Once again Goettl comes to my rescue!!! I had an appointment for a plumbing issue and Technician Andrew Stone showed up this morning to take a look at the flapper on the the toilet. We then started a conversation about the hot water heater. Andrew then took a look at the heater and noticed that it was starting to leak. I did not want a bandage job and ended up with a new heater and replacement of the entire system in my toilet. Andrew took care of everything today and I am definitely impressed and add to all of this he was great with my furrball!!!!

Brandon and Rudy did a wonderful job of finding bacterial growth and provided a great solution! Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Kristian was the plumber that came out to repair/replace a leaky hose bib that required a new pipe adapter to be sweated on the main line going into the house. He was courteous, professional and took his time to complete the job right. Would definitely call Goettl again for future plumbing issues. Fair pricing and excellent warranty as well.

Chris was great. Real friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process of the gas line and made sure the house and my family will be safe with the work he did. Showed up right on time and done in a short period of time.

Joshua from GOETTL fixed my heating and air conditioning system today. I spent several days without either, and dreading the approaching hot weather. Joshua was able to discover the issue within a very short time, and repaired it. Courteous, efficient, and job well done. Sam was amazing and friendly. He took the time to explain every process to me and even let me chat him up while he worked. Loving my first visit from Geottl and looking forward to working with Sam again in the future.

Camren came out to check the water heater and softener, because we had another company out to check them and they said everything needed to be replaced. He checked everything and found that the water heater was still under warranty, but is still working. The softener was unplugged and had the wrong salt in it. Instead of paying thousands of dollars to replace perfectly good units, he cleaned and serviced the softener! The price was reasonable and far less than the other company quoted.
We are true believers of Goettl and will definitely use them in the future!

I had a great experience with Goettl especially with our plumber, Frank S. He showed up right on time, quickly figured out what was wrong, and explained everything to me step by step so I wasn’t left in the dark. It really felt like he cared about making sure I understood what was happening. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy.

I also want to give a big shoutout to the management team. it’s clear they really care about their clients but, even more importantly, they take care of their team. That kind of support really shows in the quality of the service. I will definitely be using Geottl for future plumbing needs.

Today, 10/31/25, Rodney took care of my home. He inspected the heater and was very thorough. He took his time to explain all that he did so I saw the value in his service. He found bird droppings in my PVC pipes on the roof. I didn’t even know we had them! lol. He provided a reasonable estimate. He knowledge, professionalism and personality all were great. We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. We contacted Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their service. Pablo, their technician, came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong and why the furnace would not stay running to give us heat. He made several trips to the house to continue to work on the furnace and solved the issue. Not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, the new one installed was faulty as well. Goetll Air Conditioning has been exceptionally great to work with. Their staff and dispatch members worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and call backs, even on the weekends. We are very happy we chose Goettl Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They treated us like family! Very appreciative of their expertise and workmanship,

Dustin from Goettle was a life saver! Stuck in the middle of the road with a dead car and no where to go. He was kind enough to walk over and help me push it to safety. He even brought over some water!

The Service Manager reached out and we spoke, he explained the reason for the high cost of the repair and offered to credit our account with a substantial amount,
This is a company that stand to what they advertise and their workmanship is above what they promise.
I would recommend this company to all my neighbors.
I also enrolled into their monthly membership to come out twice a year and check everything out.

Have been trying to speak to a Service Manager since Sunday the 26th of October, it is now October 29th called every day but no answer.
I was billed $270 for 50 minutes of a copper pipe repair, and over $600 for a close to 18 inch pipe with a fitting.
The repairman man was cordial,, it’s the company Goertl that is not a good customer friendly company. When I called to dispute the charge I was told that they are the most expensive company around. Shame. shame, also it’s a veterans owned company and they only gave a 5% discount to us because of my husband being a veteran.

Our dispute is on the cost of material, hence the hole where pipe need repair was pre prepped.
All main valves were shut off and pit was dried.

Frank p was an amazing tech very professional friendly and explained everything to us very clearly.
We are confident that our system will be amazing , are thankful that Mike provided us a good experience.

Jaime is a great technician. This is his second time coming out to service our property and he is very knowledgeable and attentive. He is also very quick and cleanly.

Ashton was superb! He ordered the correct motor for my heat pump on Wednesday and had it installed in just 10 minutes Friday morning. He’s bright, friendly, and confident — truly a pleasure to work with. This young man is going places!

I was so pleased with the service I received today from Jeran Cooke with Goettl. He repaired a leak under my bathroom sink and basically rebuilt my water heater due to calcium buildup. He even installed new shut off valves, since the old ones weren't working properly. He was not only a hard worker, but was very polite and respectful. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me the work he had done. Thank you Jeran and Goettl!

