LAS VEGAS, Nev., July 27, 2023 — Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a renowned name in the HVAC and plumbing industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of President Jake Gress to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Today, 10/31/25, Rodney took care of my home. He inspected the heater and was very thorough. He took his time to explain all that he did so I saw the value in his service. He found bird droppings in my PVC pipes on the roof. I didn’t even know we had them! lol. He provided a reasonable estimate. He knowledge, professionalism and personality all were great. We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. We contacted Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their service. Pablo, their technician, came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong and why the furnace would not stay running to give us heat. He made several trips to the house to continue to work on the furnace and solved the issue. Not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, the new one installed was faulty as well. Goetll Air Conditioning has been exceptionally great to work with. Their staff and dispatch members worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and call backs, even on the weekends. We are very happy we chose Goettl Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They treated us like family! Very appreciative of their expertise and workmanship,

Have been trying to speak to a Service Manager since Sunday the 26th of October, it is now October 29th called every day but no answer.
I was billed $270 for 50 minutes of a copper pipe repair, and over $600 for a close to 18 inch pipe with a fitting.
The repairman man was cordial,, it’s the company Goertl that is not a good customer friendly company. When I called to dispute the charge I was told that they are the most expensive company around. Shame. shame, also it’s a veterans owned company and they only gave a 5% discount to us because of my husband being a veteran.
Our dispute is on the cost of material, hence the hole where pipe need repair was pre prepped.
All main valves were shut off and pit was dried.

I was so pleased with the service I received today from Jeran Cooke with Goettl. He repaired a leak under my bathroom sink and basically rebuilt my water heater due to calcium buildup. He even installed new shut off valves, since the old ones weren't working properly. He was not only a hard worker, but was very polite and respectful. I had a great experience with this Company very professional, they kept me posted from time they were on their way and thru the whole drain clean out process. I have a tree rooting problem that impacts my main line. ANDREW my technician was very informative showed me the camera footage of the roots that was backing up my line. Was quick to resolve the problem, very economical for the existing situation. I also got a quote for a replacement of the line that really needs to be done, they have great financing options. This may be an option for our family to invest in to avoid future issues. Highly recommend using this company.

He gave us a couple of different options to fix or replace the unit with no pressure on us. We decided to get a new water heater installed and he was able to do it the same day. Again, 5⭐️s for no pressure, tricks, unnecessary maintenance suggestions, only relevant recommendations and a detailed invoice WITH PHOTOS AND PRICES. No surprises!!!

Jef came to our house to diagnose why our 22 year-old furnace wouldn't run correctly. He was very courteous and willing to answer my questions with as much detail as I wanted. I never felt like he was trying to sell me more than was needed to get the furnace running again. He explained, with pictures of our furnace's components, what he found when he inspected it. It simply needed a cleaning and routine service which fortunately was not a huge expense.

Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. Michael did a great job for us today. Our sewage line was completely blocked by roots. He showed me with the camera and educated me on what was happening to our old iron cast line. He knew what he was doing, the what, the why is this happening. This is going to be a major project having to replace the entire line and he informed me on how this process works and the time and effort and safety it takes to replace a line. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. Had a gas line in my home that needed repair. Goettl was quick to send a technician that night even though it was well past business hours. Chris came over and gave us a quote. He made sure we knew our payment options and thoroughly explained what the repair was going to be like and the steps we needed to take with the gas company. As 1st time homeowners, we were feeling pretty nervous but Chris made sure we were informed and taken care. Repair was done the next day and Chris helped us stay within budget. Thank you Goettl!

We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. He did a thorough inspection and informed us of what we already felt we needed to do with our old system. He sat down with me and went through the pros and cons of repairing the old vs replacement. He explained everything about a new Goettl system. From all the benefits, to the great warranties to the peace of mind we’d have not having to worry what would and could happen next to the old system. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. He put in a call to TYLER in sales & finance to reach out to us. He did and went through all the models of systems Goettl has to offer and all info we needed to make a decision and give him a call back. Robert gave us positive points to know we wanted a new system and Tyler gave us option on how. Thanks guys! Next day bright and early came some amazing techs ADRIAN and LUIS to install our new system. Such professionals, friendly with great personalities. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
