We had a home warranty service person come out first. He didn't remove the ac top to look inside. Without going into the crawl space or checking out much, he was done with the inspection. When Hunter from Goettl came out, he was beyond thorough. He took lots of pictures and inspected every aspect of our unit. His recommendations were based on facts and what he had discovered. He was able to give us the tools we needed in order to make an informed decision. The process of installing the unit was easy and stress free.
Pablo was very informative and knowledgeable in this line of work. Provided excellent service and gave some preventive maintenance advice.
Stephen was courteous and respectful to me and my property. He kept me informed into what he was doing, pointed out an issue and was able to rectify it in a timely manner, overall great customer service.
I called them at 1 pm on a Friday after realizing that my hot water tank was flooding my garage. They scheduled to come to my house between 2 pm to 4 pm. No one ever came so I called them at 5:20 pm and canceled the appointment since it looked like they were never coming. It’s unprofessional to schedule appointments and not even show up. I ended up going with another company and grateful they came within an hour.

Michael did a great job for us today. Our sewage line was completely blocked by roots. He showed me with the camera and educated me on what was happening to our old iron cast line. He knew what he was doing, the what, the why is this happening. This is going to be a major project having to replace the entire line and he informed me on how this process works and the time and effort and safety it takes to replace a line. Goettl's website was easy to use and we got an appointment the very next day. Great job Michael. Will definitely use Goettl again.

We had our whole house reverse osmosis system maintenance done yesterday and Chris Churchill was outstanding. He explained everything that he was doing, all the testing, in terms that I could understand. Was quoted over $400 for faucet hose repair. Rejected repair then technician came back and asked what I thought was a fair price I would pay. This told me their price was not fair. Had another company do the repair for half the price.

I'm very impressed by the service I receive from Goettl. I called about a problem with my HVAC unit today and they were able to get a technician out to me within a few hours. I pay monthly for the Sadie membership which should get priority, no emergency charges etc but the call center would not send anyone for an emergency service call. Not exactly what I call 24/7 emergency service.

John installed it. The new faucet looks great, working perfectly and no more leaks. He was very easy to talk to, covered his shoes so he didn't bring dirt through the house, knowledgeable and went to HD store to get parts necessary to complete the work, filled the soap bottle with soap, ready to help with anything else. Jeff Jose was my technician today, 9-24-25. My garbage disposal was not working properly. At first, I thought I might get it repaired, but decided to install a brand new one since they only last about 10 years, and I had already installed two of them. Planned obsolescence is so terrible for our environment. When my Mom and Grandma bought appliances, they lasted 30 years.
But that's not Jeff's fault. I feel like he did a good job with the installation. He was friendly and focused. I appreciate him. The new 1/2 HP garbage disposal and installation cost me $400. I am a Goettl Club Sadie member.

Completed the maintenance and had the A/C working in less than 30 minute's. Polite, courteous kept the area clean. A+ service!
Disregard this previous post. I would not recommend Goettl. I've been a customer forn7 years and part of their loyalty program and they don't have appointments on my availability. I am definitely canceling their service and looking else where. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

We had Goettl plumbing out for a water heater leak. We ended up replacing our old water heater with a tankless, as well as adding a water softener and filtration system. Clayton, our workman, was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable with what would be the best for our house. Highly recommend!
Julian and Scott from Goettl were professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They installed a new kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. Resolved the water flow issue by hydrojetting the drain line. They also installed turn off valves in the laundry room. They were very thorough. The area was cleaned up and prior to leaving, Julian checked for leaks. We were very pleased with the end result. Angel Rodriguez was the technician who came to my home. Mr. Rodriguez was friendly and respectful when he arrived. Mr. Rodriguez explained everything he was doing and helped me with get started on the Goettl app. Mr Rodriguez had great knowledge of what he was doing great personality as well as great people skills.
Bi-annual check of stairs AC units and the corresponding outside AC equipment . The Technician was Kevin Edwards, who came to our house to assess the performance of all of both AC systems, out side and inside the attic as well as monitoring the thermostats inside the house. Kevin Edwards is a very smart concientious Technician very is an extremely knowledgeable of all of our AC equipment and communicated to us what what had happened and what would need to be done and collaborated with with his management to have all of our problems taken care of over the weekend. Thank you very much, Kevin. You are the best! Work is supposed to begin tomorrow. Thank you very much!!

Mr Caneron and Adruan is the example of why I chose your Goettl. He explained the mtnc service provided and how it all worked out, was thorough and gave me options on other items he noticed ( like insulation) so I could see what worked best

Chris is amazing! He checked everything out with plumbing and made suggestions as what needed done! Once I decided what I wanted he got on phone with his supervisor, then left and went to get the new water heater and someone to help him. He was very efficient and kept me informed of everything that he was doing once it was completed. He made sure that everything was working properly and let me know that I was good to go. I really enjoyed talking with Chris and all of his expertise. As always, I love ghetto.

I originally left a 5 star review but I have since deleted it and changed it to a 1 star.
4 months after our services where we were told we would get a $300 dollar warranty refund for services provided, it turns out the tech misinformed us and it was actually less than $100. The setvice mangers response was, that due to similar issues with their tech he was let go.l, great for them but at the end of the day they didn't take care of the customer and cheated us out of $200 bucks that they weren't willing to back us on.
To be told someone got let go for similar interactions with other customers and then tell me we'll it is a he said she said because the conversation wasn't recorded is bogus, clearly this person had previous instances of doing this to other customers, enough to feel the need to let them go but then still tell me that you dont believe my story.
All that to say, I will no longer deal with this company or any affiliates.