I had a great experience with this Company very professional, they kept me posted from time they were on their way and thru the whole drain clean out process. I have a tree rooting problem that impacts my main line. ANDREW my technician was very informative showed me the camera footage of the roots that was backing up my line. Was quick to resolve the problem, very economical for the existing situation. I also got a quote for a replacement of the line that really needs to be done, they have great financing options. This may be an option for our family to invest in to avoid future issues. Highly recommend using this company.

Ian Kriese was great. He was very interactive and explained what he was doing thur the whole service call. I will ask for Ian the next time I need to use Goettl.

Cobi did a Great job and was very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot my new Ecobee thermostat within minutes of getting onsite, verified the status of the unit and fixed the connection issue. We also found some other pertinent issue with the coils of the inside unit prompting setting up for the preventive maintenance of the unit.

Andrew provided outstanding attention to detail and high quality work. His knowledge of air conditioners is something to marvel at. He gave me maintenance tips that no technician, regardless of the company has provided for the 24 years I’ve owned my home. Definitely the best. I recommend you request him for your system needs. You won’t regret it!!!!

Miguel was very informative, polite, and thorough as far as we can tell. Miguel explained the products in a very understandable manner. Miguel also cleaned up and put things back as he found them.

Daniel and Preston quickly identified my leak was related to irrigation and suggested I call an irrigation company. They said there was no charge for the visit and asked if I would think of them in the future for plumbing and HVAC needs. They were both very friendly and professional. I also followed them into my neighborhood, and I appreciated that they drove carefully and respectfully in a neighborhood setting.

We had an excellent experience with Rodell from Goettl. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and carried himself with a calm confidence that immediately made us feel at ease. Rodell took the time to clearly explain each step of the process as he cleaned out our main sewer line all the way to where it ties into the city connection.

What really stood out was his deep knowledge and attention to detail — he didn’t just do the job, he made sure we understood what was causing the issue and how to help prevent future problems. It’s rare to find someone so thorough, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to doing the job right.

The service tech, Alec, arrived right on time. He was professional and curious. My service was preventive maintenance on plumbing. He also unclogged a bathroom sink at no cost to me.

The technician that arrived today (Jesus Gloria) was very professional, friendly, and a knowledgeable person. I was very comfortable with him here the whole time he was on this service call conducting a Winter Rejuvenation of my HVAC Unit. He kept me informed of the progress he was making as he attended to my HVAC Unit. An issue with the Unit needed attention and he explained what it was and could be corrected right here on the spot, which was appreciated. I would be very comfortable having him come back on a future HVAC issue should one arise.

Richard Wenzaloff just completed doing an outstanding job on my Hot water heater inspection. Pointed out several features which are additional safeguards for the life of this unit. Also handling a slow draft in on my master bath. Would highly recommend Goettl plumbing to my circle of family & friends. Richard Wenzaloff is a salt of the earth person. Mason might be Goettl's best plumbing tech ever. I've been a Sadie member for 10 years and Mason is the best of the best; polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Jason Scarberry Sr came out and serviced my unit did a great job very thorough and provided expertise and guidance. Best part was his honesty about my unit. I’ll certainly use him again.

Blake serviced our 2 units today and did a fantastic job. He explained what he was going to do, did his checks and when he finished told us how are 2 units are functioning. He asked us if we had any questions and finished up. He was extremely professional. Thanks Blake and Goettl.

Daniel M and Preston W were awesome. They did a super job of inspecting all the plumbing. Also cleared the slow draining in my tub/shower. It now drains so much nicer. Also checked the psi (water pressure) and showed me where it is located. So grateful for their thorough inspection. I highly recommend Goettl for Plumbing and HVAC work. I’m on the $19.95 plan and now feel confident that I’m ready for wintertime and the coming seasons.

Angel did a great job performing my A/C Rejuvenation in preparation for the colder months. Although the news wasn’t good, Angel was very helpful in explaining what needs to be done to extend the life of my current system in preparation to eventually move into a new system in the future.

Daniel R diagnosed my issues with the gas line to the stove. He is friendly, professional and will be back early tomorrow with the necessary parts. He put me at ease and gave me confidence in his ability to address and fix my problem. You have a good one.

We had Geo come out on a Saturday in the afternoon so to a water heater issue. He showed up in good time and was able to identify the problem. He gave us a couple of different options to fix or replace the unit with no pressure on us. We decided to get a new water heater installed and he was able to do it the same day. Geo made sure we had all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. After the installation was complete he made sure to show us all of the setting and explain everything that he setup. Geo did a phenomenal job! Thank you Geo!

