We had our air conditioning unit installed in March 2020 and it always felt like it wasn’t working quite right. Had a few service technicians out but they could never find anything wrong. It wasn’t until technician Alexander C. came out yesterday and found the problem. A wire going to the heating unit was not connected causing both the heater and air conditioning unit to not work properly. Now our home is comfortable again.
