Danielle M and Josh M did a fantastic job cleaning my shower drain. They were personable, efficient, clean, and did a great job. They used the camera to look down the drain, they cleaned it and even did the jet cleaning service of the pipes. My shower drain runs super fast now! I will definitely use them again.

Gilbert was awesome. He was timely, professional, engaging and knowledgeable. He made sure my new unit was operating properly and suggested some additional work to help the unit work efficiently. No hard upsale at all. Just recommendations. He has excellent customer service skills. I feel that the technicians take the time to review everything and want the best for me and provide that High level of care and expertise .

Colby Radel was the best! I appreciate how he explained what was going on, how to handle it, and the ramifications of inaction. His work is exemplary and Goettl is better for having him.

Justin was great and very informative. He took his time to explain everything. He did a great job evaluating and identifying plumbing items that needed attention.

Chris came out to do an annual inspection and caught some items that need to be done. While I don't have the funds yet, it is on my to-do list. Give him a bonus! (Craig, you have competition...)

Clogged toilet with slow flushing that affected the shower drainage as well.
My house is a 1944 home with some old pipes. There's no "let out"
Plumbing specialist Andrew came up with the option to remove the toilet and use the camera and auger. Found out the problem was one of the pipes below is cast iron with jagged edges,in which tp would get caught up and in time caused the clog.
He cleared the pipe and everything is draining properly now!
He did mention on replacing the old pipe because of the jagged edge situation, but my budget is a bit on the tight side in which I have to put it off a little longer, he understood. We both agreed on limiting tp flushing,especially with little ones.
All in all great experience 5 stars to Goettl and 5 stars to Andrew, thanks man!

Shane was professional and very knowledgeable. He confirmed our water pressure regulator was clogged, replaced it and had us back online within an hour.

I'm reviewing Goettl’s maintenance inspections for HVAC and plumbing. Chris was our HVAC specialist, he was very thorough and pointed out some new things on the app. Chris’ inspection revealed we had mold in our plenum, in the early stages. He gave us options, including the nil option, the maintenance and inspection were free. Kudos to Brent , our plumbing specialist came back the same day when we blew out our disposal, after he had left. I have a 13-year-old home that has aging utilities. I depend on Goettl to maintain and informed me about my utilities condition.

Daniel r was polite, replaced my garbage disposal and spare toilet efficiently and quickly. Left all neatly installed. I truly appreciated all the work he did and highly recommend him.

Mike was great as he explained all the options that was available to us It is too bad that the unit was un usable. Will still be cold for a while, making decisions.

Ashton was really great. He checked out the entire hvac system. Found the problem which was the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and resolved our problem

I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Got appointment right away and the Technician, Jef Eusepi, took care of our problem.

Service tech, Jef Eusepi was great. He took his time helping search for issue. Checked the home and the attic till he discovered the cause. He corrected the issue in less than an hour. Very friendly and cordial. Great representative of Goettl.

I have had 2 wonderful experinces with Goettl's Service Technicians. My first experience started with Davey Bell. His politeness and professionalism was very refreshing. His knowledge of the different heating and cooling units made an unexpected expense very bearable. My second wonderful experience started with Jaime Mora and Rafael Rosado. What a fine pair of young men. It was apparent they truly love their job. Their pride showed in their workmanship. Everything they did was done in such a clean tidy manner. I truly wish the owner and their supervisors could see these 3 young men at work just doing their daily thing. Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

Greatly appreciate the competent and timely weekend service that was provided by Tanner who offered good advice and options as to the operation of my old furnace. Thank you!!

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

John Nedza was the technician that came to my house to replace my toilet and fix a drain relief valve on the hot water heater. He was professional, efficient and cleaned up. I’m very pleased!

Absolutely amazing. Wait time minimal, professional and service was fast in its entirety. Josh was fantastic, fixed our issue quickly and we had heat by the time he left. 100% recommend.

Technician Edgar arrived and instantly communication was very easy. I felt he was working with me and not for me. When an unexpected problem occurred, he was able to adjust the solution to specifically resolve my problem. Absolutely delighted with Edgar and Goettle.

Our repair guy Jeff was great. Jeff repaired a water valve and outdoor water spigot/handle in our backyard. He also took the time to show us where our main water shutoff valves were located and labeled them for us ( We just moved in.)

Jason came out to do my scheduled Heating check. He was friendly and thorough however there must have been a miscommunication and he did an AC check instead. Another appt was scheduled.

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. Ian Palacios came out yesterday to service and inspect our A/C system and he did an outstanding job. He also changed out the air filters. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. I would highly recommend Griffin, as well as Goettl for your air conditioning needs.

We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Hugo Castro came on Sunday afternoon and fixed my A/C. He couldn't have been more polite and prompt and professional.
I highly recommend Goettl as this is the second time l've used them in less than a year. (2 seperate issues)... and I highly recommend them..anytime and anyday.

Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run. Both technicians were courteous, personable, professional and thorough. The price for all was reasonable. I highly recommend Goettl of Tucson.
