Julian and Scott from Goettl were professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They installed a new kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. Resolved the water flow issue by hydrojetting the drain line. She spent extra time making sure everything was done perfectly right. She showed me everything that was going wrong (and right!) with my unit. First I would like to thank the team at Goettl, I needed a water heater replaced and I called them on Sunday afternoon and Ryan quickly came by and answered my questions. We are so impressed with Doug and Aiden of Goettl AC and Plumbing. Our toilet was stopped up. They were at our house within two hours of my call and did such a professional job at a reasonable price. ...... we had an AC problem a few days later. Peter Medelez from Goettl came out and fixed it expertly and made some recommendations to ensure it won't happen again. Some things hadn't been done correctly when it was installed several years ago (by someone else), and he will be back next week to fix them. I highly recommend Goettl.

... 10/15/25 ... we had a leak in the main water line which was running into the neighbors' yard. In less than two hours of calling Goettl, Clayton Purvis arrived to fix the leak. He repaired the leak and fixed connections, and repaired something previously done incorrectly in the unknown past. He was done before we had to leave for a prior equipment. I feel confident in the quality of work, as I always am when I have to call Goettl for something.

George Perez was pleasant to work with. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful to answer my questions. This was a routine maintenance for my a/c units. I did not pay anything for this service.

Jesus is the technician that provided maintenance for our heating system and he was very informative and professional. He gave very helpful info to protect our heating system especially as new home owners.

Aaron arrived and the house was in chaos. The dogs got out five minutes earlier, one of the cats tried to steal his truck and someone sprained an ankle... despite this he not only did the service but also found a problem with our water softener and told us how to fix it. Excellent service, no update and deals with chaos like a Navy Seal. Go Goettl!

Brian, my service tech did an excellent job servicing my system. He also went into my attic t to check my installation and found no problems. He then explained with pictures that my system looked good and was in good running condition. Brian was very friendly and professional. It's always good to know that everything looks good.

FIRST: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO PARKER, what an amazing young man. He had to give us some very frustrating news today, that should have been told to us our last service. Even though he saw our frustration he was very understanding and thoughtful and we explained that it was not his fault. He showed me everything and what needed to be done and also should have been done our last service if not before.He helped get us a great deal even though the cost was way more than we expected today.
Parker has a lot of knowledge and doesn't hide anything, or even treat me like I may not know what I'm looking at. I really appreciate everything he has done today, his hard work, and his kind heart. I will be requesting him going forward.

We had Jon Parks for our service man for a leaky water softener unit and he provided excellent advice on our water conditioner unit that needed replacement. We found him very knowledgeable and professional in his recommendation.

March 2024 update.

Had Andrew come out to remove garbage disposal and repipe sink. He also swapped out 13 emergency water shut off valves in 3 bathrooms.
Andrew was professional, courteous and expedient. He did have to run out to get some supplies. He stayed until 7pm to complete the job on one trip.

May 2023 update. Technician Steve came today to do the summer rejuvenation. Friendly and professional tech. Explained the process and findings. Both systems are new, so everything checked out good. Did a god cleaning of coils and now all set for the summer season. Had them out for fall prevention service and to review the systems that are here. I just bought the house and needed to understand what was in place.

The service tech, Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained and provided photos and video of all components. He ensured keeping house clean and wore booties.

My second unit is not in the best shape, and Kevin explained each of the issues. I will follow up with service managér to determine next steps (repair or replacement).

I signed up for there service plan and am very pleased with the service and communication to date

12/21 Luis C came today to do routine maintenance on hot water heater. Professional and courteous. He did a through job and explained everything.

10/15. Juan came today and did a great job. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Was here for exterior water bid but also did a hot water heater. Took his time and explained everything.

Ivan. with Goettl came out to inspect my HVAC & furnace. He was detailed and professional regarding the status of my system and showed how little insulation was. He didn't do a hard sale, which I appreciate but very detailed on the information. He wasn't a hard sell sales person, he was honest and forthright with information regarding suggestions for my home. I look forward to working with Ivan and Goettl on my home needs.

I wish we had started using Goettl 5 years ago when we purchased the house. Every Goettl tech has been amazing. Jeff especially just recently for our plumbing inspection. He took the time to really explain everything and answer all of our many questions.

We have had very positive experiences with this company. Brandon came today to do an annual inspection of our furnace. He provided us with an understandable explanation of his findings with clear photos. Last month we had plumbing issues. What should have taken three to four hours took two business days. The service technicians that did the installation had great communication starting with a phone call at 8am informing us of when they would arrive. Both technicians worked the entire day until the AC was tested and working properly. They were courteous and friendly.

Goettl came out to my house and found a bad valve in my ac unit. It was a part that they had to hunt down, and since I have 4 children and a wife at home alone they went above and beyond and were able to locate the part that day and come back and install it so my family would not have to be uncomfortable, or find somewhere else to stay due to the heat. Betty in the office was very helpful and took great care of us. I’m thankful they were able to get all this done in the same day! I highly recommend them

Kalif Silva-Giersdorf is an amazing and seasoned technician . He has tremendous ability to repair the equipment and is filled with great knowledge when it comes to the equipment. Goettl has a gem in him. Hope they keep him for many more years.

Goettl Home Services technician, Gilbert Castaneda, came to my home to inspect my heating system. Gilbert called to let me know he was an hour away coming from Casa Grande. He showed up about an hour later and went to work. He explained what he was going to do. He was very thorough with his inspection. He explained what he found from the inspection when he was done.

Goettl provided fast and reliable service, did a free estimate and came out the day of to install. Explained how to do regular maintenance on the water heater, and explained about the warranty on parts and labor.

