Feeling great! Came out and replaced inside and outside unit. Added a few features, new thermostat. System was starving for air intake so they enlarged the two intake vents I had and added 1 in a bedroom. Took out old drain pan (which was almost blocking the downstairs air intake). They changed the draining system which used to go to the pipes under a bathroom sink. Lots of work needed to be done and the two gentlemen knocked it out of park!

Erick did our a/c maintenance. He was very professional and courteous. He did an amazing job explaining what was needing repairs and what was done. Definitely the best tech so far.

After another HVAC company's poor installation resulted in our fan blade coming loose and becoming bent, we were left with a very loud and concerning noise. Geottle came out and immediately identified the real issue "the bent fan blade" even without knowing the backstory. I’d like to share my HVAC service experience with representative Daniel C. He was extremely attentive and professional from the moment he arrived. First and foremost, he was well-groomed and presented himself in a friendly, approachable manner. When inviting a technician into your home, that kind of professionalism and demeanor is very important. Daniel came to inspect my HVAC system, which had been installed by Goettl. I wanted him to show me how to change the air filter since it was time for a replacement. While he was in the attic checking the unit, he noticed water dripping nearby. He quickly identified the source of the problem as an issue related to a roof attachment. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond his original service call. He took the initiative to address the issue, climbed onto the roof, and fixed the problem correctly to prevent further water intrusion. This was a scheduled maintenance visit that comes with my contract. Rudy was polite, thorough, and extremely nice. He took pictures of everything and explained what he found. We are so impressed with Doug and Aiden of Goettl AC and Plumbing. Our toilet was stopped up. They were at our house within two hours of my call and did such a professional job at a reasonable price. They even connected the hose to the front faucet (still had winter covering) before checking our water pressure. Goettl will be our plumbers from now on! Thanks Doug and Aiden! ..... ...... we had an AC problem a few days later. Peter Medelez from Goettl came out and fixed it expertly and made some recommendations to ensure it won't happen again. Some things hadn't been done correctly when it was installed several years ago (by someone else), and he will be back next week to fix them. I highly recommend Goettl. ... 10/15/25 ... we had a leak in the main water line which was running into the neighbors' yard. In less than two hours of calling Goettl, Clayton Purvis arrived to fix the leak. He repaired the leak and fixed connections, and repaired something previously done incorrectly in the unknown past. He was done before we had to leave for a prior equipment. I feel confident in the quality of work, as I always am when I have to call Goettl for something. 12/17/2025. Tyler Brockhausen was the technician from Goettl who inspected our heating system today. He did a thorough check and changed the filter. He covered his shoes every time he entered the house, left no mess on the floor. It is comforting to know that all is working correctly.

Alex Nelson was very honest and up front with me... He offered me options plans what I can do.. He didn't pressure me on just selling parts or replacing the whole unit... At the end of the day we decided to change out the unit. I glad I called Goettl

We woke up to no hot water this morning! Goettl’s was great scheduling Deonte Wilson to come out and help us. Deonte is a knowledgeable, capable & respectful young man and was able to resolve the problem within a half an hour. He kept us informed along the way too. Breon was super helpful and caught the outdoor AC unit’s capacitor/battery in time before it gave out. He was super friendly with my dad and I, and explained what was happening with the unit, as well as what was needed. Will for sure call again!

the level of care given by this company is top of the line! our ac went out sunday night & another company could get us seen thursday, which wasn’t going to be helpful with a 9mo & 3yo. google sent a form and then i wasn’t instantly in communication with a person. by midnight i was scheduled for next day service. before my scheduled time, betty called to see if i was available for an earlier time, ABSOLUTELY! our tech alex nelson was here in 45 minutes. he was able to quickly assess our issue and had everything back to working order by the next hour. had awesome recommendations & explained things thoroughly to my family, while entertaining all the kid questions!

Goettl came through in the clutch (on a Sunday!) when our AC went out. Their technician Robert Rodriguez had the parts on hand to get our system blowing cold air again. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work/repairs that he needed to perform. All for a reasonable, fair price. Will be calling them again for our HVAC maintenance needs as they arise in the future.

Not only did he clear our clogged kitchen sink, he also took the initiative to scope our sewer line and even identified a leak in our guest bathroom toilet.
