My family was already dealing with a medical emergency and my parent’s heater stopped working. Goettl was amazing to work with and the communication was excellent. But it was the technician Joe ( Joseph Rubio) who came out that made us choose goettl for the installation. He was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly. There was a part that was needed and Joe not only got the part but because I shared I wanted to get it fixed before my dad got out of the hospital he came and completed the installation on his day off without a second technician. He showed up right on time and was quick and efficient and made this process so much less stressful! Thank you Joe for your phenomenal service!

They came for a same day to repair our AC that was completely out. Troy Cresap-Fox was incredibly thorough, fixed several issues, and provided me with very clear explanations. Our system is back up and running.

Adrian and Adrian Jr were amazing and professional workers. The two worked very efficiently and explained what they did and what to expect.They also walked us through the installation process and explained what we can do to care for our new unit. They ensured the end result was perfect and even took the time to clean up after they were done. Very knowledgeable duo. I am very glad it was them coming to our home to help us fix our issue. Excellent service from beginning to end from both Colton and Jeren! I called Goetti at 11:30 a.m., and they had completed the job by 6 p.m.! Today was a Goettl party at my house. Brent and Colni were here for hvac and plumbing maintenance. I learned quite a bit from both of them. Turns out I NEEDED a new PRV pressure reducing valve, mine was letting too much pressure into my house which would have eventually caused issues with pipes and more. It had already contributed to my beater heater being ready to retire as well. Same day Zach came out and dug up and replaced the PRV and installed a new water heater. One long day but all done now. Thanks again to the team Brent Sloan, Colby, and Zach!

Editing my first review to add a new experience.
We have known our water heater was at the end of its life. Goettl came in to do maintenance. Brent S. was our technician. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the different options and we ultimately decided to replace our water heater with his help.
We were able to get it replaced same day. The crew who replaced it Zach C. (and I think Darrius?) did a great job replacing the water heater. Happy with everything!

Was having AC issues and a technician was able to come out the same day we called. Chris Rios did a great job showing and explaining in detail the problems we were experiencing with our unit. In the end, it was best for us to replace the entire unit. A crew was actually able to come out the next day to install the new unit. Juan and Carlos did the installation and did a great job! They were on time and were thorough. Happy with the entire process!

The Plumber was very courteous and honest about the work being done on plumbing repair. He took his time to explain the repair being done and worked very effectively in completing the task. I would highly recommend this Plumber and for him again in the future in case I would have another plumbing problem.

Jacobi and Gustavo are both hard working, smart sweet guys. They’ve been so helpful to us during this whole HVAC renovation journey. Best of all, even when it was miserably cold and dark, neither one of them hesitated to dive underneath the house and solve problems. Love it!

We had an AC maintenance and vent check today and we are Very happy with the service Billy McDermott provided. He is very knowledgeable, patient answering all of my questions and offered videos and pictures to support his findings. Thank you.

Robert Burrer was the plumber who came out for my service. Robert did a great job. He was very helpful and took the time to explain issues and what to do to avoid further issues.

Tai did a great job with the inspection to make sure everything is working properly. Was productive from the moment he arrived and worked efficiently.

Lorenzo is the one you want! He deserves 10 stars! He is confident in his work, honest, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and listened to my concerns. He took his time and never rushed the job. We had an appointment just to service our water heater, but during the process, he discovered an issue with a specific pipe that was causing our water pressure to be so low in our home (for a long time) and replaced the pipe the same day! Highly recommend him!

My HVAC is fixed and Joe did a great job. He was professional and provided great service. Highly recommend. I will add that it took a few visits to fix due to the holidays, a misdiagnosis, and not having a part in stock. Since the misdiagnosis was a mistake on their part, they didn’t up their quoted price. That was greatly appreciated. Great customer service.

Goettl plumbing came out to replace my tankless water heater and fix some of the plumbing and gas line that was improperly installed. They sent Robert Getman that has decades of experience. He was very meticulously and detail oriented, installed the water heater and brought it to code. I highly recommend Robert and the rest of the team at Goettl Air conditioning and plumbing.

I am so happy I have Goettl! I woke up with quite a flood in my bathroom. My toilet was leaking. John Nedza was at my house right away. He replaced my toilet and I was very happy . He was kind, polite, and kept me informed. He did a wonderful job. This happened on New Year’s Eve day. Even with the upcoming holiday I knew Goettl would come. During duct rebuilding and installation of a new air conditioning unit installation at our home by Goettl AC services, a water valve was was unknowingly compromised in our attic. After about three days, a water leak was discovered after two bedrooms and a bathroom became flooded. The water valve had previously been installed by Goettl during instillation of a water purification system.

Goettl plumbing supervisor, Craig Cooper, arrived to survey the problem. Craig determined the valve had been incorrectly installed during the previous water system installation. Craig immediately contacted water mitigation supsrvisor, Ethan Gray at Quick Restore LLC.

Craig coordinated with Ethan the construction, drying of walls/carpet and services for the boxing and storage of our personal property. The reconstruction and repair work was done professionally and in an outstanding time frame for me to undergo major spinal surgery.

