What Can Hydro Jetting Services Do for Me?

If you are not familiar with the term “hydro jetting service,” it is not because the service itself is not important. Instead, it’s because it’s a specialized type of service that not every plumbing contractor is going to offer. When you work with our team, of course, you’re getting the right equipment in the right hands, and we’ll be sure to do the job right! But just what is the job that hydro jetting accomplishes? That’s what we’re talking about today!

It basically comes down to cleaning out drains and sewer lines, but this particular method is much more effective than others you may have tried in the past. Due to the nature of the equipment used, however, your system could actually be damaged if the service is not completed properly. You need only dial our number to guarantee that your pipes are safe. Why You Need Clean Pipes

One of the first questions you may ask yourself if you’re considering hydro jetting services is why you need clean pipes to begin with. It’s not like you’re putting the interior of your pipes on display for company, right? Of course not. But keep in mind the trouble that clogged drains and sewer lines can cause. Now remember that these clogs are not always caused by a single event.

Over time, the interior surfaces of your pipes can really accumulate waste materials. As that happens, the pipe can basically grow narrower and narrower. And when that happens, there is less and less room to move water and waste through the pipes.

And then, the inevitable happens. As there is less and less room to navigate, you’re going to run into more and more instances of clogs. Of backups. Of all kinds of headaches and potentially unhygienic situations. And this is where hydro jetting comes in!

How Hydro Jetting Works

Hydro jetting differs from clog clearing or removal in that it is going to the root of the source for serious preventive measures. Rather than snake out a clog or remove it through another method, hydro jetting entails the use of high-pressure water to blast away not just clogs, but also the materials bound to the interior surfaces of the pipes. That means that there is much less risk of clogs building right back up before long. It’s not a brand new pipe, of course, but it’s as close as you can get without replacing your pipes with brand new ones!

This isn’t the only benefit of hydro jetting, though. When performed properly, it also helps to protect your pipes. You’re not dumping caustic chemicals down your drain over and over again in an effort to keep them clean. This is also a great environmental benefit. They said I needed to replace my a/c. I was given a choice of 5 units. I liked that the 2nd most expensive would balance the temperature in my house. I get full west in my living room in the afternoon. It is always 10 plus degrees hotter on my sofa, than rest of house. So I paid a fortune and it isn't doing what he said it would. They came back and added another vent to my living room. Better, but still not what I was told. I could saved $10k and got the cheaper model. Don't think I have much recourse to get this fixed. The technicians are very good, too bad their salesmen and products are not up to the same standard.

Original order of checking thermostat. And why heat would not kick on right away
It was taking several degrees to heat up the house. Air conditioning works great.
He went and checked thermostat and suggested a new thermostat. $800 for two installed. 👀
He then checked furnace in attic.
The fresh air exchanger was pretty dusty and he could clean it for under a hundred $. I said go ahead because exchanger runs ten minutes per hour to keep fresh air circulating. So price was $99. Still a lot for cleaning a screen.
It seemed to have worked in conjunction with thermostat because it’s been working properly since he left.
Im glad I didn’t spend $800. But only $228 .

I'm reviewing Goettl’s maintenance inspections for HVAC and plumbing. Chris was our HVAC specialist, he was very thorough and pointed out some new things on the app. Chris’ inspection revealed we had mold in our plenum, in the early stages. I have Sadie Service. I always get my hvac system serviced before summer and before az winter.. Deano was my service technician. Just like the other Goettl service technicians he was friendly, very knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to check and do. He took lots of before and after pictures, all emailed to me. The unit that came with the house is old but in good shape because of the maintenance I have done twice a year. I do know I may only have a few years left with this system. Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Had a gas line in my home that needed repair. Goettl was quick to send a technician that night even though it was well past business hours. Chris came over and gave us a quote. He made sure we knew our payment options and thoroughly explained what the repair was going to be like and the steps we needed to take with the gas company.
