I had a new water filter system installed by Goettl. Alek was the original technician who came out and diagnosed the issues with the existing unit. The unit was obsolete and the company was no longer in business. Alek gave us multiple replacement options, Alek and his team gave us the time we needed to talk and think about this investment. Joey came out the following Friday and did a beautiful job on the installation. Goettl was never pushy, and Gave me the time I needed to make my decision. Thanks Goettl.

For approximately the last 2 years, when I had my system put in, I have been having a problem with heat and cooling. If the temperature outside was like 98, I had to set my thermostat on 77, and the temperature in the house would be at 80 or higher and same problem with colder temperatures. I was never able to put it on 75, system kept running.
I had techs out here at least 3 times to find the problem. All I would here is " There is nothing wrong with the AC". The manager even got nasty with me and that was the last time for a year that I have used them.
But Michael Zuniga came here and actually checked the system and found the problem.
When the system was put in, the bolt was never tightened and it has been leaking coolant the whole time.
Michael actually took the time to Check everything. So as of March 12th, 24 Michael fixed 2 problems and my AC is FINALLY working like it should have been.
If possible, Michael IS THE ONLY TECH I WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH. He is so nice and cares about helping others and does the BEST job ever. Thank you so much Michael

Alek did a fantastic job. Within my minutes of arriving he had detected the problem with water leakage in the front yard. He discovered a sizable hole in the waterline, most likely caused by pack rats. He was then able to repair the damage and BANG, problem solved in less than 30 minutes. We had a problem with standing water under the kitchen counter near the laundry. I assumed plugged stand pipe from washer. When I snaked it and found it dry, I called Goettl. I was told after the inspection I would get a quote “to the penny”. Alek did the inspection, explained exactly what the problem was and the solution. He gave me the quote, to the penny. Then he called it in to schedule the repair. Of course I’m thinking it will be days. No! Not with Goettl. Within a couple of hours, Nicholas came with another young man, (sorry, didn’t catch his name). They repaired it the same day, tested everything to be sure, and cleaned up the whole work area just as Alek had done earlier. Goettl will be my go to plumbing and AC specialists from now on. And they are the nicest and respectful service men I’ve ever seen.

Goettl service was absolutely amazing! My technician Jef really broke things down for me and helped out so much that it wasn’t the other local companies that tried to make me buy a whole new system for $10k he actually trouble shot the issue and found the real problem that only costed me about 1k in total! AC IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! So happy with the results

From my very first call with Vanessa on Monday morning, everything was coordinated seamlessly. Kevin arrived on time, quickly evaluated our situation, and walked us through clear options for next steps. Once it was determined that we needed a new unit, Jeremy helped us choose the system that best fit both our needs and budget.

By that same afternoon, Carlos and Jose were at our home dismantling the old unit and installing the new one. They worked with precision and care—running thorough tests to make sure the system met Goettl’s high standards, ensuring not only that it functioned perfectly but also that the installation itself looked clean and professional.

Finally, Alberto came in to handle the drywall repairs, leaving the area looking even better than before the installation began.

Juan was very professional. I only called for a second opinion and free estimate because of work done by my Home Warranty. Price was reasonable to me for shower valve to be replaced in wall with Goettl also repairing the drywall after plumbing repairs. They also offer a membership for other services that seem worth the price, although I have nothing to compare it to. But Id recommend calling Goettl for an initial or even follow up advice, quotes. If I were not already in the hole from the service fee, repairs, etc with paying the home warranty company for the initial repairs, I'd definitely go with Goettl because they also had a payment plan that I could work with. I base companies I call for help off reviews, and others people experience with them, so I wanted to put out that from price, help, professionalism, and courtesy just from the one visit I definitely will call them in future when needed. I came home from a week out of town on a work trip and my home was cooking. I called and received an appointment same day. When the technician Ashton showed up he got right to work. He did a quick assessment in the home and then hopped on the roof to inspect the unit itself. He determined the problem and gave me an overview of what was wrong and how to fix it. It was reasonably priced and Ashton had my home cooling again in no time. Also, he gave me a run down of my unit going over it’s health and how to keep it well maintained. I’m glad Ashton came out and provided the service.

Todd was here on time. We talked through several options but in the end, couldn’t come up with a workable solution to improve the air into the master bedroom.

The duct cleaning was amazing. We had this done 9 years ago and the walls and furniture were dinged in the process. Goettl covers the floor and all furniture near the A/C ducts. The process was so much more detailed than just sticking a vacuum cleaner hose in the ducts and hoping for the best.

