I had my furnace and a/c checked today by Geottl. So glad I did! With this service Geottl also looks at the vents in your home. My vents were filthy. My furnace wasn’t functioning at top efficiency. The reason was the vents. The accumulated dust gets pulled through the system leaving dirt in my heating coil. Lupe showed me the photos of vents and heat coil, explained the issues and remedies. I scheduled a cleaning of vents. Lupe also helped with financing. I recommend Geottl. Great service and friendly service people. I will definitely stay with Geottl.

He took his time to explain what he was doing. He pointed out a dangerous situation with our surge protectors. We had fried wires! We ended up having them replaced right on the spot. It’s getting cooler and cooler now; pretty soon it’ll be time to turn on the heater in the house. We scheduled an appointment with Goettl for a checkup of our heating system just to be confident after a long hot summer of running the AC all the time. Goettl has been amazing w/prices and top-notch work. The service technicians have been nothing but great. We had Mike H install a whole new water heater, pressure valve regulator, and new washer hoses. Initially, the visit was for a free full house plumbing check that comes free w/our membership, and we suspected our water heater was having issues so it was helpful to have Mike come out and check. He checked our water heater last, and, unfortunately, our suspicions were correct. Our water heater needed to be replaced b/c it was old. Mike explained to us the issues it was experiencing, and the too high pressure level our water was at. He made it clear the urgency needed in replacing the water heater and lowering the water pressure level, but he never made us feel pressured to make any decisions right then and there w/him, which we appreciated. However, we still decided in the moment to move forward w/Mike at Goettl b/c we had such a great experience w/Goettl HVAC during the summer, so we trusted him and his recommendations. Thankfully, Mike was able to tackle the biggest problem that same day and at that moment — the water pressure level. He made us feel like a priority and that our peace of mind, finances, and home mattered. We were able to get in just a couple of business days later for the whole water heater revamp. Day of water heater installation, Mike showed up on time, early, and completed the work in just a few hours. It was impressive. He left the work area clean, debris free, and his final work looks amazing. Mike was personable, professional, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about our home. 10/10 would recommend Mike H from Goettl. 10/10 would recommend Goettl in general — great company, knowledgeable service technicians, affordable prices, and amazing work.

The window was 1pm - 5pm and he was thoughtful enough to contact me to tell me he would be arriving closer to 4pm in order for me to be able to run my errands and make calls,etc. He is the 1st tech ever to be so considerate.He explained what year the inside unit was and the year of the outside unit being 10 years old and that the compressor needed to be replaced and the approximate cost. We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. We contacted Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their service. Pablo, their technician, came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong and why the furnace would not stay running to give us heat. He made several trips to the house to continue to work on the furnace and solved the issue. Not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, the new one installed was faulty as well. Goetll Air Conditioning has been exceptionally great to work with. Their staff and dispatch members worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and call backs, even on the weekends. We had Geo come out on a Saturday in the afternoon so to a water heater issue. He showed up in good time and was able to identify the problem. He gave us a couple of different options to fix or replace the unit with no pressure on us. We decided to get a new water heater installed and he was able to do it the same day. Jef came to our house to diagnose why our 22 year-old furnace wouldn't run correctly. He was very courteous and willing to answer my questions with as much detail as I wanted. I never felt like he was trying to sell me more than was needed to get the furnace running again. He explained, with pictures of our furnace's components, what he found when he inspected it. It simply needed a cleaning and routine service which fortunately was not a huge expense.
He explained, while he saw no immediate problems. what we might expect going forward, given the furnace's age and condition. After I asked about major component vs. whole-unit replacement, he provided a thorough explanation, and pricing, of options for us to consider.

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! Had a gas line in my home that needed repair. Goettl was quick to send a technician that night even though it was well past business hours. Chris came over and gave us a quote. He made sure we knew our payment options and thoroughly explained what the repair was going to be like and the steps we needed to take with the gas company. As 1st time homeowners, we were feeling pretty nervous but Chris made sure we were informed and taken care. Repair was done the next day and Chris helped us stay within budget. Thank you Goettl!

We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. He did a thorough inspection and informed us of what we already felt we needed to do with our old system. He sat down with me and went through the pros and cons of repairing the old vs replacement. He explained everything about a new Goettl system. From all the benefits, to the great warranties to the peace of mind we’d have not having to worry what would and could happen next to the old system. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. He put in a call to TYLER in sales & finance to reach out to us. He did and went through all the models of systems Goettl has to offer and all info we needed to make a decision and give him a call back. Robert gave us positive points to know we wanted a new system and Tyler gave us option on how. Thanks guys! Next day bright and early came some amazing techs ADRIAN and LUIS to install our new system. Such professionals, friendly with great personalities. You guys worked hard and it looks & runs incredible. You guys are amazing!The decision to invest in a Goettl system was because of an awesome team of Goettl employees.
