Air Conditioning Repair Tip 2: Is My Thermostat Faulty?

It is important, living in Tucson, that you are able to depend on the reliable, efficient operation of your air conditioning system. Unfortunately, even with a high-quality system and routine maintenance service, there is no way to guarantee that your air conditioning system will always operate properly. There are a lot of different components that make up your air conditioner, and this means that there are also a lot of different things that could potentially go wrong. If your AC won’t cool your home it may be due to a faulty thermostat. I have Sadie Service. I always get my hvac system serviced before summer and before az winter.. Deano was my service technician. Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience.
