GOETTL BRINGS “KINDNESS IN THE AIR” INITIATIVE TO PHOENIX, BOLSTERING COMMUNITY SUPPORT


Phoenix, Ariz., Feb. 28, 2025 — Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a leader in HVAC and plumbing services, is proud to announce the launch of its Kindness in the Air initiative in Phoenix, Arizona. As a cornerstone of the company’s broader Goettl Gives initiative, this program underscores Goettl’s commitment to uplifting the communities it serves through meaningful support and outreach.

Goettl Gives is built upon four key pillars: supporting veterans, aiding children, assisting pets, and ensuring access to clean water. Through Kindness in the Air, Goettl expands its mission beyond home comfort services by partnering with Sinclair Broadcast Group to highlight and support local nonprofit organizations that are making a difference in Phoenix communities. The initiative includes a financial contribution and a televised appearance to raise awareness for each featured cause.

Martin Alamaguer Morones did an absolutely exceptional job repairing our attic. From start to finish, his professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were outstanding. He clearly explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations.

The quality of Martin’s workmanship is top-tier, and it’s obvious he takes great pride in his work. He was punctual, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and in perfect condition. The repairs were done right the first time, giving us complete peace of mind.

Mathew and Jose C. came to our rescue when a mouse was obliterated by the fan in our outdoor unit. They cleaned and check the unit to make sure nothing was loose or damaged. Mathew has always been honest and upfront about any cost before doing the job. They have been here before and we trust Mathew, Jose, and Goettl with our AC and plumbing needs (and we've used them for both). Hopefully it will just be the seasonal checks and nothing more...knock on wood.

We just had the duct cleaning done so looking forward to dust free heat and AC in the summer. A $499 special! Veronica was great! She and her partner took great care with our home and were done in a very reasonable amount of time given the size of our home and the number of registers and other vents! I highly recommend you take advantage of this service if you haven’t had it done yet or has been over 7 years!😊

Had water coming through the wall all of a sudden one day. Robert Burrer from Goettl showed up and was very helpful, informative, and very respectful! Was also knowledgeable and provided top notch service. Would definitely use Goettl again and request Robert as the technician. Plumbing repairs are never fun but he helped keep us informed to make the best decisions, come up with a plan, and also a solution. Now just have to get the work completed later this week! Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience
