So far my experience has been completely positive. I got a great deal (better than I'd expect), the technician, manager, and installation crew were all great. They took time to explain everything and made sure I understood 100% of what the details were. They did such a clean job. It was quick and seamless thankfully and I now have a brand new HVAC unit that is running amazingly after my 20 year old unit finally died a warriors death.

Eddie Franco was very Nice and Knowledgeable... Even told me my unit has Factory warranty... Just bought this house and was not aware of that... so helpful would definitely recommend Goettl to family and friends. Thank You for the service!!! Memberships is worth the $20 monthly fee!!! BEST LUNCH MONEY I EVER SPENT!!!

I contacted Goettl on a Sunday for a leak through my ceiling and the service fee was waived, I was not charged for the visit. Stacy was the technician that came out, inspected, prompt, and excellent feedback on the issue. We discussed options and was able to book a secondary appointment right away!

Martin A. Morones was a very skilled technician in repairing our damaged ceiling. He was a very courteous and professional individual. He covered effective areas and cleaned up to our satisfaction. Very satisfied.

Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked our heating system as we had requested. He made recommendations as to any additional items that may enhance our comfort. The appointment was moved a little earlier, but worked out great for us. Definitely recommended.

For this visit, Caleb Fawcett served as my water purity technician and promptly identified the issue, completing the replacement in under 30 minutes. We had no hot water and water was leaking out of the tank. I called Goettl at 10:00 and by 1:00, a tech arrived and confirmed that my hot water heater was toast. He put in a call and the company sent Mark to install a new hwh. Both men were extremely courteous and professional.
By the end of the day, I had hot water and Mark left no sign of a mess behind.
I was surprised at such fast service and impressed by everyone I interacted with.

Jacob was great! He called ahead, was very professional and helpful in describing the situation and what was needed. He was able to complete the work the same day so no delay was necessary in getting a new water heater and pressure system installed. On top of it all he was nice enough to answer all my questions.

Chris R. helped us with our HVAC tuneup. He was very informative and patient as we discussed options. He is what makes Goettl so great in my opinion!

Gilbert did a really great job for us. He did maintenance service on our HVAC system. He also checked our attic and found we were low on insulation. He explained why we should have more insulation. He had me talk to his supervisor, Cody about insulation and that Goettl can install insulation. I plan to add insulation, but not at this exact time. I will check around for prices to bring it up to code. I may have Goettl do it.
Gilbert was very knowledgeable and explained what he had done for us and about insulation. If you had a scale to 10, Gilbert would earn that 10! Thanks.

Stacy was awesome! He was professional, thorough, so polite, knowledgeable, and shared pertinent information as well as applicable specials through Goettl. I am very pleased with the Goettl maintenance visit.

Excellent service. Get there AC / Heating monthly plan to check your planning and heating and cooling twice a year worth it. The price says are a little high, but I guess it's better to fix something before it breaks down.

Had a water leak and Goettl Air was able to respond within 48 hours. Skip Yonkers was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly resolve the problem and present me with various options. I definitely recommend them.

Geottl Team member Jahfear swung by today as scheduled, and did my whole house duct and HVAC cleaning. He was polite and very neat putting plastic sheeting down everywhere while cleaning the duct work and even vacuumed up everywhere he worked afterwards. Thank you Jahfear and the Goettl Team for making my whole house maintenance job easier by dealing with one company that does it all!!

Wonderful experience!! We knew we needed a new garbage disposal and had some other issues. Within 24 hours Zach W and team came to our rescue. Ryan provided a great in home estimate as well. Goettl does cost more than other plumbing companies BUT they back up their work and trusted in our house. They will not over sell you but tell you want is needed and what is suggested.

Technician Brendon arrived on time and quickly and accurately evaluated the problem as well as my level of understanding. He made sure I realized why he was doing specific repairs and how the cost was adding value to the system. I’ve used Goettle in the past and will continue to use them for future needs.

Gilbert is exactly what you want in a tech. He was patient in listening to what my perceived situation is with all the context I could provide while also doing a fresh analysis uninhibited. This allowed him to corrobote some aspects of what I knew and what other companies claimed but also correct some other aspects that were misinterpreted or incorrect altoge. Add in personability, reasonability, and hard work and I could be happier.

Goettl is not cheap, although their service visit is very inexpensive, their quotes are almost always considerably higher. The service from an employee like Gilbert, however, is the sole reason why I would even consider entertaining a higher cost.

Mathew and Jose C. came to our rescue when a mouse was obliterated by the fan in our outdoor unit. They cleaned and check the unit to make sure nothing was loose or damaged. Mathew has always been honest and upfront about any cost before doing the job. They have been here before and we trust Mathew, Jose, and Goettl with our AC and plumbing needs (and we've used them for both). Hopefully it will just be the seasonal checks and nothing more...knock on wood.

Technician was very thorough and explained everything very well. As it turned out the toilet repairs were not needed at this time. There was no cost for this visit.

Billy McDermott is a polite & skilful technician. He was quick to troubleshoot the issue and went out of his way to track down the replacement parts. He left the work area cleaner then it was before. He also explained the issues and offered advise for preventive maintenance.