I wish to thank Craig for his outstanding integtity and attention to detail for this undertaking. He arranged for Goettl to cover all the costs involved for the work, boxing, moving, storage and water mitigation.

Daniel Martin was very friendly and information, during his visit to remove the extremely stuck shower head nut, the installed my new shower fixture. Wife is happy, so life is good.

Ivan F truly came through for my household. After he contacted me to let me know he was on his way, he showed up with 10-15mins. Absolutely courteous and professional. He got straight to work and spent time explaining my furnace and the repair needs. I really appreciate him and all he did for my house.

I would like to thank Goettl Airconditioning for sending our technician Kevin Martinez out this morning. He called around 7:30 this morning to let me know he would be arriving within 20 minutes and he arrived before 8 am. I appreciate this because I have other that’s to do and don’t like waiting long for appointments. Kevin was very thorough, first checking the temperature of the heat being pushed out and then checking the unit on the roof. He even cleaned the coils and took pictures to let me know what I need and what should be considered for future maintenance. Thanks again Kevin

Billy came by and did a great job on component replacement. He gave a running explanation of work, found and rectified minor problems, and did an excellent job of tidying his work. I highly recommend him.

Adam was so professional, checked everything out and could not drain the water heater as the sediment was blocking the faucet. Could not open up the flow. Bad news is the heater is over 7 years old and will need replacing soon. Adam thanks for the great job.

Correy was great and got our drain cleared out very quickly. He also gave us great advice on maintaining clear drains and timelines for maintaining our water softener and other common plumbing issues

Richard was really great at explaining the whole process and how long each test would be. He was able to give us mostly good because it was a smaller job that what we thought it could be.

Jeffrey Jose did a wonderful job fixing the leak in my toilet. He was both friendly and polite and kept me informed of the progress the whole time. I have had quite a few visits from the Goettl techs for various issues. The office ( also extremely nice and helpful) texts me 30 minutes before the tech is to arrive. They sent someone out to my house to investigate a smell free of charge. The technician’s name was Kevin, he was very polite, professional, and quick, and did not try to oversell me on anything which I feel happens more often than not with HVAC/plumbing. He even suggested a home remedy to try first before any paid cleaning. For this reason if I do end up having to do a paid service I will be going with this company.

Jaren, Mark, Jan, and Alonzo were kind, professional, timely, accurate, and honest during our whole house re-pipe. 100% will recommend them and Goettl.

Great service! Johnathan Johnson was very polite and professional. He did a fantastic job servicing my HVAC unit and making sure it was ready for the winter season.

Alan and his apprentice were life savers this morning. Came home to a wet garage and dead water heater. They came out within the hour on Christmas Eve. Very professional and friendly. Quality install as well.

On time and your estimator was very much the professional. I am impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge of equipment option available to me.

Update: I accepted your proposal and wow, three days later my house has heat and air. Installation time was a little over five hours with breaks, and all the time your crew worked efficiently and professionally. Nothing left undone. A big THANK YOU for you guys.
Update2: Goetti set up the building permit appointment with the county, and attended the inspection, which past with no issues. Other companies that I have dealt with have not done so much. Furthermore, I did get multiple estimates, and all the other companies had convenient add-on's which proved by the inspection were a unnecessary expense, thus making Geotti price the lowest and most honest of them all. By the way, the heater and a/c have work to perfection and are both very quiet.

Follow up: A home inspection showed a small issue with my new furnace, so I called Goettl. Next day service and they determined there was an issue with the furnace they installed. Two days later (Christmas Eve) a brand-new furnace was installed. No debate, new questions asked, no cost to me, they insisted. This was quit the contrast to what I experience with other HVAC companies I have dealt with in my forty years in Reno.

Jonathan provided great service, all of my questions were answered, and he is a very pleasant and professional person.

Update:12/18/25
Stacy did an absolutely wonderful job checking our hvac system. In addition my husband asked about insulation and as it turns out Goettl does indeed do insulation. Stacy spent a lot of time taking pictures of our attic and showing them to us and patiently explained everything to us.
He is a very pleasant and friendly person and I would not hesitate to have him do all of our hvac inspections. He was very thorough and even checked our outside a/c unit and changed the Capacitor.
Benton was equally pleasant and very helpful on the phone and we booked the insulation install for the following week.
I would not hesitate to recommend Goettl. Customer service counts a great deal to me and Goettl really takes care of it's customers.

Tim Theriot reinsulated my attic today. As usual for Goettl teams, he did a wonderful job. He and his team member (Francisco?) cleaned up nicely.

Nicholas Mayhew installed our new kitchen faucet. Not only is he an extremely friendly and pleasant person, but he did a great job. He made sure there were no leaks anywhere under our sink and he cleaned up everything. I would have him work on any of my plumbing.

Yesterday we had a plumbing inspection, which was part of our Sadie membership and Blair was our technician. He was so thorough, helpful and informative. He put us at ease with what our system look like and also was able to show us things that needed to address. He was able to give us quotes for the future work that should be completed. They didn’t pressure us to rush into anything. Blair is a great representative of Goettl. We are always so pleased with their technicians , management team and their customer service team as well.

