I had an emergency on Sunday October 5th and after trying to reach my warranty company I called Goettl and someone came within the hour. Peter was awesome and talked me through what I had going on and presented me with all the facts that I needed to make an informed decision. Samuel arrived about 8:15 on 9/2 to give my A/C unit its first rejuvenation (y'all installed it July 2022). He replaced the old filter with the one I had bought last year that wasn't needed when the new unit was installed. Samuel tested the temperature coming from some of the vents and said my A/C is running fine and that you would be contacting me later to schedule an appointment for the heating. I was very pleased with Samuel's work today.

Dylon the plumber came out to check my plumbing. Confirmed my water heater is old enough to be replaced and that some valves are original and are showing some corrosion.

On 7/25 Noe came to my house and confirmed that my A/C needed to be replaced. Austin was able to find a Payment Plan that I qualified for the same day. On 7/26 Christian installed my new A/C unit and a new thermostat. He showed me how to use it and left the manual. Everyone at Goettl was so helpful with this situation and got my A/C replaced and running in just two days!

On 3/9/2024 Jesse came to my house for the heater rejuvenation and to install the Sadie Smart monitor. He was very thorough in explaining how the Smart system works and where he had placed all of the sensors. I had a new filter so he replaced the old one. He also told me that my plan covers filters and I just pay for shipping; I'll remember that when I need a new filter.

On 1/11/25 Jesus came to my house for the annual heater rejuvenation and said my unit is in good shape and running well. I had bought 2 filters before the service in March 2024, one was installed then. Jesus installed the one I had on hand and reminded me that my plan covers filters. He was also thorough in going over the readings he had taken.

On 5/3/25 Michael came to my house for the annual plumbing inspection provided with my Sadie Guard Dog Protection. My water heater is about 7 years old and Michael answered my questions about replacing it. He also told me that Goettl could remove the old one and install new one if I found one more in my budget somewhere else. He even told me the estimated install cost to help with my budgeting.

Andrew came to my house 10/11/2025 for the semi-annual HVAC service under my Sadie Guard Dog Protection. He told me the unit is continuing to function well and needs no repairs.

For months, several technicians tried to identify the issue with my air conditioning unit, but no one could solve it. However, from the moment Frank arrived, he showed great professionalism and dedication. He took the time to carefully investigate the cause of the problem and determined that the issue was a short circuit in the wiring between the thermostat and the unit.

Turned out my outside A/C circuit breaker had tripped presumably due to age or overheating. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

Update2: Goetti set up the building permit appointment with the county, and attended the inspection, which past with no issues. Other companies that I have dealt with have not done so much. Furthermore, I did get multiple estimates, and all the other companies had convenient add-on's which proved by the inspection were a unnecessary expense, thus making Geotti price the lowest and most honest of them all. By the way, the heater and a/c have work to perfection and are both very quiet

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. He did a thorough inspection and informed us of what we already felt we needed to do with our old system. He sat down with me and went through the pros and cons of repairing the old vs replacement. He explained everything about a new Goettl system. From all the benefits, to the great warranties to the peace of mind we’d have not having to worry what would and could happen next to the old system. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. He put in a call to TYLER in sales & finance to reach out to us. He did and went through all the models of systems Goettl has to offer and all info we needed to make a decision and give him a call back. Robert gave us positive points to know we wanted a new system and Tyler gave us option on how. Thanks guys! Next day bright and early came some amazing techs ADRIAN and LUIS to install our new system. Such professionals, friendly with great personalities. You guys worked hard and it looks & runs incredible. You guys are amazing!The decision to invest in a Goettl system was because of an awesome team of Goettl employees.

Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
