This week the HVAC tech, Deano came to do the winter service. I knew my system was old, and Deano was courteous when explaining all the things my system needed. He patiently walked through the options and helped me determine a realistic solution for my home and for my budget! In the end I wound up getting a replacement system, Mike helped walk me through the financing options which were doable for me.
Goettl does a great job! With techs like Deano and Mike they are truly an asset to the company and give me peace of mind for my home.

Our experience was great with everyone we worked with. From Deano who initially came out because we had no heat to working with Mike after we decided replacement of such an old system was our best decision to Nick’s installation. They had to do a lot of work due to our old system not being wired or insulated properly. He spent a long time making sure everything was down right. We appreciate the speed in getting things installed with it being a holiday week as well. We are very happy with everything and everyone’s worked with.

While he was here he replaced my filters for me and also recommended the blower motor be cleaned, as it has never been done. Goettl has provided multiple systems for my home over the past few years. JR just completed a repair on my AC and he (as typical for Goettl techs) was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Zackery arrived at my home very early into the window I was given. He explained what he was going to do, then afterwards explained what he found and any issues.
I’m very happy with the seamless experience.

Brandon was an exceptional service technician. Very mindful of every aspect of my system. He checked everything and showed me pictures of the inside of the system. I recommend this man for service.

Yesterday we had our heat pump unit serviced by Parker M. He was conscientious, friendly, got right to work. He updated and explained things throughout the process. We did have to get some extra work done, but it was needed and he was very good at explaining the situation. We highly recommend him as well as Goettl for any heating or a/c service you might need. Goettle also is excellent if you need a plumber. We have been with Goettl for many years!

Jesus Gloria did an excellent job and explained all the details of what was found and went through the options to choose from and what each option would give. Decision is easy.

Frank did an excellent job at explaining every thing in terms that were understandable to both myself and my wife. This greatly assisted in making the right decision to look at all options on either repair or update/purchase for the future and in the long term, saving money.

Jose Carreon was the tech who was dispatched to look into a problem of a brand new system not working correctly after a new install. Jose was very methodical in his approach and found the actual issue which was not an install issue except the settings of the thermostats which were replaced and installed by Goettl. Jose's complete inspection and patience resolved the problem and he went the extra mile of calling a supervisor for a second opinion. The system is now running as it should!!! Thanks Jose!!

Andrew did a great job fixing my shower. Arrived earlier than expected, identified the problem, found the new part and finished the work in a few hours.

Rudy Flores went out of way to provide service to this evening and also, it was late. He exemplifies professionalism and concern towards my wife and I. Rudy righted a wrong from a previous technician and corrected errors made to show us the problems. After deligent work, he gave us an invoice with several options for us to consider with no pressure for us which is amazing. Certainly, a professional and the gentleman has considerable insight for his customer satisfaction. Great person and extremely knowledgeable of his profession. Need more people like Rudy!

We've just had our ducts cleaned and also a few days ago out ac inspected and a spiget replaced. All your techs have been very professional and friendly!

So I tried a bunch of HVAC/Plumbing companies and was frustrated with the quality of the service. Poor communication, inexperienced techs, to the sell sell sell types. After years of hearing the Goettl ads and seeing the trucks (everywhere, always clean), super skeptical I decided maybe they are the biggest around for a reason. They are! I asked them to come out for my annual heater service…they were so professional on the phone, and the tech was so good, (Wish I could remember his name, guy was fantastic) that I called back and signed up for a/c and water heater service. Justin Estabillo came out for the water heater, again, great communication, neat, courteous, professional. Gave me an assessment and some advice, no sales pitch…no scare tactics, facts. So far, very pleased, in fact, ecstatic! 🤩

We just had the duct cleaning done so looking forward to dust free heat and AC in the summer. A $499 special! Veronica was great! She and her partner took great care with our home and were done in a very reasonable amount of time given the size of our home and the number of registers and other vents! I highly recommend you take advantage of this service if you haven’t had it done yet or has been over 7 years!😊

They said I needed to replace my a/c. I was given a choice of 5 units. I liked that the 2nd most expensive would balance the temperature in my house. I get full west in my living room in the afternoon. It is always 10 plus degrees hotter on my sofa, than rest of house. So I paid a fortune and it isn't doing what he said it would. They came back and added another vent to my living room. Better, but still not what I was told. I could saved $10k and got the cheaper model. Don't think I have much recourse to get this fixed. The technicians are very good, too bad their salesmen and products are not up to the same standard.

Had a full system cleaning and scheduled a duct cleaning. I never would have done it if not for the service we received from Sam. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I typically do not trust A/C companies but Sam changed my opinion. He definitely deserves a raise and a hefty bonus!

