Samuel arrived about 8:15 on 9/2 to give my A/C unit its first rejuvenation (y'all installed it July 2022). He replaced the old filter with the one I had bought last year that wasn't needed when the new unit was installed. Samuel tested the temperature coming from some of the vents and said my A/C is running fine and that you would be contacting me later to schedule an appointment for the heating. I was very pleased with Samuel's work today.

On 7/25 Noe came to my house and confirmed that my A/C needed to be replaced. Austin was able to find a Payment Plan that I qualified for the same day. On 7/26 Christian installed my new A/C unit and a new thermostat. He showed me how to use it and left the manual. Everyone at Goettl was so helpful with this situation and got my A/C replaced and running in just two days!
On 3/9/2024 Jesse came to my house for the heater rejuvenation and to install the Sadie Smart monitor. He was very thorough in explaining how the Smart system works and where he had placed all of the sensors. I had a new filter so he replaced the old one. He also told me that my plan covers filters and I just pay for shipping; I'll remember that when I need a new filter.
On 1/11/25 Jesus came to my house for the annual heater rejuvenation and said my unit is in good shape and running well. I had bought 2 filters before the service in March 2024, one was installed then. Jesus installed the one I had on hand and reminded me that my plan covers filters. He was also thorough in going over the readings he had taken.
On 5/3/25 Michael came to my house for the annual plumbing inspection provided with my Sadie Guard Dog Protection. My water heater is about 7 years old and Michael answered my questions about replacing it. He also told me that Goettl could remove the old one and install new one if I found one more in my budget somewhere else. He even told me the estimated install cost to help with my budgeting.
Andrew came to my house 10/11/2025 for the semi-annual HVAC service under my Sadie Guard Dog Protection. He told me the unit is continuing to function well and needs no repairs.

I would always hear their commercials on the radio about the company name being hard to spell - it just sort of stuck in my head I guess. Then one morning, everyone in the house is complaining that there wasn't any hot water. I went in to check on the water heater - only to find it was flooding everywhere - coming out of the top. Some type of valve had failed and it was a mess. I remembered that hard-to-spell company name and decided to give them a shot.
To my surprise, the rep came out within a hour or so - that same morning. He educated me on a few tips - like not needing to shut off the water to the entire house in a situation like this - and a few other tips, but as for the water heater - it was toast and already beyond the warranty it had.
There was zero sales pressure for a specific water heater - and instead, he spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the many different options they had for replacing one.
Once again to my surprise, after we picked one - he was already on the phone with a crew and the installation was set for that same day - no extra charges for an emergency situation or anything like that. The crew came out a couple hours later and they, too, were very polite and professional - discussing everything with me before they started touching anything. There was some additional work that had to be done because of the allignment of my exhaust piping - but they all stayed there for the rest of the day - making sure the system was installed that very same day as promised.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their customer service, installation, and products. The entire team has been lovely.

My A/C stopped working in the Texas heat. Luckily, I was a member of their maintenance program which is very reasonably priced! Tech stopped by first thing the next morning. Turned out my outside A/C circuit breaker had tripped presumably due to age or overheating. Tech didn’t charge me (plan benefit) and recommended I have an electrician inspect and replace the breaker to avoid a repeat. 5-star service 🙂

We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

Michael provided excellent services, over 2 days. On the first day, he repaired an irrigation leak, cleared a kitchen drain, replaced a garbage disposal and a kitchen faucet. Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
