From booking the service, to being informed when the service professional would arrive, to the actual service, Goettl delivered above and beyond what I expected. Our service professional, Andrew, was very experienced and informative. He walked us through what was happening, what to look out for and what to consider. My go-to company going forward. Highly recommend.

I had James from Goettl come out to replace some water shut off valves under the sink and toilet. Erica was able to take my request and was very timely with communication on what time James would be able to come out. Adam the manager also reached out to confirm that James was on time which he was. After a quick assessment of the work needed, I also asked if he could replace the house water shut off valve since it had deteriorated. James said that he could and in only a few hours had replaced the water shut off valve and PCV as well as the toilet and sink water shut off valves. I was very pleased with the level of response from the initial phone call to when the job was completed. I'd be happy to have Goettl do more work in the future.

Goettl did a great job cleaning out our drain. Matt Sloan was very nice and took out the U-joint and cleaned it up. A different company a few years ago just put granules down the drain. It did not last but a couple of days. I was very pleased with Goettl and Matt.

We had Goettl out today, Jan 3, to check out our unit for winter, and to have some sensors installed. Joshua Toungate was very nice and professional. He explained things to me as well.

Update:
We had our air conditioner go out late July 3rd. I called Goettl early in the morning and they came out the same day and fixed it. Jared Stogner was very professional. I explained what was going on and he knew right away what the problem was. He also checked out other things to make sure our unit was good. I highly recommend Jared Stogner and Goettl for another great job!

Update: March 22, 2025
We had Jarod Wallquist come out today because I had water leaking from what I thought was from the outside air conditioning unit. It turned out it was left over pipes from an older unit we replaced around 7 years ago (it was Not Goettl). Jarod was very professional and figured out the problem right away.

We then had Jay Jenkins come out today and fix the leak. He was very professional and did a great job as well! The leak probably started because of a freeze several weeks ago and then got worse. I noticed that our water bill was a lot higher . I have always been very happy with Goettl. They even came out on the same day that I called them.

Update: September 5th, 2025
We had Andrew Stone out on Friday, September 5th, 2025 to replace our garbage disposal. He was very professional and did a great job. He knew exactly how to do it. He also had a very nice personality. We were very pleased.

We had Jarod come to our house today after another company came and didn't fix our issue last month. He was personable, professional and did a great job and gave us tips and explained his work along the way. Our house is cool again. Thank you Jarod and Goettl, you just got a long term customer.

Stephen J. from Goettl A/C and Plumbing was absolutely outstanding! After another A/C company replaced my capacitor, my system stopped working again. Stephen quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the other company had wired my outside fan in reverse, which caused the system to stop cooling and go into safe mode.

Not only did Stephen fix the problem and reset the system, but he also checked the airflow, fine-tuned the unit for better efficiency, and gave me great advice on routine maintenance. What impressed me most was how he explained every step in clear, simple terms that didn’t require any technical background.

I’ve worked with several technicians as a homeowner, but Stephen ranks above the best. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure the system was running right. I’m so glad I called Goettl and had the chance to work with Stephen—highly recommend!

Amanda is a total professional, knowledgeable in all I had questions about. She made suggestions that were appreciated and needed. In short she is the BOMB!