We have the service that allows them to come out twice a year to do preventative maintenance on our HVAC and Plumbing System. They have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They do a great job.

Troy was amazing! He came to look at our HVAC system thermostat. It has not been working properly. He spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the thermostat. Couldn’t find anything really wrong. Nathan was very clear about the diagnosis of our HVAC system and the options repair vs. replace. Walked us through the numbers, stayed with us as we were speaking with the salesperson, told us about the no interest no payments for 12 months and stayed with us as we had to unfreeze our credit reports with all three agencies in order to qualify for the no no deal. After dealing with a chronic sewage drainage problem for 4 plus years, and having several services unable to properly diagnose it, and implementing temporary fixes, the Goettl team of Greg and his apprentice Luis quickly found the source of the issue and repaired it. We have had estimates from other firms to fix this for over $1,200 and this team did the job for under 25% of that. Great to have qualified knowledge and experience working for us to solve this issue once and for all. A very well run business.

I had an appointment for someone to come out today 12/20/25 to give me a complimentary heat and AC unit inspection today. The appointment time was 9:00-1:00. I received a text at 8:15 am saying that the tech would be here in 50 min and they were. Amanda was her name. She was very polite, personable and professional. Amanda explained what she was there to do for me. She took pictures of her findings and showed them to me and explained what the picture was of and what she recommended be done. She then explained to me that she had spoken to her supervisor and they went over the pictures and her recommendations and that he would like to speak to me about what the two of them recommend, and the cost associated with it. We spoke over the phone and he explained to me that because of the age of the unit and the things Amanda saw and took pictures of, he would recommend a full replacement of my 4 ton heat pump unit. I told him I couldn't do that at this time so we went over the options of what needs to be done very soon and the cost. I asked him to please send both estimates to me so I can show them to my husband and we would decide what to do and I would get back to them next week with our decision. Unfortunately, I ordered an 80,000 BTU furnace and when the guy was done, I looked at the furnace and saw that it was a 60,000 BTU. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit.

I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons.

When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items.

The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company.

A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly.

Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days.

These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going.

Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol.

Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them.

Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked our heating system as we had requested. He made recommendations as to any additional items that may enhance our comfort. The appointment was moved a little earlier, but worked out great for us. Definitely recommended.

I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.

Like most people, I typically search for the cheapest service I can find, and I end up having other plumbers come out to check out issues with my tankless water heater, who run their mouths, upsell parts (that don't seem to be causing the problem), and generally don't really know enough about tankless water heaters. This time, I decided to go with an experienced company with a good reputation, and I am glad that I did - Goettl's prices are very reasonable and worth the service they provide.

Juan, was very knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. Even better, he was careful and humble enough to acknowledge that he didn't know everything and checked with the manufacturer at every step. Juan spent a great deal of time helping me diagnose the problem (which always seems impossible to ascertain quickly with machines like tankless water heaters), and went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I had hot water tonight.

Juan never got frustrated; he handled everything carefully and made sure to clean up after himself when he was done. If I can have Juan take care of all of my plumbing or AC issues in the future, I will. And if you're reading reviews to decide whether to call Goettl for your issue, I would encourage you to trust their service and experience. My experience with Juan was definitely memorable.

Goettl has provided multiple systems for my home over the past few years. JR just completed a repair on my AC and he (as typical for Goettl techs) was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We just had the duct cleaning done so looking forward to dust free heat and AC in the summer. A $499 special! Veronica was great! She and her partner took great care with our home and were done in a very reasonable amount of time given the size of our home and the number of registers and other vents! Had water coming through the wall all of a sudden one day. Robert Burrer from Goettl showed up and was very helpful, informative, and very respectful! Was also knowledgeable and provided top notch service. Would definitely use Goettl again and request Robert as the technician. I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. I had Chris come out for a plumbing checkup, and he was great. Very educational, as he explained the pros and cons of my plumbing system. He explained what I needed, and what to look for in the future. Very easy to talk to, and was a real pleasure to work with… great guy

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

I had my water heater flushed and my anode rod replaced. They were very friendly and knowledgeable . There were a couple hiccups but I trust this company and they fixed the situation!

I found that my water heater was having serious issues and the technician Justin was awesome and very personable. He explained everything and answered all questions.
The company is installing a tankless heater and the customer service is outstanding.

Nick, is the technician that was assigned to my house to check out my A/C. Nick was very thorough. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Nick showed me all the things he looked at on my A/C system. He explained to me why I might need a surge protector on the unit. I told him I would talk with my wife and explain it to her. Nicholas Mayhew came to our home to repair/replace the garbage disposal, unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathtub spigot. He was assisted by Caleb. Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run. Both technicians were courteous, personable, professional and thorough. The price for all was reasonable. I highly recommend Goettl of Tucson.

Saul came to my house about an hour after I called in the workorder. Found the wiring problem and fixed it and left within 1 hour 30 min after arriving.
