Goettl Offers

I had three companies come out for estimates on my sewer repairs. I chose Goettl because of a fair price and they really made me comfortable about doing the repairs. Julian, Nick and Jan were outstanding. They completed some extensive repairs and had me full up and running in two days. The were professional and answer a ton of questions I had. They explained everything and I felt as if they were treating my home just like if it was thier own home. Would use them for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

We believed we knew exactly what our AC issue was. We contacted Goettl. Parker, a very pleasant technician, soon came to rescue us. Parker did not jump to an immediate conclusion based on the brief synopsus we provided. He began a deliberate, slow, evaluation. It was obvious he was following a definite process. After a time, he explained what the problem was as well as it was NOT. He provided photos to support his conclusion. The process was not rushed, the result and the solution was described in terms that were easily understood.His visit turned into an unusually unbelievable experience. We now absolutely believe there is indeed a company who sends a professional who takes time to carefully observe, calculate and advise in a way that is definitely trustworthy. Goettl obviously has exceptionally professional, highly trained technicians. We will request Goettl to send Parker for future services. I definitely give Goettl and Parker five stars!

Julian is a great technician. He works efficiently and with impressive knowledge and skill at his craft. He is very friendly and answered all of my questions. My water heater was installed quickly so we were able to have hot water before the evening.

Had a great visit same day for estimate for work in our attic. We need to have our vents/duct/insulation evaluated and airflow too home more efficient; Deano arrived on time, well informed and very educated on duct, insulation work. He was very helpful in answering questions, patient, offered options and intelligent solutions. We Have been getting estimates from several companies. Goettl is winning my vote. Will soon have decision. Highly recommend Goettl. Will follow up if/when work is done and completed. A true pleasure to have a professional technician/sales guy to offer top consideration and advice.

We had a leak in our bathroom shower so we called these guys and they were just great. The service tech, Camren, arrived the very next day right on time. He was friendly and professional, give us a quote that was reasonable and we feel that everything he did was great.

Jonathan provided great service, all of my questions were answered, and he is a very pleasant and professional person.

Stacy did an absolutely wonderful job checking our hvac system. In addition my husband asked about insulation and as it turns out Goettl does indeed do insulation. Stacy spent a lot of time taking pictures of our attic and showing them to us and patiently explained everything to us.
He is a very pleasant and friendly person and I would not hesitate to have him do all of our hvac inspections. He was very thorough and even checked our outside a/c unit and changed the Capacitor.
Benton was equally pleasant and very helpful on the phone and we booked the insulation install for the following week.
I would not hesitate to recommend Goettl. Customer service counts a great deal to me and Goettl really takes care of it's customers.

Tim Theriot reinsulated my attic today. As usual for Goettl teams, he did a wonderful job. He and his team member (Francisco?) cleaned up nicely.
Benton again was wonderful to deal with.

Been using these guys for years now. Water heater replacement, pressure regulator valve replacement, HVAC tune-ups, UV light installation and more. Their attention to detail is excellent. The guys they send out are a pleasure to talk with, know their stuff, answer all my questions, and explain things in an easy to understand manner. Most recent service with Peter Medelez was to perform an HVAC tune up. He did a great job and was a pleasure to speak with.

Kevin provided great customer service with detailed photos and explanations of what was needed to repair and update our HVAC system. Much appreciated!

Daniel R, the techician, tested my water and confirmed that it is hard. He explained how a water softner system works and asked if I would like other issues, such as replacing the faucet at the master bathroom faucet, addressed. He was not pushy, which I appreciated.

Alek was able to assess our water softener, replace it, and replace our water heaters all in the same day. A day later, Ashton did a wonderful job with our heater inspection. Thank you!

Today, a technician from Goettl, Max Villegas, came to inspect the garage disposal. He was friendly and at the same time very professional. He is definitely a Goettl asset. He represented the company in a positive way.

We are so impressed with Doug and Aiden of Goettl AC and Plumbing. Our toilet was stopped up. They were at our house within two hours of my call and did such a professional job at a reasonable price. They even connected the hose to the front faucet (still had winter covering) before checking our water pressure. Goettl will be our plumbers from now on! Thanks Doug and Aiden! .....

