Richard did an awesome job detecting the leak and replacing the pipes. It was a big job that required him to dig up pavers, rocks, and sand before he could get to the pipes. Thank you for your hard work and a job well done!

Great Service, 100% HONEST WORK. Absolutely No pressure sales to replace Unit our 24 year old gas furnace and AC Unit, they gave options on what they could do to get it up and running. Took lots of pictures to show us areas of concern.

I recommend Goettl Plumbing services (specifically tech Junior Gonzalez) without reservation. I had a (leak) problem that thankfully wasn’t too too serious. Goettl was able to schedule a same day appointment and it was tech Junior Gonzalez to the rescue! He was polite, friendly and professional and listened to my (inexpert) description of the problem. After he inspected the issue, he explained the problem and specifically what the solution would entail. He took care of the issue quickly and professionally, including before and after video clips of the work that were sent to me with my receipt. There was never any feeling that he was trying to to “upsell” or try to talk me into services I did not require. Thank you for the quick and efficient service! Should I require plumbing services, I will not hesitate to call Goettl again.

Eddie was fantastic and provided me with as much information as he could about my HVAC. Went above and beyond to provide me with as many possible solutions to get what I needed. Great work.

Flood prevention check done. Technician explained what he was doing and why very informative and personable also didn’t over sell on what needed repairs. The Cold water shut off valve replaced that day.

I contacted Goettl on a Sunday for a leak through my ceiling and the service fee was waived, I was not charged for the visit. Stacy was the technician that came out, inspected, prompt, and excellent feedback on the issue. We discussed options and was able to book a secondary appointment right away!

Jesus Pacheco arrived for the final repair and completed the repairs faster than quoted. After, he showed me the repairs and explained everything thoroughly. I’m am extremely happy with the services completed and have no worries in the quality of work done. Thank you!

Rudy was great today! He was very courteous and respectful of my home. His thorough inspection of my furnace helped identify a small leak. He was kind enough to explain how the gas line works and showed me where the leak is and part needed to replace. Rudy is always very professional and thoughtful. I would recommend Rudy.

I had an appointment for someone to come out today 12/20/25 to give me a complimentary heat and AC unit inspection today. The appointment time was 9:00-1:00. I received a text at 8:15 am saying that the tech would be here in 50 min and they were. Amanda was her name. She was very polite, personable and professional. Amanda explained what she was there to do for me. She took pictures of her findings and showed them to me and explained what the picture was of and what she recommended be done. She then explained to me that she had spoken to her supervisor and they went over the pictures and her recommendations and that he would like to speak to me about what the two of them recommend, and the cost associated with it. We spoke over the phone and he explained to me that because of the age of the unit and the things Amanda saw and took pictures of, he would recommend a full replacement of my 4 ton heat pump unit. I told him I couldn't do that at this time so we went over the options of what needs to be done very soon and the cost. I asked him to please send both estimates to me so I can show them to my husband and we would decide what to do and I would get back to them next week with our decision. We’ve used Goettle for over 8 years and they always deliver excellent services. Halbert was no exception; he was knowledgeable and professional.

HOWEVER, the estimate provided was exceptionally high and not market in my opinion.

I had three companies come out for estimates on my sewer repairs. I chose Goettl because of a fair price and they really made me comfortable about doing the repairs. Julian, Nick and Jan were outstanding. They completed some extensive repairs and had me full up and running in two days. The were professional and answer a ton of questions I had. They explained everything and I felt as if they were treating my home just like if it was thier own home. Would use them for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

We believed we knew exactly what our AC issue was. We contacted Goettl. Parker, a very pleasant technician, soon came to rescue us. Parker did not jump to an immediate conclusion based on the brief synopsus we provided. He began a deliberate, slow, evaluation. It was obvious he was following a definite process. After a time, he explained what the problem was as well as it was NOT. He provided photos to support his conclusion. The process was not rushed, the result and the solution was described in terms that were easily understood.His visit turned into an unusually unbelievable experience. We now absolutely believe there is indeed a company who sends a professional who takes time to carefully observe, calculate and advise in a way that is definitely trustworthy. Goettl obviously has exceptionally professional, highly trained technicians. We will request Goettl to send Parker for future services. I definitely give Goettl and Parker five stars!

Julian is a great technician. He works efficiently and with impressive knowledge and skill at his craft. He is very friendly and answered all of my questions. My water heater was installed quickly so we were able to have hot water before the evening.

Had a great visit same day for estimate for work in our attic. We need to have our vents/duct/insulation evaluated and airflow too home more efficient; Deano arrived on time, well informed and very educated on duct, insulation work. He was very helpful in answering questions, patient, offered options and intelligent solutions. We Have been getting estimates from several companies. Goettl is winning my vote. Will soon have decision. Highly recommend Goettl. Will follow up if/when work is done and completed. A true pleasure to have a professional technician/sales guy to offer top consideration and advice.

