When we experienced a problem with our air conditioning system, we called Goettl AC, and they sent Erick and Veronica to assist us. They arrived the next day and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Erick and Veronica were professional, courteous, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, installed our system and new thermostat, and took the time to show us how to use it properly. They worked carefully, respected our home, and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. In fact, it was almost as if they had never been there—except that everything was working perfectly when they left. We truly appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We would absolutely call Goettl AC again and highly recommend both Erick and Veronica to anyone needing HVAC service.

Saturday, June 13 I woke up to no air. I called.Goettl at 1:10am. I was able to get an appointment right away. They sent out David G. All I can say, he was the best. He was very prompt, well mannered. He explained everything to me. He showed me what needed to be repaired and the cost upfront. He repaired my unit with no issues. He completed the job and cleaned up the area in a short time. I am glad I contacted them. I feel blessed they sent out an excellent service man that knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and ask for David G.

Armando was awesome! Very knowledgeable and polite! Showed up an hour and a half earlier than expected, adressed the issue and fixed fix quickly. Also gave some great recommendations. 👌

Blair was an absolute professional. After years of disconnection due to unknown sources, I have had Goettl service my Furnace in Dec, AC on 6/6 and now my plumbing on 6/11, these 3 technicians have restored my faith back in Goettl.

We had David G. Come over because our AC was not working. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided a plan, and was able to get the issue fixed today. David G. Was professional, kind, and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Goettl and Joe Garcia in particular did my pre-winter maintenance and checkup on my heating. Excellent service, no hard upsell, highly personable and just all round competent. Extremely reliable! No fuss about doing warranty work on their installations. We lovelooking being a member of their Sadie maintenance program. We have had very reliable air conditioning & heating for years from Goettl. Now we will upgrade our plumbing with a tankless water heater plus a water softener & filtration system! TY, Joe!

Damarr was very polite and got the repairs done quickly. I got home around 11:20, he was already up on the roof taking care of the repairs. He just finished. I gave him a glass of ice water which he graciously accepted while I paid the bill.

Dont know if can request a technician, but if you can I highly recommend Bayden. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though he had a busy schedule, he took his time and was very thorough. Made me feel like i was the only customer of the day.

Jorge is the best!!! His ethic and understanding go above and beyond. We have been having the same issue for a couple of months and he took care of what seems to be the problem. He was really friendly and just overall amazing.

This was my first time using this company. GOETTL customer service was great. Ken was very nice and got to the point of the problem. Jun came to fix my repairs on the AC unit. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We showed me what he replaced and how to keep my house cool. 10 out of 10 will highly recommend. Great company.

Rodney from Goettl came to my house after my system went down. We were in a desperate situation with the condition air temperature keep rising. Upon arriving and doing some troubleshooting, Rodney quickly found the problem. He was kind enough to offer his service and for that we are extremely grateful. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also educated us on why the system failed, and what we can do to help keep the system functioning as it is supposed to. He is truly and great asset to the company and his service is exceptional. We need more folks like him for the city of Las Vegas.

The technician was very good. He pointed out what was the problem and what wad needed to fix it. He went over other problems that could happen and other issues that needed to be fixed.the technician arrived in a timely manner and completed is task in a timely manner.

The other day we had to have our existing indoor unit reinstalled due to a loud noise. Two gentleman, Jose and D, worked on our unit and did some clean up in our attic. They did a fantastic job, showing us before and after pictures, and it is working great. I would use this company before any others, they are on time, professional and walk you through every step. It’s nice to have a company you can depend on.

Robert Getman and his apprentice Armondo came today to follow up on some AC/heat and possible air leaks. Robert is always very personable and listens to me! He and Armondo worked on my Honeywell Thermostat and helped link it back to my new Internet WiFi. That was basically a favor to me but I appreciate those little extras so much! Nice guys! 👏🏼

Kevin Martinez was here and did an excellent job. He is very respectful and knows what to do when he enter into my house. He got his shoe covers right away.

I had my HVAC serviced today by Kevin. He was fast, friendly and professional. Kevin showed me pictures he had taken of my system, showing external ducting that had collapsed. We then connected with Jeromy to setup all the details. Ductwork to be repaired tomorrow. The water heater was found to be leaking and needed to be replaced. That too will be done tomorrow. I was very satisfied with all the services provided today.

Goettl is fast efficient and reasonably priced. Devon, my technician was very knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected all of my faucets/hot water heater was flushed . I could not ask for a nicer guy.

Yesterday we had a plumbing inspection, which was part of our Sadie membership and Blair was our technician. He was so thorough, helpful and informative. He put us at ease with what our system look like and also was able to show us things that needed to address. He was able to give us quotes for the future work that should be completed. They didn’t pressure us to rush into anything. Blair is a great representative of Goettl. We are always so pleased with their technicians , management team and their customer service team as well.

Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable. Goettl offered same day appointment for both plumbing AND HVAC issues which is very convenient for me and my schedule. I would recommend their services