...... we had an AC problem a few days later. Peter Medelez from Goettl came out and fixed it expertly and made some recommendations to ensure it won't happen again. Some things hadn't been done correctly when it was installed several years ago (by someone else), and he will be back next week to fix them. I highly recommend Goettl.

... 10/15/25 ... we had a leak in the main water line which was running into the neighbors' yard. In less than two hours of calling Goettl, Clayton Purvis arrived to fix the leak. He repaired the leak and fixed connections, and repaired something previously done incorrectly in the unknown past. He was done before we had to leave for a prior equipment. I feel confident in the quality of work, as I always am when I have to call Goettl for something.

12/17/2025. Tyler Brockhausen was the technician from Goettl who inspected our heating system today. He did a thorough check and changed the filter. He covered his shoes every time he entered the house, left no mess on the floor. It is comforting to know that all is working correctly.

Andrew, the A Team leader, rocks the plumbing world again! Peace of mind before we bring in the dishwasher repair folks that all is well - thankful we can trust Goettl!

Eric and another man came to my house to clean my ductwork. Goettl had explained to me about promotion during my winter rejuvenation. Eric explained the procedure to me. Helped take down some child gates and then helped replace them when done. Always kept me informed of status and explanation of findings. Goettl may be on the costly side but well worth it. Communication is great and Smart Sadie program is great.
Again Eric and the other man (I apologize for not remembering his name) were friendly and always communicated what was happening.

We have been satisfied Goettl Loyalty Program members for several years and today was our regularly scheduled Annual Plumbing Checkup.
Both your Plumber Technician, Josh Munoz and his Service Manager, Ben Tracy were extremely helpful.
Josh drained the hot water heater and conducted a thorough inspection of all our plumbing – both floors – inside (5,500 sq ft) as well as outside and identified several issues which he quickly set about fixing.
Josh was friendly, informative and professional throughout the entire process and served as a great representative of your company and team.
Speaking of which – every time Josh needed to check in with management Ben made himself available as a resource. It was clear that they were working as a team.

We had someone run over our plumbing lines one week before Christmas, and Goettl was able to get a team out quickly. Andrew went over the options and pricing with me and was very upfront and honest. Once we moved forward, Ralph came out for the repair. He kept us informed throughout the process and even took the time to teach us a few things as he worked. Both Andrew and Ralph were wonderful to work with, and we will definitely be calling on Goettl again in the future.

Amanda was great. She was very informative and productive. She gave me options and didnt pressure me to do anything right now. It is very hard to find great customer service these days,but Amanda is one of these people that always had a smile on her face . She was the best!

Gustavo was here and did a great job! He arrived on time and was efficient and friendly. I didn't feel pressured to buy things I didn't need or can't afford, but he gave me his recommendations and a thorough explanation.

Mark was amazing he was able to come out and work late to help fix my gray water and was able to put in the new filter system and reverse osmosis system and got my water fixed and back in action. Greatly appreciate it

Chris Acosta serviced my heating system. He was very professional and showed and explained everything he found and serviced. I would recommend your company to everyone.

I called them out as my 3 year old gas heat wasn’t working. So Josias Richardson climbs in my attic and finds a burnt wire that tripped the breaker that shut off my heat. But the reason the wire burnt is because the gas shut off valve in the unit wouldn’t close all the way! So I believe that he is my hero as something really bad could have happened!! The part was under warranty but the labor was over $500.
But you can’t put a price tag on your life!!
So thanks to my hero.

I've been using Goettl services since 1972, been very happy so far. Moving to a new home need to update my heating and cooling system - they sent out a very knowledgeable person with information to educate me on what was best for this house. (This Being an older used house - it has unique characteristics.) I'm sure his suggestions on the way to go will
work.

CalelinTaylor came to perform annual plumbing inspection. We have our home systems inspected annually. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and treated us a valuable customer. He found an issue with our hot water heater and made a recommendation that could possibly prolong the life of the appliance and take care of a function regarding efficiency as well as flushing the sediment that was building up. We agreed with the recommendation and he performed the work. We were happy with his work and he explained exactly what he was doing as well as writing it up in the repair/work notes that will be recorded with the company.

