Jr. was very helpful, checking good the state of the equipment and explaining the origin of the burning smell I sensed this morning when turning the heat on. He is also a good conversationalist, which always makes everything more pleasant.
I'm a customer that was in need of a new HVAC, air conditioning and furnace unit (or so I thought). After 18 yrs our original AC unit started showing wear and tear. This was to be expected after almost two decades. We called Goettl and they gave us an estimate. Unfortunately, we decided to take them up on their offer.
Fast forward $22,000.00, 2+ months, 7 techs and 12 visits later... nothing works!

After completing a satisfactory service I went to use the coupon that goettl had sent me to find out that they wouldn’t honor it even though it said ANY Service on the coupon. When I attempted to speak to the manager I got no where. In addition they never sent me the review of my service or the evaluation that was supposed to be part of the service. I would find a different provider for my heating and cooling needs

Fantastic service! My initial scheduling for service was easy to do. I needed to change my appointment day and that was easy as well. I was contacted and advised an earlier appointment was available if I wanted it. I was notified 15 minutes in advance the technician was on the way. My AC was not giving us heat & the Gottle tech said it's because refrigerant was low due to a leak somewhere in the AC so.the GOETTL technician added refrigerant good for at least 2 weeks to give us heat. In the meantime Gottl tech. applied dye on A/C to find out where the leak is coming from. If refrigerant is once more low after 2 weeks due to leak Gottl guy will be back, by then he will see result from the dye application the location of the leak & fix it for good.
Lex came out to do the heater pre-season use checks and identified a possible carbon monoxide leak and did a great job explaining the cause
He didn't want to do the job made excuses called his boss I was told my sadie program was invalid because you didn't want to honor the agreement instead of my free clog removal goettl wanted 800.00$ after I have been paying my fee for over a year so he left drain still clogged

I had my HVAC serviced today. I received thorough and extremely knowledgeable customer service and support from Adam Wisdom, Chris Fischer and Nick Staggs. I've never seen a group of people actually put their heads together and use all of their knowledge to solve a problem. They really cared! What I was used to was other repair people not even trying. These guys don't give up. They took the time to explain to me what was going on with my HVAC. Then all 3 came back with a solution. Trust and great service is what these guys are building. A whole year of working AC cooling/heating now after a visit from this technician on Monday our AC unit all of a sudden stopped working and temperature stayed at 77 inside the house not cooling at all.

I had my furnace and a/c checked today by Geottl. So glad I did! With this service Geottl also looks at the vents in your home. My vents were filthy. My furnace wasn’t functioning at top efficiency. The reason was the vents. The accumulated dust gets pulled through the system leaving dirt in my heating coil. Lupe showed me the photos of vents and heat coil, explained the issues and remedies. I scheduled a cleaning of vents. Lupe also helped with financing. I recommend Geottl. Great service and friendly service people. I will definitely stay with Geottl.

Alex was a true professional. Went to extra mile to pursue fixing my high pressure water problem. Examined several home options to i install my pressure reduction valve and crawled under my home to fix the problem. Kudos to a great plumber technician !!

Jaime came to our home for what we thought was a leak in our attic. He was so friendly and professional! He thoroughly checked over everything and it turned out to be a glitch in the leak monitor thankfully.

Amanda performed a routine maintenance check on my heater, in preparation for the winter. She was thorough and walked me through her plan every step of the way. They did a real good job on replacing the HVAC unit on roof. Carlos and Jose were friendly and easy to work with. Armando helped to get me a good deal on the new unit.
Chris is a great technician. He performed our yearly heating check and balanced our HVAC system to perfection. He also balanced our new air purification system. We highly recommend Chris and Goettl for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs! 5 stars!

Great tech, as far as the company. Good luck. Had a appointment and they didn't show. Took months to get another. Still under warranty. By the time they made next appointment, no warranty. Tried to charge for something that previous tech installed incorrectly. Came out in my favor. Just the 10s of thousands invested and the amount of head ache from th beginning.
Once again Goettl comes to my rescue!!! I had an appointment for a plumbing issue and Technician Andrew Stone showed up this morning to take a look at the flapper on the the toilet. We then started a conversation about the hot water heater. Andrew then took a look at the heater and noticed that it was starting to leak. I did not want a bandage job and ended up with a new heater and replacement of the entire system in my toilet. Andrew took care of everything today and I am definitely impressed and add to all of this he was great with my furrball!!!!

Joshua from GOETTL fixed my heating and air conditioning system today. I spent several days without either, and dreading the approaching hot weather. Joshua was able to discover the issue within a very short time, and repaired it. Courteous, efficient, and job well done. It all started with a flashlight.
Our CEO, Ken Goodrich, was a 10-year-old boy holding a flashlight for his dad as he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His father was an independent technician in Las Vegas who admired the longevity and quality of Goettl products. In 2013, Goodrich purchased Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and has since expanded the company across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Southern California.
