Scheduling was easy and the tech came in the window provided! Adrian was awesome, found the problem quickly, and it was fixed in no time. Even was able to assess why we had low flow issues in our kitchen faucet when we were testing our hot water and told us about a filter we didn’t know was there. All around fantastic service!

We had a water leak under our slab. We called Goettl & they sent Alek & Caleb that morning, and they evaluated the situation thoroughly and knowledgeably. Alek kept us up-to-date throughout their inspection, then sat down with us to explain the problem and discuss potential solutions. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. After we landed on the solution, he gave us his number and encouraged us to call with any questions. Having to deal with a major plumbing repair can be daunting, but Alek really made us feel comfortable and confident about Goettl and the project. Work is underway, and we thank Alek & Caleb for all their help!

Everyone we have dealt with at goettl has been nice, our technician was no exception, he explained everything thoroughly, he was polite, arrived early, worked in a very timely manner, and double checked too make sure everything was taken care of before he left.

My air conditioning tech was Cameron Bogott . I had a scheduled appointment for maintenance on my A/C unit. Cameron was professional and thorough. I have dealt with several A/C companies in the past 20yrs. This company is the best thus far. He answered all of my questions and installed sensors as well. Excellent customer service !!

Quick & efficient. Mike and Skip helped fix our gas line for the dryer. We needed it capped off safely since we have an electric dryer. They also gave us some tips for our water heater and water pressure. Very helpful and friendly!

Showed up on time. Worked quick. Kept house clean. Was very polite. Robert was great. However, he did not know why he was here. We had our plumbing inspection a couple days before he was supposed to be here to replace a part to our main line. He thought he was here to do the inspection again. Not sure what is going on with Goettl. When we first started using this company, they were amazing! Now it’s hard to get people to come out to do our PM and when the technicians come out a lot of times they’re not sure why they’re showing up to our house. Please ask Ken to bring the company back to where it was a few years ago

We just experienced an AC issue that was hard to isolate and called Goettl for repair. Andrew showed up and spent time troubleshooting the cause of the issue, educating me along the way. He was knowledgeable, calm and considerate even after having to return in the evening. The issue required a new part that was promptly ordered and installed the next day by Hugo. Hugo was quick to finish the fix and equally polite. We appreciate how the Goettl team worked together to isolate and fix the problem with a high degree of customer service. A BIG thank you from us!

Goettl Air Conditioning repair was great, felt the technician (Parker) was honest and went out of his way to make sure I got what I requested. There was no upselling or pressure, just diagnosing a problem explaining why the issue occurred and offering a solution without an upsell of unnecessary components. After the service was completed I was given full documentation of what the technician did and an analysis of my systems function which was easy to read and understand. The price was in line with what I expected from my own research on components I knew were broken. Would recommend.

I had a water leak from the main water line to my house. Called Goetti Plumbing and they sent their plumber Mike Perry. He was fantastic. He found the leak and repaired the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I believe there are very few plumbers who could match his work and work ethic. I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

I had major clog in my kitchen drain pipe. Juan Gil was my serviceman. He was outstanding; courteous, explained all options, very thorough, can’t say enough good things about him. He scoped the pipes in the kitchen, laundry room, and the main pipe leading out of the house. He showed me pictures and video of the clog. Juan Gil provided excellent service.

We had blocked pipes in the kitchen. The pipes were scoped and power cleaned. The technician, Juan Gil, also scoped the plumbing in the laundry room. He said those pipes were clean and did not need to be power washed. I appreciated the honesty. Juan Gil was professional and courteous.

Yesterday, the A/C system at my house started to fail. For some reason it would kick in, but no air would flow. Today it just so happened that I had a quarterly inspection scheduled. Jonathan arrived and after explaining the issue he got right to work. Turns out there was some ice forming which had frozen some of the system. He resolved the issue efficiently and advised what needs to be done in order to ensure the issue doesn't occur again. Jonathan was kind and patient with all my questions. Goettl only hires the best!

First time using Goettl. Jesus Gloria was the tech that came out. He was professional and fluent in Spanish, which helped him explain the problem to our mom. He checked the whole system and offered options for repairs. When he was done he made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving.

Before Jesus arrived, I was sent a picture of him along with an updated time of arrival. This was unexpected but very much appreciated for obvious safety reasons. Jesus was extremely professional and kind, explaining everything with pictures and emailing that info to my and my husband who was not there during the repair. Jesus spoke on the phone to him and answered all of our questions so we could make an informed decision on our repair options. I highly recommend Jesus & Goettl

Last weekend my HVAC system started blowing warm air. I contacted Goettl Air to come out and give me an estimate on repairs. Josias from Goettl air came out to diagnose and see about fixing the unit. As difficult as it was to hear the news, Josias was honest with me, letting me know that any repairs done would be putting a bandaid on the problem and it would be hard to guarantee because of the age of the unit! Goettl air made it possible to finance a whole new system so I would not be putting bandaids on and my air and heat will work the way it should! They came out the following day to complete the install and have been following up to make sure I am satisfied with the work!

I signed up for Goetti's "Smart Sadie" program. One of the benefits is a free annual checkup of my A/C and plumbing systems. Mike, the Goettl tech, came out to my house and spend over an hour checking all my plumbing, including in my home's crawl space, and found two problems that I would never have know about until it was "too late." Mike was friendly and professional and patiently answered all of my questions.

