The technician Abdiel Chavez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about servicing my unit and was instrumental with assisting me and providing me with all of the information I needed to make my final decision on moving forward with purchasing a new unit. Update 12/27/24, I had a leak with my outside sprinkler system and Technicians Doug and Aiden were dispatched to troubleshoot the issue. I was extremely impressed by how professional and helpful both Doug and Aiden were with the entire process in solving the problem. They walked me through the repair steps and assisted with providing me with payment options and the entire repair was smooth and streamlined and only took a couple hours. Huge kudos to both Doug and Aiden for all of their hard work, it is greatly appreciated and I will be recommending Goettl to all of my friends and family who may be in need of any plumbing or A/C repair needs in the future. I just had the pleasure of having technician Blake come by and perform a routine maintenance inspection on my A/C unit and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very courteous. Stanley Heath is an asset to Goettl! He came to do a routine plumbing maintenance service. He was full of knowledge and experience and one of the most personable employees of Goettl that I have come across. I have had my A/C installed with Goettl and I also have the Sadie maintenance plan, which includes the free plumbing maintenance too. I hope Goettl values Stanley, he is worth every $ they pay him and much more.

Kalif Silva-Giersdorf is an amazing and seasoned technician . He has tremendous ability to repair the equipment and is filled with great knowledge when it comes to the equipment. Goettl has a gem in him. Hope they keep him for many more years.

We've used Goettl for a couple years now. They installed our new AC system about 3 years ago, everything is running perfectly. We also use them for twice a year checkups, once in the spring for cooling and once in the fall for heating. Always ontime and very professional and thorough. I highly recommend their services.

I had my furnace and a/c checked today by Geottl. So glad I did! With this service Geottl also looks at the vents in your home. My vents were filthy. My furnace wasn’t functioning at top efficiency. The reason was the vents. The accumulated dust gets pulled through the system leaving dirt in my heating coil. Lupe showed me the photos of vents and heat coil, explained the issues and remedies. I scheduled a cleaning of vents. Lupe also helped with financing. I recommend Geottl. Great service and friendly service people. I will definitely stay with Geottl.

I had a water heater leak and it was too old of a unit to repair (20+ years old). Booking an appointment with Goettl was easy, and Rudy and Isaiah were able to show up the next day and replace it quickly. They also uncovered some lingering issues from a previous renovation and got them sorted so things run smoother in the future. They also referred me to a restoration specialist for the water damage. Goettl exceeded my expectations when it came time to replace a water heated whose tank had failed. They we able to mobilize in time to diagnose, offer solutions, and fix the problem quickly. During the whole process they made me feel valued as a customer. The plumber Andrew who came out was excellent and friendly. Will not hesitate to call them out again.

Nov 05 2025: Seasonal maintanence checkup and this go around I got Adam. Not one bit less experienced. I was given heads up of his arrive. He came, performed his maintenence inside and out and at the end provide his assessment alone with photos. Goettl techs don't come in and leave in 15 minutes, they are through in what they do. Great job Adam.

Mar 25 2024: My service tech's name is Jacobi. He is a very knowledable individual. He mentioned he does maintenance and installation. I was due a routine maintenance but for this call my furance wasn't turning on. He diagnosed and explained it was the blower. Very pleased with his work.

I just want to give 10 stars for Napoleon H. He was great, polite and answered all questions I had regarding the vanity in my bathroom he installed, even tho it was a pain to pull out the old vanity lol. A+++ for this company I highly recommend this company!

It’s getting cooler and cooler now; pretty soon it’ll be time to turn on the heater in the house. We scheduled an appointment with Goettl for a checkup of our heating system just to be confident after a long hot summer of running the AC all the time. Goettl’s technician, Parker, arrived right on time. He did a very thorough inspection and reported his findings and suggestions to us before leaving.

Cold nights are coming. It’a nice to know the status of the heating system before cranking up the heat. Thanks Goettl!

Julian installed a water filtration system under the kitchen sink. He was very detailed in explaining the product and the installation process. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. He is an excellent representative for Goettl!

Brandon from Goettl stopped by today to do maintenance on our air conditioning unit. He got to our house on time and did what he was supposed to do. He showed me photos of all the things he did. He said our AC unit was running well and he made some suggestions as well to prevent mold in our attic. He was very courteous and he was also very kind to our 13 year old dog Ginger. Hunter came out for our initial system check. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and educated us on what our prior contracted company did really poorly that would ultimately cut the life of our AC unit short. While there are several things that would be nice to upgrade, Hunter focused on the important things we are doing now and gave us bigger projects to consider into the future.

A water heater maintenance appointment was scheduled; service technician Alek DeLaRosa arrived the next day as promised and did an exemplary job resolving the issues at hand. Particularly noted were his professional behavior, technical expertise, and communication skills. Also, kudos to the schedulers handling the telephone request for service.