Joseph and Jesus came out for a scheduled AC check up. Both were communicative, respectful and diligent. They performed their work in a timely fashion and were on their way once complete. Wonderful service which I’ve come to expect from Goettl.

We had our whole house reverse osmosis system maintenance done yesterday and Chris Churchill was outstanding. He explained everything that he was doing, all the testing, in terms that I could understand. We had a stubbornly clogged sink that required several repairmen from other companies to try to unclog over the past year. Shane and Daniel at Goettl were determined to clear it properly and, much to our amazement (and great appreciation), they did. I had an emergency on Sunday October 5th and after trying to reach my warranty company I called Goettl and someone came within the hour. Peter was awesome and talked me through what I had going on and presented me with all the facts that I needed to make an informed decision. I ultimtely ended up replacing my system as it would benefit me more than reparing an outdated system that would eventually fail completely and need replacing.

I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by Perter and my new system was installed the next day. The crew that came out was very prfessional and efficient. My home was cool within few hours of the work being completed and detalied instructions were givien to me on how the system works and if I were to have any questions I could call day or night and get the answers needed.

Samuel arrived about 8:15 on 9/2 to give my A/C unit its first rejuvenation (y'all installed it July 2022). He replaced the old filter with the one I had bought last year that wasn't needed when the new unit was installed. Samuel tested the temperature coming from some of the vents and said my A/C is running fine and that you would be contacting me later to schedule an appointment for the heating. I was very pleased with Samuel's work today.

Dylon the plumber came out to check my plumbing. Confirmed my water heater is old enough to be replaced and that some valves are original and are showing some corrosion.

On 7/25 Noe came to my house and confirmed that my A/C needed to be replaced. Austin was able to find a Payment Plan that I qualified for the same day. On 7/26 Christian installed my new A/C unit and a new thermostat. He showed me how to use it and left the manual. Everyone at Goettl was so helpful with this situation and got my A/C replaced and running in just two days!

On 3/9/2024 Jesse came to my house for the heater rejuvenation and to install the Sadie Smart monitor. He was very thorough in explaining how the Smart system works and where he had placed all of the sensors. I had a new filter so he replaced the old one. He also told me that my plan covers filters and I just pay for shipping; I'll remember that when I need a new filter.

On 1/11/25 Jesus came to my house for the annual heater rejuvenation and said my unit is in good shape and running well. I had bought 2 filters before the service in March 2024, one was installed then. Jesus installed the one I had on hand and reminded me that my plan covers filters. He was also thorough in going over the readings he had taken.

On 5/3/25 Michael came to my house for the annual plumbing inspection provided with my Sadie Guard Dog Protection. My water heater is about 7 years old and Michael answered my questions about replacing it. He also told me that Goettl could remove the old one and install new one if I found one more in my budget somewhere else. He even told me the estimated install cost to help with my budgeting.

Andrew came to my house 10/11/2025 for the semi-annual HVAC service under my Sadie Guard Dog Protection. He told me the unit is continuing to function well and needs no repairs.

Christian A. did a great job. Informed me of everything that was being done, and showed all the readings on the system of how it is performing. He had really helpful recommendations and no uneccessry charges were brought up. Very pleased with the maintenance that was done today.

I want to express my complete satisfaction with the work performed by Frank Piusseaux, a technician from Goettl.
For months, several technicians tried to identify the issue with my air conditioning unit, but no one could solve it. However, from the moment Frank arrived, he showed great professionalism and dedication. He took the time to carefully investigate the cause of the problem and determined that the issue was a short circuit in the wiring between the thermostat and the unit.

Thanks to his knowledge and effort, my air conditioning system is now working perfectly.

I had several questions and previously technicians could not program my smart monitor, he not only installed it but was very patient explaining the software to me. He also helped me adjust the temperature on the hot water heater!

I'm very impressed by the service I receive from Goettl. I called about a problem with my HVAC unit today and they were able to get a technician out to me within a few hours. My A/C stopped working in the Texas heat. Luckily, I was a member of their maintenance program which is very reasonably priced! Tech stopped by first thing the next morning. Turned out my outside A/C circuit breaker had tripped presumably due to age or overheating. Tech didn’t charge me (plan benefit) and recommended I have an electrician inspect and replace the breaker to avoid a repeat. 5-star service 🙂

We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

Michael provided excellent services, over 2 days. On the first day, he repaired an irrigation leak, cleared a kitchen drain, replaced a garbage disposal and a kitchen faucet. He returned the following day to install a water softener and a kitchen water purification system. On both days, he was on time, explained the service, cost estimate and warranties. He was polite, considerate of my property and demonstrated how everything worked, cleaning up all evidence of his work, before leaving. I'm very happy with the service he performed.

Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

Our tech was Dan, he was very thorough and checked out everything. (he checked way more things than previous techs when you were 4 seasons) He was very personable and explained everything and answered all questions that we had.

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

5 star service from Edgar who had to come do a second inspection after the home warranty company did not properly calibrate the unit. He was able to get the unit running smoother and provide great documentation for when I need to call the warranty company.

Andrew was on time, determined the flange needed to be replaced, gave us the quote and scope of work, and made the repairs. He explained how the placement was off, and that it appeared to have been like that since construction (21 years ago when we built).
Now we have a new flange, installed correctly, and ready for the new toilet!

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! Russ Sapp came yesterday 8/18/25. He was prompt, very courteous, explained what he was doing with taking pictures of our AC unit and what areas of the AC unit needed attention. He didn’t rush. He spent time answering our many questions. He gave us options and gave us price quotes on the spot for each service we had asked about or that he suggested. He had a sense of humor as I said to him “I take it Sadie approved of you?” I took that from the commercials saying if Sadie doesn’t like the person, they’re not hired. I’d ask for Russ again. We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010.