Shane was professional and very knowledgeable. He confirmed our water pressure regulator was clogged, replaced it and had us back online within an hour.

Skip was very knowledgeable regarding what may be causing the leak. He made a few adjustments and said to watch it for a couple of days. Depending on what occurs or doesn't, we will have our answer, and will know how to proceed.

Brent is great! He explained everything he was doing along the way, kept me aware of costs, and recommended what to do in the future. He’s very honest and that is truly appreciated!

Had my annual heating system check by Goettl. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for many years. I really like the Saddie plan that checks my heating and A/C annually. It kept my home comfortably conditioned with fail. Preventive maintenance is the way to go. Kevin just finished my winter checkup. He was fantastic. Air my Goettl techs have been too notch. Great techs and very personable. Give Goettl a try, you’ll be pleased with the results.

Jacky got my heating system back up and running just before Thanksgiving. He fully diagnosed the issue; come to find out it was a faulty controller module and not a flame sensor, thanks Goettl for employing solid human beings!

jef Eusepi helped my step dad out after another hvac guy came out and tried to charge 700$s for a quick service. Jef set us up with reoccurring maintenance 3x a year for three units for 300-400$s a time they came out

Daniel and Alan were super nice and worked late (the evening before Thanksgiving) to make sure job was done correctly! Very professional and kept me updated throughout repair! Can’t thank them enough!!

I had Andrew out to rebuild two leaking toilets and he was exactly who I’d want in my home on a vacation week from school with my kids home. Being capable, prompt etc are all important, but being someone you want in your home is irreplaceable. I highly recommend this company.

Very nice, professional, and highly efficient technician came over and replaced my entire water heater unit. He was very upfront and honest about why it had to be completely replaced, and physically showed me where the break occurred. It only took him 2 hours and the price was very reasonable with lots of water heater options and price ranges. They also arrived in less than 24 hours of my initial call which I was grateful for.

Jr. was very helpful, checking good the state of the equipment and explaining the origin of the burning smell I sensed this morning when turning the heat on. He is also a good conversationalist, which always makes everything more pleasant.

I'm reviewing Goettl’s maintenance inspections for HVAC and plumbing. Chris was our HVAC specialist, he was very thorough and pointed out some new things on the app. Chris’ inspection revealed we had mold in our plenum, in the early stages. He gave us options, including the nil option, the maintenance and inspection were free. Kudos to Brent , our plumbing specialist came back the same day when we blew out our disposal, after he had left. I have a 13-year-old home that has aging utilities. I depend on Goettl to maintain and informed me about my utilities condition.

Daniel r was polite, replaced my garbage disposal and spare toilet efficiently and quickly. Left all neatly installed. I truly appreciated all the work he did and highly recommend him.

I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Got appointment right away and the Technician, Jef Eusepi, took care of our problem.

Service tech, Jef Eusepi was great. He took his time helping search for issue. Checked the home and the attic till he discovered the cause. He corrected the issue in less than an hour. Very friendly and cordial. Great representative of Goettl.

I had Goettl come out to do a tankless water heater flush. My hot water stopped working. Amdrew was dispatch to my house and he was fantastic

Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

Greatly appreciate the competent and timely weekend service that was provided by Tanner who offered good advice and options as to the operation of my old furnace. Thank you!!

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic service! My initial scheduling for service was easy to do. I needed to change my appointment day and that was easy as well. I was contacted and advised an earlier appointment was available if I wanted it. I was notified 15 minutes in advance the technician was on the way. The technician was professional and informative, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answered all questions I had. This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! Jesus and Anthony are very sharp and they did an amazing job of analyzing my complicated hvac system in my 106 year old home. Jesus came up with a plan that will fix a problem caused by another hvac company that has cost me a lot in electric bills. They also recommended better Insullation which I had been lax in keeping up with. Jesus and Anthony are friendly and I have complete confidence i their honesty and integrity.

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

Technician Edgar arrived and instantly communication was very easy. I felt he was working with me and not for me. When an unexpected problem occurred, he was able to adjust the solution to specifically resolve my problem. Absolutely delighted with Edgar and Goettle.

Our repair guy Jeff was great. Jeff repaired a water valve and outdoor water spigot/handle in our backyard. He also took the time to show us where our main water shutoff valves were located and labeled them for us ( We just moved in.)

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. I would highly recommend Griffin, as well as Goettl for your air conditioning needs.

We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Hugo Castro came on Sunday afternoon and fixed my A/C. He couldn't have been more polite and prompt and professional.

Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

5 star service from Edgar who had to come do a second inspection after the home warranty company did not properly calibrate the unit. He was able to get the unit running smoother and provide great documentation for when I need to call the warranty company.

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend!