I have had some problems with my air conditioning being a brand new unit. I got to be the lucky one to get a bad unit, but Gettel was very prompt and having a guy come out and replace my unit his name was Nick did an awesome job cleanup was great and very nice and showed me technical style of how the unit is running, which I got an A+ and answered a lot of my questions are very helpful young man.I am a happy camper again let’s hope everything goes well.

Jarod was entirely receptive when I told him "my a/c blower motor stopped turning," Jarod said 'let me grab a capacitor from the truck'. His instinct was correct, I had was an old capacitor which needed replacement. In the middle of August my AC quit working. Even though I live one hour outside of Phoenix, Goettl had a technician arrive the same afternoon to diagnose the problem.
Parker was awesome! He saw what was happening and very patiently explained it. After a lengthy discussion, I decided that my old AC unit needed to be replaced. He was able to get the old one working to cool my house until the next day, when the installation crew could install a new unit. They did a great job also.
Parker is not only knowledgeable, but an extremely kind person, who did everything that he could to make the situation go as smoothly as possible.

Jacob Colvin was our technician today for plumbing maintenance. He was informative with all my questions, did his job in a timely manner and overall a very pleasant young man to work with.

My air conditioner quit working late Friday afternoon on a 100 degree day.
I called Goettl to see if they could get it running. They had a tech there at 8:30 am the next day. Technician Nick diagnosed the problem and immediately provided solutions. Unfortunately the 20 year old unit had a major problem. Nick called the office support and they gave me the cost of each option. Replacing the worn out part required input from the Trane Company which was closed for the weekend. Nick offered temporary help from portable units. He supported me through the rest of Saturday and Sunday, keeping me informed. It turned out Trane no longer made the parts I needed but had replacement parts available. The cost was 4019 dollars. Spending that much on a 20 year old unit didn’t make sense so we replaced the unit. Goettl had the new unit installed by Tuesday. Their installer Terrance Harr was excellent. Everything is “cool” for now.

Goettl has a remarkable history of professional service for us. Today our Goettl Service Professional was Gerardo, for water heater and plumbing annual maintenance. Gerardo was very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly. He provided us with information about our drinking water including hardness and chlorine, the functioning of our water heaters, and information about leaking we might have. We had the sense we were in good hands in every way.
One thing Goettl does is take photos of any damage, along with any digital readings, then the fix. Together with their professionalism and obvious knowledge, it makes for a high degree of confidence in them. The service provider has digital access to our home’s history to guide them as well.
We were very satisfied with Gerardo today, enjoyed working with him, and would readily welcome him back. We’ve trusted Goettl for maintenance and repair needs for more than a decade. The quality of the experience they’ve given us is really remarkable! Thank you Gerardo!! ❤️

Long story short, I have a 5 year old a/c unit I had installed five years ago by Four Seasons. I have a second unit installed by Sierra Air that is one year old. My service contract is with Sierra Air and costs me $40/month. I just had one of the A/C units break. Thought it was Sierra Air’s, so I had them come out. It took them a week - they then discovered it was the other unit installed by Four Seasons. Sierra Air charged me $20 for that ‘fine’ service. I then called Goettl, assuming they’d tell me the warranty was no longer valid on the older unit. I was wrong!! AND, they’ll be out within 24 hours and there is no upfront service charge!! They seem to be a much stronger company and understand customer service compared with Sierra Air!!

Our furnace stopped working on a cold evening. The next morning I began calling around for repair. The first place I called told me they couldn't come for two weeks. I called Goettl and a technician was at our home by noon that day. It turned out that our thirty-two old furnace had to be replaced. The Tech, Tanner was very professional and took time to explain all of our options. We decided it was time to replace our furnace and air conditioning and the next day a crew arrived early in the morning. They worked through the day and when they left we had a new furnace and a/c. Nicholas Mayhew came to our home to repair/replace the garbage disposal, unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathtub spigot. He was assisted by Caleb. Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run. We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. He did a thorough inspection and informed us of what we already felt we needed to do with our old system. He sat down with me and went through the pros and cons of repairing the old vs replacement. He explained everything about a new Goettl system. From all the benefits, to the great warranties to the peace of mind we’d have not having to worry what would and could happen next to the old system. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. He did and went through all the models of systems Goettl has to offer and all info we needed to make a decision and give him a call back. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
