Improve Your Insulation
The great thing about insulation is that it serves to keep your home energy efficient all year long, not just during the time of the year in which you are running your air conditioning system. Not only does insulation keep heat out of your home, after all; it also prevents desirable heat from escaping your home during the heating season, brief and mild as that season may be. If you do not have sufficient insulation installed in your home, or if your insulation is damaged, it is not going to be able to prevent the right amount of unwanted heat transfer into or out of your home.
Schedule a Blower Door Test
A major player in the inefficiency game is the envelope of your home. If there are a lot of air leaks throughout your house, or spots which are insufficiently insulated, then you are going to experience a lot of energy waste as you attempt to heat and cool your home throughout the year. The good news is that we offer blower door testing services, designed to pinpoint any such weak spots throughout your home. If any are found, we’ll have the information necessary to resolve the issue successfully.
Have Your Air Ducts Sealed
The most common option for whole-house cooling is the split central air conditioner, which uses air ducts in order to distribute conditioned air throughout the home. Was very pleased with Goettl and Matthew Lopez. They came into our home and looked at our system and let us know what was wrong with it. They were not pushy or demanding, but opposite they were caring. We had several techs come to our house to fix our issues but they did not fix it. Matthew showed his frustration because they did not fix our issues. Matthew explained what needed to be done to make our unit run more efficient. We thank him for his expertise. Will use them again.

The service we received was done in a professional manner. First, Ryan explained the cost in a detailed manner prior to repairs being done. The gentleman that arrived for the assessment and repair of my AC (Mr. Jorge Gutierrez) was outstanding. His Customer Service was top notch, beyond just being friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and before conducting any tests, he would explain what is ideal and what are the limits regarding what he was looking at. Beyond my initial call, I had some follow up questions which he was more than happy to answer and explain. Upon further review, there were some additional issues found (not the “go in for oil change, now you need a new transmission” type of issue), but which helped to clarify the situation and for which he provided several suggestions on how we could move forward. I am an extremely cheap person but my family’s health and well being is first and foremost. And when you’ve got two girls and a wife who absolutely hate the heat (and here in Texas we get plenty of that), their happiness is my happiness (in more ways than one). So with Mr. Gutierrez’ explanations and suggestions in front of me, I made a decision which despite the cost, I feel comfortable and satisfied with. I’ve got his Contact info as well as his Supervisor (Carlos), so if anything comes up in the future or if there’s additional projects I’d like to have done in my home, I’ll definitely be requesting him personally.

I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. I was seriously impressed, the leak was repaired and it looks and works perfectly. I visited the Goettl website and chatted with Zayne, who was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M. arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed an issue with our AC. He explained the problems in great detail and was extremely professional and polite. Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

This is Leticia Baca and my husband Ed! We are in the midst of finishing a huge project involving kitchen pipes and old sewer line; replacing them all. It is by far the most expensive plumbing project we have ever undertaken. Jesus Gloria was a great technician. Everything was taken care of very well and he was very thorough with the system check.
This is the type of quality service that everyone needs! Billy went above and beyond in helping me discover what was going on with my AC unit. He not only provided the service that I asked for, but also looked more into the issue to make sure that everything was functioning the way it’s supposed to. Update it was not however, Billy and his team assured me that they provide quality for the quantity. The team’s customer service is respectful and transparent which I feel everyone needs. Nacho came by and did a very though and complete inspection. He noted two things that needed to be fixed and got it scheduled. He also explained the process that Goettl uses with the City Inspectors.

Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.
The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.

Had Jesus come out and inspect my AC unit after it stopped working and he really hit the mark on creating a friendly professional environment and helped me through this stressful process and to choose the correct path that worked best for me. Everyone from the technicians to the crew who came out and installed my new unit were absolutely incredible and left no trace of them being here working. Would absolutely recommend for any and all services they provide for your home and will be calling them again when we need help.

Darren guerra was great, gave us several options and explained in full detail what needed to be done. Very neat and clean in his work. And finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy overall with everything from start to finish. I did think the price was a little high though but considering it was getting late and didn't have much options.

Now I understand why this company is so highly rated! Outstanding customer service from the time I called to make an appointment to when Tyler came to our home to evaluate our concerns. We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!

Immediately William was able to identify the issue and even went a step further for us to identify other issues. Being in corporate sales/project coordination for power generation I could see how much electrical knowledge William had on top of HVAC, which is a HUGE bonus to have in that field!