He adjusted my pressure valve abd corrected the installation, durme tobthe builder installing it upside diwn. Our upstairs bathroom toilet started leaking badly, and luckily we caught it in time by turning off the water supply. We called Goettl for repair service and were assigned Andrew. He was scheduled to arrive at 5pm, and he showed up right on time.

What stood out most about Andrew was how he explained all our options without trying to upsell us on anything unnecessary. He was honest, professional, and straightforward. Since our toilet was original to the house, we decided to replace the entire thing with a brand new one.

My wife and I have very tight work schedules, but Andrew went above and beyond to accommodate us by scheduling the installation first thing the next morning. True to his word, he arrived on time, got right to work, and had everything replaced and set up perfectly in about an hour.

These guys had a man here to give an estimate within two hours and negotiated a great deal for two new units. Absolutely great service and the instal team were outstanding. Carlos, Kevin, Jose, and Veronica are friendly respectful and hardworking. They even let me tell dad jokes. Can’t say enough positive things about e about this company.

Have had plumbing checks and A/C repair, and cannot speak highly enough about Goettl. I'm an engineering nerd, and I ask a LOT of questions, somewhat for general curiosity, but also to know what is really happening.

Not only do they explain a particular problem, they break down what they recommend, what could wait, and what definitely is fine. Gives you the option to fix everything all at once or try to patch and push the expense to the next year (sometimes that matters to me).

Everyone I've met at Goettl has been more than happy to answer everything I throw at them, they're all super friendly, and all work very hard, as they say "doing things the right way". I'm sold, probably for life.

They also bring a little thing for my kids usually, which is a nice touch=)

We had a great experience with Stephen. We had a long term issue that no one could seem to solve, Stephen figured it out in an hour. He was very patient and thorough.

Julian and Scott were great. They explained how they will correct my plumbing problem which was my kitchen sink was backing up and smelled. They fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up their work space. Excellent service. Will call Goettl again. And I recommend everyone to get on their maintenance plan.

We’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue with our tankless water heater, and Julian Bray has been an absolute lifesaver throughout the process. From the very beginning, he approached the situation with professionalism, patience, and a calm confidence that instantly made us feel supported and in good hands.
He took the time to explain what was going on, laid out our options clearly, and never rushed the process. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right — not just quickly.
And on top of all that, after finishing the work, he even picked up and returned our recycling bin without being asked — a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.

Quick shout out to Jeran and Alek who have also been supportive and helpful throughout the process. We have been impressed by the work ethic and character of each of these techs. Props to Goettl who apparently does an amazing job finding truly good people.

Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

The most amazing plumber I've ever hired - Dago Amaya - was personally requested by me to repair our master bedroom toilet, and unclog one of the master sinks. As usual, this man is highly meticulous, never ever leaves anything to chance, is both professional, courteous, possesses great people-skills, and gave an honest assessment of cost and repair time. When the project was finished, he tested it in front of my wife and I, gave additional scrutiny to ensure nothing was amiss, and left a strong impression on me there is nothing in the plumbing world too difficult for this technician to accomplish. Highly, highly recommend this gentleman; you won't be disappointed.

I had James from Goettl come out to replace some water shut off valves under the sink and toilet. Erica was able to take my request and was very timely with communication on what time James would be able to come out. Adam the manager also reached out to confirm that James was on time which he was. After a quick assessment of the work needed, I also asked if he could replace the house water shut off valve since it had deteriorated. James said that he could and in only a few hours had replaced the water shut off valve and PCV as well as the toilet and sink water shut off valves. I was very pleased with the level of response from the initial phone call to when the job was completed. I'd be happy to have Goettl do more work in the future.

Goettl did a great job cleaning out our drain. Matt Sloan was very nice and took out the U-joint and cleaned it up. A different company a few years ago just put granules down the drain. It did not last but a couple of days. I was very pleased with Goettl and Matt.

We had our air conditioner go out late July 3rd. I called Goettl early in the morning and they came out the same day and fixed it. Jared Stogner was very professional. I explained what was going on and he knew right away what the problem was. He also checked out other things to make sure our unit was good. I highly recommend Jared Stogner and Goettl for another great job!

We had Jarod Wallquist come out today because I had water leaking from what I thought was from the outside air conditioning unit. It turned out it was left over pipes from an older unit we replaced around 7 years ago (it was Not Goettl). Jarod was very professional and figured out the problem right away.

We then had Jay Jenkins come out today and fix the leak. He was very professional and did a great job as well! The leak probably started because of a freeze several weeks ago and then got worse. I noticed that our water bill was a lot higher . I have always been very happy with Goettl. They even came out on the same day that I called them.

We had Andrew Stone out on Friday, September 5th, 2025 to replace our garbage disposal. He was very professional and did a great job. He knew exactly how to do it. He also had a very nice personality. We were very pleased.

Stephen J. from Goettl A/C and Plumbing was absolutely outstanding! After another A/C company replaced my capacitor, my system stopped working again. Stephen quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the other company had wired my outside fan in reverse, which caused the system to stop cooling and go into safe mode.

Not only did Stephen fix the problem and reset the system, but he also checked the airflow, fine-tuned the unit for better efficiency, and gave me great advice on routine maintenance. We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