I contracted Goettl to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed in only a few hours (with little impact to my gas and water availability). The craftsmanship is perfect and the system ran flawlessly right from the initial activation. The technicians, Hector Lopez and Caleb Anzalone-Fawcett were polite, efficient and professional. Gary Eisenhauer supervised the operation and also used the work to train the technicians. He ensured all work was done properly and is certainly a very seasoned professional! Always happy with the good , friendly service from Goettl and Brandon was no exception. Easy and quick check of our systems and I like that they show pictures and explain it.

Edgar was on time and on point with the issue I was having with my air conditioning unit. He explained everthing he would be doing to make sure that my system would be at its best level of performance. Douglas was thorough and checked for leaks. We found that the issue was a main water break. He was unable to check my water heater since the water in it drained without any water pressure. He unplugged my water heater to avoid damage to the elements. He also suggested To leave the hot water valve open, once the water came back on. Water returned after midnight. I allowed the tank to fill and plugged it back in. I had hot water this morning.

I had a follow-with Daniel, since I needed further information on understanding my Sensi thermostat & my heatpump funtions. His patience and explanations were exemplary! Awesome experience. Thank you Daniel!

The staff at Goettl just completed a total redo of our plumbing from kitten laundry and toilet. All new abs pipes to replace very old galvanized clogged
Pipes, all under the house with low clearances. Alan and partners did a very professional and considerate work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Having been a customer with goettl for a few years now I have some good experiences with them. I had an issue with my ac unit this time and due to work was unable to have anyone look at it until the evening. Eddie not only did an exceptional job but also was willing to wait for me arrive home after arriving basically 30 minutes before I did as I was driving during rush hour. I really appreciate his patience and recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their ac unit!

Goettl was great, again. Jay Jenkins was the repair person a few weeks back and Daniel Ramirez today. They were both very friendly, made sure to go over things with me very thoroughly so that I could understand all details. Would definitely recommend this company!

Andrew was awesome! He explained what the problem was, and what it would take to fix it. He also called the manufacturer to check on the warranty. Parts (covered by warranty) will be sent directly to us and a return visit by Goettl to complete job.

Peter arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, kept us informed throughout the day and even wore booties while indoors.

He represented Goettl well.

From the moment they knock on the door, Goettl AC was a God send! At first meeting, Jorge, the technician, brought a little toy for our kids. He then proceeded to explain what he was looking at, what it meant, and what were some of the possible fixes.
We ended up needing a new unit. While I'm sure Goettl isn't the cheapest in town, for something at necessary as a good AC unit, you get 5 star service with your purchase. So far, we are happy with our choice.
Jorge didn't try to up-sell us. He was honest and realistic. If I could opt for him to come to every service call, I would. God Bless you Jorge!

12/2025: Andrew was AMAZING 👏 He is really knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on with our heating system and spent extra time helping us out!

Goettl's staff and Very Experienced technician inspected and cleaned every aspect of our AC system. He checked the mechanical and electrical equipment and the air return filters.
He did an excellent job on the entir9mme system. I'm very pleased at Goettl's standards. Thank you. I will definitely have them back again!!!

Adam Retherford was very professional and Friendly arrived on time.Communicated every step of the way. Identified and corrected my toilet leak quickly . Pulled the toilet and replaced the wax ring.

Update: we have had consistently great service from Goettl since 2021. If we have a water or air issue they are able to come out the same day to address the issue. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly - from the person who answers the phones to scheduling to every single technician we've had come out. And since we're Sadie Club members, Goettl is out 3x per year with preventative service. We've met more than a handful of technicians.

December 2025: we just had our annual HVAC rejuvenation. Josue Diaz was a great technician. He checked all of the systems with a detailed list. When he noticed that we don’t have refrigerant locks on the outdoor unit he installed them free of charge.

Our most recent service with Goettl was a new HVAC system - Blake and Oscar were not only great at the technical parts of their job, but also at showing me some things I can do to help maintain the system between the regular maintenance that I have done through the Sadie Club membership. It is the little things that can make a huge difference, like leaving the box for the filter in a logical place so that I have a visual reminder of exactly what I need to order in 6 months. I could have taken a photo, but then I'd have to go find the photo.