Daniel did very thorough furnace maintenance and discovered a crack in our heat exchanger. Not the best news but we are thankful to learn about this issue so it can be addressed. He provided a quote for repair and replacement and took a lot of time to help us understand our options. Thank you.

Joe inspected the house fixtures and flushed the water heater. After that I scheduled him personally to change my water shut off for the house because he was really friendly and knowledgeable with his craft. He's trustworthy, patient, and methodical with his work and will most likely be hiring him for any future repairs. Goettl is top shelf price wise but worth the cost if you want honest and solid work done 👍

Goettl installed a new HVAC system for us. We have two units and they replaced one 18 months ago and the second one last week. We were happy with the first job so we chose them to do the second one too. Carlos and Jose arrived on time and were very personable and professional. They finished the job earlier than estimated! I was pleased with the work they did, the clean up, and the information and photos of what they did. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do work for us again.

Hello! Ivan from Goettl came out for a heating system maintenance and a sensor install today. He was very polite and professional.He explained everything thoroughly after he finished, ensuring I understood what he did.

We had a service call today to check out our heating system which was part of our total review plan we have with Goettl. Our technician Angel was on time. He did a thorough job, checked the thermostats and went into the attic where the system is located. Afterwards he went over the results. He was very knowledgeable. A very pleasant person. No charges as it was part of our plan.

Daniel did an excellent job, wonderful customer service. Knew what to do and kept me informed all the way. I know in plumbing, especially the pipes you can't see, things don't always go the way one thinks they will. He was on top of it all.

Received professional service and follow up to get my project completed. Amanda conducted a comprehensive check of my system, identified a major issue with my rHVAC outdoor fan and replaced it. Amanda was great and did an awesome job!

Great service! Had to replace my water heater and the installation by Zach and Darius was wonderful; super respectful, kind, and well done. It was seamless and painless. Zach actually came back a few days later to make some adjustments, and again, just great service. It is always “not fun” to have to get a new water heater, but this made it easy and gave me peace of mind.

Jef came out to perform a standard, heating maintenance procedure. He arrived at the time he said he would and spent at least an hour checking and cleaning all the major parts of the system. He also took numerous photos to show me what he saw. It was a great experience and well-priced.

I had a major water leak, the second one in 3 months. I needed an expert master plumber to do a thorough inspection and provide me with an accurate and definitive diagnosis. Andrew to the rescue! I was really impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, empathy, and care. Andrew, and team, took the extra time required to locate the source of the leak and create an appropriate action plan. I finally feel relieved and satisfied after working with other professionals from different companies who were unable to resolve my issue.

I had such a good experience with Goettl the last time, that I decided to use them again for HVAC. Kevin was the technician assigned to my job. He was very professional and provided me with a thorough and accurate diagnosis. He patiently explained everything to me and walked me through the recommended repairs and even shared alternative solutions. I have the information I need and feel comfortable moving forward. I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.

Like most people, I typically search for the cheapest service I can find, and I end up having other plumbers come out to check out issues with my tankless water heater, who run their mouths, upsell parts (that don't seem to be causing the problem), and generally don't really know enough about tankless water heaters. This time, I decided to go with an experienced company with a good reputation, and I am glad that I did - Goettl's prices are very reasonable and worth the service they provide.

Juan, was very knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. Even better, he was careful and humble enough to acknowledge that he didn't know everything and checked with the manufacturer at every step. Juan spent a great deal of time helping me diagnose the problem (which always seems impossible to ascertain quickly with machines like tankless water heaters), and went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I had hot water tonight.

Juan never got frustrated; he handled everything carefully and made sure to clean up after himself when he was done. If I can have Juan take care of all of my plumbing or AC issues in the future, I will. And if you're reading reviews to decide whether to call Goettl for your issue, I would encourage you to trust their service and experience. My experience with Juan was definitely memorable.

We now have hot water again. Can I get a "hell yeah"?

Danielle M and Josh M did a fantastic job cleaning my shower drain. They were personable, efficient, clean, and did a great job. They used the camera to look down the drain, they cleaned it and even did the jet cleaning service of the pipes. My shower drain runs super fast now! I will definitely use them again.

Chris came out to do an annual inspection and caught some items that need to be done. While I don't have the funds yet, it is on my to-do list. Give him a bonus! (Craig, you have competition...)

Mike from Goettl plumbing repaired a water line that had burst under the house. He came out right away and did a great job. I believe damage from the pipe break was kept to a minimum. Had water coming through the wall all of a sudden one day. Robert Burrer from Goettl showed up and was very helpful, informative, and very respectful! Plumbing repairs are never fun but he helped keep us informed to make the best decisions, come up with a plan, and also a solution. Now just have to get the work completed later this week! Skip was very knowledgeable regarding what may be causing the leak. He made a few adjustments and said to watch it for a couple of days. Depending on what occurs or doesn't, we will have our answer, and will know how to proceed.

I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

Frank inspected our Central Heat and air very thoroughly. Knowledgeable complete and explained everything. Dependable and helpful information to decide repairs.

This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! He was patient explaining my options, offered insight about my water pressure, and took care of the problem fast. He was neat as a pin, and I would happily use this service again!

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private.
