Evaporative Coolers
If there is one characteristic that defines our weather here in Arizona, it is “hot.” Another apt descriptor, though, is “dry.” It is this dryness that makes the evaporative cooler such an attractive home cooling option for so many homeowners. The system actually helps to add humidity to the air as it runs, unlike traditional ACs that actively dry the air out.
Evaporative coolers draw air over a damp pad, which helps to naturally lower the air’s temperature. You leave your windows cracked to allow fresh air in, which helps to protect indoor air quality. Plus, because the system does not rely on a refrigerant cycle, the evaporative cooler is a very efficient home cooling system.
Ductless Mini Splits
Does your home lack ductwork? Are you just looking to avoid the use of air ducts in order to avoid the potential indoor air quality and efficiency issues that can come along with it? If so, then a ductless mini split is just what you’re after.
You don’t have to make do with inefficient and inconvenient window unit air conditioners just because you don’t want to use air ducts. With a ductless mini split system, multiple indoor blowers are connected to a single outdoor unit. These blowers will cool the individual areas in which they are installed, and can heat them as well — they’re heat pumps, just without the ducts!
Heat Pumps
Heat pumps work just like central air conditioning systems — in the summer, at least. They use the refrigerant cycle in order to draw heat out of the air passing over the evaporator coil. The big difference? The heat pump is able to reverse its refrigerant cycle, in turn reversing its function and doubling as a heater when temperatures cool down!
This is incredibly efficient, being as that the heat pump does not have to consume fuel in order to generate new heat. Instead, the system simply evaporates refrigerant outdoors, in what is usually the condenser coil, and compresses that refrigerant to further boost its thermal energy. Once that’s done, the heat is released inside the home.

Matthew went above and beyond to inform us. I was really nervous about the leak in my son's room. I was afraid of the cost . When Matthew got here,he put all of our fears to rest. Was very pleased with Goettl and Matthew Lopez. They came into our home and looked at our system and let us know what was wrong with it. They were not pushy or demanding, but opposite they were caring. We had several techs come to our house to fix our issues but they did not fix it. Matthew showed his frustration because they did not fix our issues. Matthew explained what needed to be done to make our unit run more efficient. We thank him for his expertise. Will use them again.

The service we received was done in a professional manner. First, Ryan explained the cost in a detailed manner prior to repairs being done. The gentleman that arrived for the assessment and repair of my AC (Mr. Jorge Gutierrez) was outstanding. His Customer Service was top notch, beyond just being friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and before conducting any tests, he would explain what is ideal and what are the limits regarding what he was looking at. Beyond my initial call, I had some follow up questions which he was more than happy to answer and explain. Upon further review, there were some additional issues found (not the “go in for oil change, now you need a new transmission” type of issue), but which helped to clarify the situation and for which he provided several suggestions on how we could move forward. I am an extremely cheap person but my family’s health and well being is first and foremost. And when you’ve got two girls and a wife who absolutely hate the heat (and here in Texas we get plenty of that), their happiness is my happiness (in more ways than one). So with Mr. Gutierrez’ explanations and suggestions in front of me, I made a decision which despite the cost, I feel comfortable and satisfied with. I’ve got his Contact info as well as his Supervisor (Carlos), so if anything comes up in the future or if there’s additional projects I’d like to have done in my home, I’ll definitely be requesting him personally.

I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. I was seriously impressed, the leak was repaired and it looks and works perfectly. He explained how he was going to unclog the water sewer plus he told me there was a solution to my problem and needed to get a product that he has to clean the pipes. I needed a new hot water heater. Scheduling a service call via the website was easy. The technician Rudy was on time and did an excellent job of explaining the process for replacing the existing unit. William from the office provided clear options with upfront, all inclusive pricing. I was able to quickly determine the best path forward given my budget. As a result, I was able to have the replacement completed same day. Overall a very smooth process which was much appreciated.

Doug and Aiden found my water psi was too high even after another company did a prv repair, and gave me an honest quote for a gas line.
Jeremy gave a clear, detailed explanation of the heating-unit problem he diagnosed and recommended steps to repair. It worked as hoped. Yeah Jeremy!! Courteous and conscientious throughout.
I visited the Goettl website and chatted with Zayne, who was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M. arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed an issue with our AC. He explained the problems in great detail and was extremely professional and polite. Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! Overall great experience with Goettl, so far! Hopefully the leak will be found soon!

Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

Jesus Gloria was a great technician. Everything was taken care of very well and he was very thorough with the system check.
This is the type of quality service that everyone needs! Billy went above and beyond in helping me discover what was going on with my AC unit. He not only provided the service that I asked for, but also looked more into the issue to make sure that everything was functioning the way it’s supposed to. Update it was not however, Billy and his team assured me that they provide quality for the quantity. The team’s customer service is respectful and transparent which I feel everyone needs. The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.

Had Jesus come out and inspect my AC unit after it stopped working and he really hit the mark on creating a friendly professional environment and helped me through this stressful process and to choose the correct path that worked best for me. Everyone from the technicians to the crew who came out and installed my new unit were absolutely incredible and left no trace of them being here working. Darren guerra was great, gave us several options and explained in full detail what needed to be done. Very neat and clean in his work. And finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy overall with everything from start to finish. I did think the price was a little high though but considering it was getting late and didn't have much options.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!
