Meet the fantastic Goettl team in Las Vegas. The Goettl brand officially arrived in Las Vegas in 2016 but brings a longstanding commitment to the community that started many decades and businesses ago. (Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing has previously operated as Honeybee, Moore, Las Vegas Heating and Air, and Las Vegas Air Conditioning.)
General Manager Stephen Gamst leads the Las Vegas team of 168 employees, with decades of experience under his tool belt. He’s supported by the amazing talents of John Hudson, Leann Disanti, Reuben Parker, Chris Faherty, Chris Lawrence, and Aaron Moga.
Gamst is proud of the culture the team has created. “As the absolute HVAC and plumbing leader in the Las Vegas area, we know that our neighbors count on us during the scorching summers and cold winters, so we take home comfort very seriously. With 50,000 square feet of warehouse and an on-site call center, Goettl in Las Vegas specializes in residential HVAC and plumbing. Our fleet of vehicles is fully stocked to tackle most common repairs and is prepared for some uncommon ones as well.
HVAC services include equipment installation, insulation, duct cleanings, duct seals, duct inspections, duct replacements, and indoor air quality assessments and solutions. Plumbing services include re-draining, re-piping, water services, water heater installation and repair, water purity testing and solutions, sewer and drain services, hydro jetting, and all associated replacements and repairs.
Goettl Vegas proudly pioneered the company’s ProTech Boot Camp, an 8-week training program providing growth opportunities and a clear career path in the HVAC and plumbing trades.

The Vegas branch has supported many organizations over the years, from donating vehicles to churches to giving away bicycles to donating free AC services to families in need. The team always works with an eye toward community support, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Goettl Vegas won the 2018 Appreciation Award from Las Vegas Veteran’s Village.
For over five years, the Goettl Vegas team has partnered with local channel News 3 to support the community. Every day, the Weather Authority Team at News 3 predicts the next day’s weather. If they’re within 3 degrees, Goettl donates $100 to a local nonprofit organization, such as the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada and Eye Care 4 Kids. Through this partnership, Goettl has donated over $100K to local charities and will continue to give.
Additionally, Las Vegas Goettl sponsors The Southern Nevada Air Conditioning Refrigeration Service Contractors Association (SNARSCA), the local HVAC trade association.

Was very pleased with Goettl and Matthew Lopez. They came into our home and looked at our system and let us know what was wrong with it. They were not pushy or demanding, but opposite they were caring. We had several techs come to our house to fix our issues but they did not fix it. Matthew showed his frustration because they did not fix our issues. Matthew explained what needed to be done to make our unit run more efficient. We thank him for his expertise. Will use them again.
Billy was an excellent technician who took the time to assist me for a very late call. He identified my problem quickly and corrected it swiftly for an affordable price. This was my 1st time calling Goettl for my AC needs. I was a little hesitant since I am a DIYer and like to do and save on everything but I wasnt available this time around. The service we received was done in a professional manner. First, Ryan explained the cost in a detailed manner prior to repairs being done. Secondly, he addressed the cost increase due to a broken part that was not visible until removal of the toilet. All the work was done a professional manner and we were updated on the progress of work being done. The gentleman that arrived for the assessment and repair of my AC (Mr. Jorge Gutierrez) was outstanding. His Customer Service was top notch, beyond just being friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and before conducting any tests, he would explain what is ideal and what are the limits regarding what he was looking at. Beyond my initial call, I had some follow up questions which he was more than happy to answer and explain. Upon further review, there were some additional issues found (not the “go in for oil change, now you need a new transmission” type of issue), but which helped to clarify the situation and for which he provided several suggestions on how we could move forward. I am an extremely cheap person but my family’s health and well being is first and foremost. And when you’ve got two girls and a wife who absolutely hate the heat (and here in Texas we get plenty of that), their happiness is my happiness (in more ways than one). So with Mr. Gutierrez’ explanations and suggestions in front of me, I made a decision which despite the cost, I feel comfortable and satisfied with. I’ve got his Contact info as well as his Supervisor (Carlos), so if anything comes up in the future or if there’s additional projects I’d like to have done in my home, I’ll definitely be requesting him personally.

I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. They were fast and completely removed all signs of the repair. I am so grateful to have 2 young men of such professional expertise show up and will not hesitate to continue using Goettl.

Jorge was scheduled to look at our HVAC, he showed up earlier than expected. Jorge kept me informed of everything he was doing and what he was thinking about our issue with our unit. We have been looking for a company that is going to be there when we need them and is willing to use the warranty on our system. I had a leak previously repaired by a different company that was still leaking, so I decided to call Goettl, to get a pro to repair it. I was seriously impressed, the leak was repaired and it looks and works perfectly. Rudy came by on a Friday and dug up the pipes, identified where it was leaking and came back Saturday morning to repair it. The repair was truly a work of art. Doug and Aiden found my water psi was too high even after another company did a prv repair, and gave me an honest quote for a gas line.

I visited the Goettl website and chatted with Zayne, who was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M. arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed an issue with our AC. He explained the problems in great detail and was extremely professional and polite. Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! Overall great experience with Goettl, so far! Hopefully the leak will be found soon!

Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

Had Jesus come out and inspect my AC unit after it stopped working and he really hit the mark on creating a friendly professional environment and helped me through this stressful process and to choose the correct path that worked best for me. Darren guerra was great, gave us several options and explained in full detail what needed to be done. Very neat and clean in his work. And finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy overall with everything from start to finish. I did think the price was a little high though but considering it was getting late and didn't have much options.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!