We had a leak in our bathroom shower so we called these guys and they were just great. The service tech, Camren, arrived the very next day right on time. He was friendly and professional, give us a quote that was reasonable and we feel that everything he did was great.

Jonathan provided great service, all of my questions were answered, and he is a very pleasant and professional person.

Stacy did an absolutely wonderful job checking our hvac system. In addition my husband asked about insulation and as it turns out Goettl does indeed do insulation. Stacy spent a lot of time taking pictures of our attic and showing them to us and patiently explained everything to us.
He is a very pleasant and friendly person and I would not hesitate to have him do all of our hvac inspections. He was very thorough and even checked our outside a/c unit and changed the Capacitor.
Benton was equally pleasant and very helpful on the phone and we booked the insulation install for the following week.
I would not hesitate to recommend Goettl. Customer service counts a great deal to me and Goettl really takes care of it's customers.

Tim Theriot reinsulated my attic today. As usual for Goettl teams, he did a wonderful job. He and his team member (Francisco?) cleaned up nicely.
Benton again was wonderful to deal with.

Been using these guys for years now. Water heater replacement, pressure regulator valve replacement, HVAC tune-ups, UV light installation and more. Their attention to detail is excellent. The guys they send out are a pleasure to talk with, know their stuff, answer all my questions, and explain things in an easy to understand manner. Most recent service with Peter Medelez was to perform an HVAC tune up. He did a great job and was a pleasure to speak with.

Kevin provided great customer service with detailed photos and explanations of what was needed to repair and update our HVAC system. Much appreciated!

Daniel R, the techician, tested my water and confirmed that it is hard. He explained how a water softner system works and asked if I would like other issues, such as replacing the faucet at the master bathroom faucet, addressed. He was not pushy, which I appreciated.

Alek was able to assess our water softener, replace it, and replace our water heaters all in the same day. A day later, Ashton did a wonderful job with our heater inspection. Thank you!

Today, a technician from Goettl, Max Villegas, came to inspect the garage disposal. He was friendly and at the same time very professional. He is definitely a Goettl asset. He represented the company in a positive way.

We are so impressed with Doug and Aiden of Goettl AC and Plumbing. Our toilet was stopped up. They were at our house within two hours of my call and did such a professional job at a reasonable price. They even connected the hose to the front faucet (still had winter covering) before checking our water pressure. Goettl will be our plumbers from now on! Thanks Doug and Aiden! .....

...... we had an AC problem a few days later. Peter Medelez from Goettl came out and fixed it expertly and made some recommendations to ensure it won't happen again. Some things hadn't been done correctly when it was installed several years ago (by someone else), and he will be back next week to fix them. I highly recommend Goettl.

... 10/15/25 ... we had a leak in the main water line which was running into the neighbors' yard. In less than two hours of calling Goettl, Clayton Purvis arrived to fix the leak. He repaired the leak and fixed connections, and repaired something previously done incorrectly in the unknown past. He was done before we had to leave for a prior equipment. I feel confident in the quality of work, as I always am when I have to call Goettl for something.

12/17/2025. Tyler Brockhausen was the technician from Goettl who inspected our heating system today. He did a thorough check and changed the filter. He covered his shoes every time he entered the house, left no mess on the floor. It is comforting to know that all is working correctly.

Eric and another man came to my house to clean my ductwork. Goettl had explained to me about promotion during my winter rejuvenation. Eric explained the procedure to me. Helped take down some child gates and then helped replace them when done. Always kept me informed of status and explanation of findings. Goettl may be on the costly side but well worth it. Communication is great and Smart Sadie program is great.
Again Eric and the other man (I apologize for not remembering his name) were friendly and always communicated what was happening.

We have been satisfied Goettl Loyalty Program members for several years and today was our regularly scheduled Annual Plumbing Checkup.
Both your Plumber Technician, Josh Munoz and his Service Manager, Ben Tracy were extremely helpful.
Josh drained the hot water heater and conducted a thorough inspection of all our plumbing – both floors – inside (5,500 sq ft) as well as outside and identified several issues which he quickly set about fixing.
Josh was friendly, informative and professional throughout the entire process and served as a great representative of your company and team.
Speaking of which – every time Josh needed to check in with management Ben made himself available as a resource. It was clear that they were working as a team.

We had someone run over our plumbing lines one week before Christmas, and Goettl was able to get a team out quickly. Andrew went over the options and pricing with me and was very upfront and honest. Once we moved forward, Ralph came out for the repair. He kept us informed throughout the process and even took the time to teach us a few things as he worked. Both Andrew and Ralph were wonderful to work with, and we will definitely be calling on Goettl again in the future.

