PREDATORY AND SKETCHY PRACTICES!!! A couple of months ago, we had a Goettl tech come out for a quote for our struggling AC. He was kind, however the company is extremely predatory! They quoted us $20K+ to replace our AC and pressured my husband and I to apply for their financing. Once approved, they were so pushy and the tech even called his supervisor on the phone to try and convince us. We trusted our gut, and decided to reach out to other companies. We got a brand new unit for about 1/4TH OF THE PRICE ELSEWHERE!!!! Goettle takes advantage of the people in our community. I do not recommend them at all!

Darrian peeked into my hard to get water softener and told me I was empty, I went to purchase salt and moved my personal stuff to get to it and it still had salt. Softener was not tested since he thought it was empty. I have photos.Javier

We received text at 8:30a stating technician was enroute so I rushed to property. Tech arrived almost 11:30 after we were given new window of 11-1. This should be no reflection on Rudy and Chris.

Our Story
It all started with a flashlight.
Our CEO, Ken Goodrich, was a 10-year-old boy holding a flashlight for his dad as he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His father was an independent technician in Las Vegas who admired the longevity and quality of Goettl products. In 2013, Goodrich purchased Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and has since expanded the company across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Southern California.