Goettl has been amazing w/prices and top-notch work. The service technicians have been nothing but great. We had Mike H install a whole new water heater, pressure valve regulator, and new washer hoses. Initially, the visit was for a free full house plumbing check that comes free w/our membership, and we suspected our water heater was having issues so it was helpful to have Mike come out and check. He checked our water heater last, and, unfortunately, our suspicions were correct. Our water heater needed to be replaced b/c it was old. Mike explained to us the issues it was experiencing, and the too high pressure level our water was at. He made it clear the urgency needed in replacing the water heater and lowering the water pressure level, but he never made us feel pressured to make any decisions right then and there w/him, which we appreciated. However, we still decided in the moment to move forward w/Mike at Goettl b/c we had such a great experience w/Goettl HVAC during the summer, so we trusted him and his recommendations. Thankfully, Mike was able to tackle the biggest problem that same day and at that moment — the water pressure level. He made us feel like a priority and that our peace of mind, finances, and home mattered. We were able to get in just a couple of business days later for the whole water heater revamp. Day of water heater installation, Mike showed up on time, early, and completed the work in just a few hours. It was impressive. He left the work area clean, debris free, and his final work looks amazing. Mike was personable, professional, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about our home. 10/10 would recommend Mike H from Goettl. 10/10 would recommend Goettl in general — great company, knowledgeable service technicians, affordable prices, and amazing work.

Daniel Ramirez was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job thoroughly identifying and assessing the plumbing issues I’m facing after a recent foundation elevation. He explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure no detail was overlooked. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

Gustavo was a wonderful technician. The window was 1pm - 5pm and he was thoughtful enough to contact me to tell me he would be arriving closer to 4pm in order for me to be able to run my errands and make calls,etc. He is the 1st tech ever to be so considerate.He explained what year the inside unit was and the year of the outside unit being 10 years old and that the compressor needed to be replaced and the approximate cost. He was very polite and a hard worker. I would recommend him to any friends All of their tech have been very good,but he was the best so far.

Alberto did a tremendous job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There was no high pressure upgrading just options. If we said no that was fine. I would highly recommend Goettl for any HVAC needs and ask for Alberto.

Very impressed with Chris Vanwinkle. Arrived as scheduled, repaired the toilet quickly, took all the time needed to show us what went wrong and what he did to repair.

We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. We contacted Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their service. Pablo, their technician, came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong and why the furnace would not stay running to give us heat. He made several trips to the house to continue to work on the furnace and solved the issue. Not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, the new one installed was faulty as well. Goetll Air Conditioning has been exceptionally great to work with. Their staff and dispatch members worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and call backs, even on the weekends. We are very happy we chose Goettl Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They treated us like family! Very appreciative of their expertise and workmanship,

Ashton was superb! He ordered the correct motor for my heat pump on Wednesday and had it installed in just 10 minutes Friday morning. He’s bright, friendly, and confident — truly a pleasure to work with. This young man is going places!

I was so pleased with the service I received today from Jeran Cooke with Goettl. He repaired a leak under my bathroom sink and basically rebuilt my water heater due to calcium buildup. He even installed new shut off valves, since the old ones weren't working properly. He was not only a hard worker, but was very polite and respectful. Cobi did a Great job and was very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot my new Ecobee thermostat within minutes of getting onsite, verified the status of the unit and fixed the connection issue. We also found some other pertinent issue with the coils of the inside unit prompting setting up for the preventive maintenance of the unit.

The service tech, Alec, arrived right on time. He was professional and curious. My service was preventive maintenance on plumbing. He also unclogged a bathroom sink at no cost to me.

We had Geo come out on a Saturday in the afternoon so to a water heater issue. He showed up in good time and was able to identify the problem. He gave us a couple of different options to fix or replace the unit with no pressure on us. We decided to get a new water heater installed and he was able to do it the same day. Geo made sure we had all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. After the installation was complete he made sure to show us all of the setting and explain everything that he setup. Geo did a phenomenal job! Thank you Geo!

David arrived on time. He was polite and started to work. The problem we had was quickly solved. The installers didn't plug the unit in. Hr also solv ed some schedule problems with our thermostat. A good guy

The technician, Geo, was knowledgeable, clearly explaining the compounding issues. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond not just on one occasion but was always helpful and willing to put in extra work. Communication was good and Geo and Ricky were easy to get ahold of. These guys went out of their way to take care of every issue. Very pleased with the service on a nasty job but was most impressed by the employees.

Our repair guy Jeff was great. Jeff repaired a water valve and outdoor water spigot/handle in our backyard. He also took the time to show us where our main water shutoff valves were located and labeled them for us ( We just moved in.)

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. I would highly recommend Griffin, as well as Goettl for your air conditioning needs.

We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Hugo Castro came on Sunday afternoon and fixed my A/C. He couldn't have been more polite and prompt and professional.

Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

5 star service from Edgar who had to come do a second inspection after the home warranty company did not properly calibrate the unit. He was able to get the unit running smoother and provide great documentation for when I need to call the warranty company.

Andrew was on time, determined the flange needed to be replaced, gave us the quote and scope of work, and made the repairs. He explained how the placement was off, and that it appeared to have been like that since construction (21 years ago when we built).
Now we have a new flange, installed correctly, and ready for the new toilet!

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! Damian, who was a delight, showed up and fixed everything straight away! Thank you ❤️