Amanda was great. She was very informative and productive. She gave me options and didnt pressure me to do anything right now. It is very hard to find great customer service these days,but Amanda is one of these people that always had a smile on her face . She was the best!

Gustavo was here and did a great job! He arrived on time and was efficient and friendly. I didn't feel pressured to buy things I didn't need or can't afford, but he gave me his recommendations and a thorough explanation.

Mark was amazing he was able to come out and work late to help fix my gray water and was able to put in the new filter system and reverse osmosis system and got my water fixed and back in action. Greatly appreciate it

Chris Acosta serviced my heating system. He was very professional and showed and explained everything he found and serviced. I would recommend your company to everyone.

I called them out as my 3 year old gas heat wasn’t working. So Josias Richardson climbs in my attic and finds a burnt wire that tripped the breaker that shut off my heat. But the reason the wire burnt is because the gas shut off valve in the unit wouldn’t close all the way! So I believe that he is my hero as something really bad could have happened!! The part was under warranty but the labor was over $500.
But you can’t put a price tag on your life!!
So thanks to my hero.

I've been using Goettl services since 1972, been very happy so far. Moving to a new home need to update my heating and cooling system - they sent out a very knowledgeable person with information to educate me on what was best for this house. (This Being an older used house - it has unique characteristics.) I'm sure his suggestions on the way to go will

CalelinTaylor came to perform annual plumbing inspection. We have our home systems inspected annually. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and treated us a valuable customer. He found an issue with our hot water heater and made a recommendation that could possibly prolong the life of the appliance and take care of a function regarding efficiency as well as flushing the sediment that was building up. We agreed with the recommendation and he performed the work. We were happy with his work and he explained exactly what he was doing as well as writing it up in the repair/work notes that will be recorded with the company.

I contracted Goettl to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed in only a few hours (with little impact to my gas and water availability). The craftsmanship is perfect and the system ran flawlessly right from the initial activation. The technicians, Hector Lopez and Caleb Anzalone-Fawcett were polite, efficient and professional. Gary Eisenhauer supervised the operation and also used the work to train the technicians. He ensured all work was done properly and is certainly a very seasoned professional! Douglas was thorough and checked for leaks. We found that the issue was a main water break. He was unable to check my water heater since the water in it drained without any water pressure. He unplugged my water heater to avoid damage to the elements. He also suggested To leave the hot water valve open, once the water came back on. Water returned after midnight. I allowed the tank to fill and plugged it back in. I had hot water this morning.

I had a follow-with Daniel, since I needed further information on understanding my Sensi thermostat & my heatpump funtions. His patience and explanations were exemplary! Awesome experience. Thank you Daniel!

Having been a customer with goettl for a few years now I have some good experiences with them. I had an issue with my ac unit this time and due to work was unable to have anyone look at it until the evening. Eddie not only did an exceptional job but also was willing to wait for me arrive home after arriving basically 30 minutes before I did as I was driving during rush hour. I really appreciate his patience and recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their ac unit!

Andrew was awesome! He explained what the problem was, and what it would take to fix it. He also called the manufacturer to check on the warranty. Parts (covered by warranty) will be sent directly to us and a return visit by Goettl to complete job.

Goettl's staff and Very Experienced technician inspected and cleaned every aspect of our AC system. He checked the mechanical and electrical equipment and the air return filters.

Goettl did an amazing job! Tim is an amazing plumber and puts care behind his work. Replacing a sewer line is a hard job but he made us feel comfortable with the work and the service was spectacular!

Zach was very professional and thorough with his review of my water heater issue. He did a very thorough job in replacing the unit. Walked us through every step.

So this review is is for service over the past year.

A short history. A few years ago, we had four seasons put in a new furnace. After checking around and getting tons of estimates, there was as much as a $10,000 difference between all of the estimates. Four seasons came in at the best price. Unfortunately, I ordered an 80,000 BTU furnace and when the guy was done, I looked at the furnace and saw that it was a 60,000 BTU. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit.

I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons.

When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items.

The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company.

A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly.

Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days.

These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going.

Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol.

Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them.

So this review is is for service over the past year.

A short history. A few years ago, we had four seasons put in a new furnace. After checking around and getting tons of estimates, there was as much as a $10,000 difference between all of the estimates. Four seasons came in at the best price. Unfortunately, I ordered an 80,000 BTU furnace and when the guy was done, I looked at the furnace and saw that it was a 60,000 BTU. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit.

I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons.

When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items.

The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company.

A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly.

Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days.

These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going.

Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol.

Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them.

