’t too too serious. Goettl was able to schedule a same day appointment and it was tech Junior Gonzalez to the rescue! He was polite, friendly and professional and listened to my (inexpert) description of the problem. After he inspected the issue, he explained the problem and specifically what the solution would entail. He took care of the issue quickly and professionally, including before and after video clips of the work that were sent to me with my receipt. I had an appointment for someone to come out today 12/20/25 to give me a complimentary heat and AC unit inspection today. The appointment time was 9:00-1:00. I received a text at 8:15 am saying that the tech would be here in 50 min and they were. Amanda was her name. She was very polite, personable and professional. Amanda explained what she was there to do for me. She took pictures of her findings and showed them to me and explained what the picture was of and what she recommended be done. She then explained to me that she had spoken to her supervisor and they went over the pictures and her recommendations and that he would like to speak to me about what the two of them recommend, and the cost associated with it. We spoke over the phone and he explained to me that because of the age of the unit and the things Amanda saw and took pictures of, he would recommend a full replacement of my 4 ton heat pump unit. I told him I couldn't do that at this time so we went over the options of what needs to be done very soon and the cost. I asked him to please send both estimates to me so I can show them to my husband and we would decide what to do and I would get back to them next week with our decision. Parker did not jump to an immediate conclusion based on the brief synopsus we provided. He began a deliberate, slow, evaluation. It was obvious he was following a definite process. After a time, he explained what the problem was as well as it was NOT. He provided photos to support his conclusion. He repaired the leak and fixed connections, and repaired something previously done incorrectly in the unknown past. He was done before we had to leave for a prior equipment. I feel confident in the quality of work, as I always am when I have to call Goettl for something.

Helped take down some child gates and then helped replace them when done. Always kept me informed of status and explanation of findings. Goettl may be on the costly side but well worth it. Communication is great and Smart Sadie program is great.

I called them out as my 3 year old gas heat wasn’t working. So Josias Richardson climbs in my attic and finds a burnt wire that tripped the breaker that shut off my heat. But the reason the wire burnt is because the gas shut off valve in the unit wouldn’t close all the way! So I believe that he is my hero as something really bad could have happened!! The part was under warranty but the labor was over $500.

CalelinTaylor came to perform annual plumbing inspection. We have our home systems inspected annually. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and treated us a valuable customer. He found an issue with our hot water heater and made a recommendation that could possibly prolong the life of the appliance and take care of a function regarding efficiency as well as flushing the sediment that was building up. We agreed with the recommendation and he performed the work. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit.
I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons.
When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items.
The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company.
A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly.
Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days.
These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going.
Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol.
Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them.
I really would recommend you contacting them and get on that membership before you actually need them. Thank you, Josh and chris and unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the female technician that came out and changed our filters but she was awesome also!

We had no hot water and water was leaking out of the tank. I called Goettl at 10:00 and by 1:00, a tech arrived and confirmed that my hot water heater was toast. He put in a call and the company sent Mark to install a new hwh. Both men were extremely courteous and professional.

I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.

Mike from Goettl plumbing repaired a water line that had burst under the house. He came out right away and did a great job. I believe damage from the pipe break was kept to a minimum. I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be.