Blake and Oscar were here for a long time installing the new system and checking that it worked. But honestly if it weren't for the drop cloths they put to protect my floors I probably could have forgotten they were here - they were so quiet and efficient. I had been expecting that it would be loud, but I could have worked from home with them installing and not have had an issue - if my daughter was still a baby I probably could have had her napping at almost any time of the process!

Overall, I could not be more impressed with the service I've had from this company and I look forward to working with them going forward to maintain my home and systems. And a quick note about the Sadie Club - they call you when the included maintenance is due - no more paying for something and forgetting to use it.

Goettl did an amazing job! Tim is an amazing plumber and puts care behind his work. Replacing a sewer line is a hard job but he made us feel comfortable with the work and the service was spectacular!

So this review is is for service over the past year.

After checking around and getting tons of estimates, there was as much as a $10,000 difference between all of the estimates. Four seasons came in at the best price. Unfortunately, I ordered an 80,000 BTU furnace and when the guy was done, I looked at the furnace and saw that it was a 60,000 BTU. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit.

I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons.

When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items.

The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company.

A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly.

Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days.

These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going.

Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol.

Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them.

I really would recommend you contacting them and get on that membership before you actually need them. Thank you, Josh and chris and unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the female technician that came out and changed our filters but she was awesome also!

He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company.

A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly.

Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days.

These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going.

Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol.

Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them.

I really would recommend you contacting them and get on that membership before you actually need them. Thank you, Josh and chris and unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the female technician that came out and changed our filters but she was awesome also!

We had no hot water and water was leaking out of the tank. I called Goettl at 10:00 and by 1:00, a tech arrived and confirmed that my hot water heater was toast. He put in a call and the company sent Mark to install a new hwh. Both men were extremely courteous and professional.

Excellent service. Get there AC / Heating monthly plan to check your planning and heating and cooling twice a year worth it. The price says are a little high, but I guess it's better to fix something before it breaks down.

I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.

Like most people, I typically search for the cheapest service I can find, and I end up having other plumbers come out to check out issues with my tankless water heater, who run their mouths, upsell parts (that don't seem to be causing the problem), and generally don't really know enough about tankless water heaters. This time, I decided to go with an experienced company with a good reputation, and I am glad that I did - Goettl's prices are very reasonable and worth the service they provide.

Juan, was very knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. Even better, he was careful and humble enough to acknowledge that he didn't know everything and checked with the manufacturer at every step. Juan spent a great deal of time helping me diagnose the problem (which always seems impossible to ascertain quickly with machines like tankless water heaters), and went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I had hot water tonight.

Juan never got frustrated; he handled everything carefully and made sure to clean up after himself when he was done. If I can have Juan take care of all of my plumbing or AC issues in the future, I will. Goettl has provided multiple systems for my home over the past few years. JR just completed a repair on my AC and he (as typical for Goettl techs) was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We just had the duct cleaning done so looking forward to dust free heat and AC in the summer. A $499 special! Veronica was great! She and her partner took great care with our home and were done in a very reasonable amount of time given the size of our home and the number of registers and other vents! Had water coming through the wall all of a sudden one day. Robert Burrer from Goettl showed up and was very helpful, informative, and very respectful! I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! Damian, who was a delight, showed up and fixed everything straight away! Thank you ❤️

I had my water heater flushed and my anode rod replaced. They were very friendly and knowledgeable . There were a couple hiccups but I trust this company and they fixed the situation!

Nick, is the technician that was assigned to my house to check out my A/C. Nick was very thorough. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Nick showed me all the things he looked at on my A/C system. He explained to me why I might need a surge protector on the unit. I told him I would talk with my wife and explain it to her. Nicholas Mayhew came to our home to repair/replace the garbage disposal, unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathtub spigot. He was assisted by Caleb. Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run. Both technicians were courteous, personable, professional and thorough. The price for all was reasonable. I highly recommend Goettl of Tucson.

Saul came to my house about an hour after I called in the workorder. Found the wiring problem and fixed it and left within 1 hour 30 min after arriving.

Had a gas line in my home that needed repair. Goettl was quick to send a technician that night even though it was well past business hours. Chris came over and gave us a quote. He made sure we knew our payment options and thoroughly explained what the repair was going to be like and the steps we needed to take with the gas company.