Amanda arrived early for our regularly scheduled fall tuneup of the heating system. She explained what she found after a thorough inspection and proceeded to repair and or service the necessary issues…she provided clear estimates as well as before and after pictures of her work. Very pleased with Goettl and Amanda for their attentiveness!

Ashton was quick, concise, and helpful. Gave a great quote to tune up future potential issues. Explained why I should consider the options and I intend to call them again.

We had no hot water and water was leaking out of the tank. I called Goettl at 10:00 and by 1:00, a tech arrived and confirmed that my hot water heater was toast. He put in a call and the company sent Mark to install a new hwh. Both men were extremely courteous and professional.
By the end of the day, I had hot water and Mark left no sign of a mess behind.
I was surprised at such fast service and impressed by everyone I interacted with.

The only thing they did not show me how to connect my phone to the thermostat. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Excellent service. Get there AC / Heating monthly plan to check your planning and heating and cooling twice a year worth it. The price says are a little high, but I guess it's better to fix something before it breaks down.

I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.

Like most people, I typically search for the cheapest service I can find, and I end up having other plumbers come out to check out issues with my tankless water heater, who run their mouths, upsell parts (that don't seem to be causing the problem), and generally don't really know enough about tankless water heaters. This time, I decided to go with an experienced company with a good reputation, and I am glad that I did - Goettl's prices are very reasonable and worth the service they provide.

Juan, was very knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. Even better, he was careful and humble enough to acknowledge that he didn't know everything and checked with the manufacturer at every step. Juan spent a great deal of time helping me diagnose the problem (which always seems impossible to ascertain quickly with machines like tankless water heaters), and went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I had hot water tonight.

Juan never got frustrated; he handled everything carefully and made sure to clean up after himself when he was done. If I can have Juan take care of all of my plumbing or AC issues in the future, I will. And if you're reading reviews to decide whether to call Goettl for your issue, I would encourage you to trust their service and experience. My experience with Juan was definitely memorable.

Mike from Goettl plumbing repaired a water line that had burst under the house. He came out right away and did a great job. I believe damage from the pipe break was kept to a minimum. He was very polite and professional, and explained what needed to be done. I'm very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend.

Goettl has provided multiple systems for my home over the past few years. JR just completed a repair on my AC and he (as typical for Goettl techs) was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We just had the duct cleaning done so looking forward to dust free heat and AC in the summer. A $499 special! Veronica was great! She and her partner took great care with our home and were done in a very reasonable amount of time given the size of our home and the number of registers and other vents! I highly recommend you take advantage of this service if you haven’t had it done yet or has been over 7 years!😊

Had water coming through the wall all of a sudden one day. Robert Burrer from Goettl showed up and was very helpful, informative, and very respectful! Was also knowledgeable and provided top notch service. Would definitely use Goettl again and request Robert as the technician. I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

Frank inspected our Central Heat and air very thoroughly. Knowledgeable complete and explained everything. Dependable and helpful information to decide repairs.

This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

Technician Edgar arrived and instantly communication was very easy. I felt he was working with me and not for me. When an unexpected problem occurred, he was able to adjust the solution to specifically resolve my problem. Absolutely delighted with Edgar and Goettle.

Our repair guy Jeff was great. Jeff repaired a water valve and outdoor water spigot/handle in our backyard. He also took the time to show us where our main water shutoff valves were located and labeled them for us ( We just moved in.)

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

We bought our unit with them three years ago, and since have received great service. Christian was out today for a maintenance check and he reminds us why we stay SADI members. Great deal.

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. I would highly recommend Griffin, as well as Goettl for your air conditioning needs.

We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! Damian, who was a delight, showed up and fixed everything straight away! Thank you ❤️

I had my water heater flushed and my anode rod replaced. They were very friendly and knowledgeable . There were a couple hiccups but I trust this company and they fixed the situation!

Nick, is the technician that was assigned to my house to check out my A/C. Nick was very thorough. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Nick showed me all the things he looked at on my A/C system. He explained to me why I might need a surge protector on the unit. I told him I would talk with my wife and explain it to her. Nicholas Mayhew came to our home to repair/replace the garbage disposal, unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathtub spigot. He was assisted by Caleb. Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run. Both technicians were courteous, personable, professional and thorough. The price for all was reasonable. I highly recommend Goettl of Tucson.

Saul came to my house about an hour after I called in the workorder. Found the wiring problem and fixed it and left within 1 hour 30 min after arriving.

Had a gas line in my home that needed repair. Goettl was quick to send a technician that night even though it was well past business hours. Chris came over and gave us a quote. He made sure we knew our payment options and thoroughly explained what the repair was going to be like and the steps we needed to take with the gas company.