David arrived on time. He was polite and started to work. The problem we had was quickly solved. The installers didn't plug the unit in. Hr also solv ed some schedule problems with our thermostat. A good guy

The technician, Geo, was knowledgeable, clearly explaining the compounding issues. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond not just on one occasion but was always helpful and willing to put in extra work. Communication was good and Geo and Ricky were easy to get ahold of. These guys went out of their way to take care of every issue. Very pleased with the service on a nasty job but was most impressed by the employees.

AC quit. Technician immediately diagnosed the problem. New part from his van had the unit running in five minutes. Great cooling since the. They are now in my address book!

Our repair guy Jeff was great. Jeff repaired a water valve and outdoor water spigot/handle in our backyard. He also took the time to show us where our main water shutoff valves were located and labeled them for us ( We just moved in.)

Jonathan and Gustavo were super detailed and really took the time to check everything in the unit and make sure the maintenance was taken care of. we had some questions about Remo bulbs and he took the time to work with his front office team to get us a deal on the right place that we could afford while being able to still take care of our families needs and our home.

I needed to replace 4 bathroom sink faucets. The technician brought in the style I had indicated similar to another faucet replace years ago in a small bathroom .After opening the box to see it I was not ok with the size. Thermostat. Stopped working on Monday night 10/20 /2025. GOETTL Tech. Kevin Andrew text to notify me of his ETA. Was very punctual. Explain what the problem was, he checked it out , went up to attic and found the problem. Explain to me the issues that was causing the A/C Thermostat to turn off. Went into detail explaining to me what was causing the A/C Thermostat to turn off. He was very professionalc and ourteous.

My Goettl technician Ashton was very efficient and thorough, and took extra care in cleaning up, when servicing my Furnace. He was very courteous and polite in letting me know what he was doing and approximately how long it would take. I would highly recommend him for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Jef came to our house to diagnose why our 22 year-old furnace wouldn't run correctly. He was very courteous and willing to answer my questions with as much detail as I wanted. I never felt like he was trying to sell me more than was needed to get the furnace running again. He explained, with pictures of our furnace's components, what he found when he inspected it. It simply needed a cleaning and routine service which fortunately was not a huge expense.
He explained, while he saw no immediate problems. what we might expect going forward, given the furnace's age and condition. After I asked about major component vs. whole-unit replacement, he provided a thorough explanation, and pricing, of options for us to consider.

Jeremy did a free duct inspection today. Was very neat, clean,professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly. Also, liked communication with Goethe, prompt, thorough. They’re cleaning my ducts this week.

He is very knowledgeable about what is going on with my A/C system. He explained everything to me and my husband very clearly. He spoke to us about the static filter. I love Stacy as my A/C technician .

My water heater was replaced within 24 hours of my call, on a weekend no less.
The service was perfect. The technician Julian Bray was pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the install quickly. The area was left cleaner than when he arrived.

On time, very friendly, and fair pricing. Mike is the nicest guy you'd want to meet and spent a lot of time explaining the work that needed to be done.

Geo came out to our house. He went under the house and evaluated the issues. He took pictures and explained what had to be fixed. It was a fairly large job which he completed on a day convenient for us. He worked several hours. He took pictures of completed work. He made sure I was satisfied and had no questions. Geoff was a polite man with manners. He did a great job.

Goettl has went above and beyond. They check everything in my home! The pricing always seems to be exactly right. Ashton was awesome! Went above and beyond and was absolutely professional!! I'm very thankful for these guys for keeping my home up to par!

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. Michael did a great job for us today. Our sewage line was completely blocked by roots. He showed me with the camera and educated me on what was happening to our old iron cast line. He knew what he was doing, the what, the why is this happening. This is going to be a major project having to replace the entire line and he informed me on how this process works and the time and effort and safety it takes to replace a line. Goettl's website was easy to use and we got an appointment the very next day. Great job Michael. Will definitely use Goettl again.

Just had an outside faucet repaired by Geo today. He was very professional and personable from when he arrived to when the work was finished. Knowledgeable on all aspects of the repair, he explained what he was doing to me and his confidence on doing the repair showed in his work and his explanations to me on the Job. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Hugo Castro came on Sunday afternoon and fixed my A/C. He couldn't have been more polite and prompt and professional.

Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

5 star service from Edgar who had to come do a second inspection after the home warranty company did not properly calibrate the unit. He was able to get the unit running smoother and provide great documentation for when I need to call the warranty company.

Andrew was on time, determined the flange needed to be replaced, gave us the quote and scope of work, and made the repairs. He explained how the placement was off, and that it appeared to have been like that since construction (21 years ago when we built).
Now we have a new flange, installed correctly, and ready for the new toilet!

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
