Repairs were done the same afternoon I called. Christian was very concerned that we knew exactly where the problems were how he could repair. I will give him a 10 out of 10!

We were very impressed with the Goettl technician that was assigned to check our HVAC. Robert was thorough in checking our HVAC. He explained everything in detail as to what he did and what additional repairs that were needed. He did not pressure us for the additional repairs, plus recommended several options that we could look at. I highly recommend his service.

Manuel came out to install a pump, and he was fantastic. This company truly hires great people who know what they’re doing. Alex Nelson was very honest and up front with me... He offered me options plans what I can do.. He didn't pressure me on just selling parts or replacing the whole unit... At the end of the day we decided to change out the unit. I glad I called Goettl

We woke up to no hot water this morning! Goettl’s was great scheduling Deonte Wilson to come out and help us. Deonte is a knowledgeable, capable & respectful young man and was able to resolve the problem within a half an hour. He kept us informed along the way too. Breon was super helpful and caught the outdoor AC unit’s capacitor/battery in time before it gave out. He was super friendly with my dad and I, and explained what was happening with the unit, as well as what was needed. Will for sure call again!

the level of care given by this company is top of the line! our ac went out sunday night & another company could get us seen thursday, which wasn’t going to be helpful with a 9mo & 3yo. google sent a form and then i wasn’t instantly in communication with a person. by midnight i was scheduled for next day service. before my scheduled time, betty called to see if i was available for an earlier time, ABSOLUTELY! our tech alex nelson was here in 45 minutes. he was able to quickly assess our issue and had everything back to working order by the next hour. had awesome recommendations & explained things thoroughly to my family, while entertaining all the kid questions!

Goettl came through in the clutch (on a Sunday!) when our AC went out. Their technician Robert Rodriguez had the parts on hand to get our system blowing cold air again. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work/repairs that he needed to perform. All for a reasonable, fair price. Will be calling them again for our HVAC maintenance needs as they arise in the future.

Darean came to diagnose an issue with our shower drainage, and was able to fairly easily identify the issue. He was kind and friendly while working, and even though the fix was one we would rather avoid, he was kind in giving us the news. He was also very helpful and made sure to explain everything very thoroughly.

Ralph Martinez was the plumber who installed the water softener and water filter at our house. He was professional and quickly installed the system. He then provided a thorough walk through of how to use and care for the system.

Dylan came to my house to make sure my AC system was up to par. It was a great experience and he made us feel taken cared of. I would recommend Dylan and will be requesting him for future visits. We can’t have any animals in our home because my 3 year old son has asthma and Dylan was nice enough to give my son a stuff animal dog and a flashlight. Two things my son loves. Awesome service! Appreciate that after given an estimate I was given option to supply the parts and just pay for installation of a new thermostat. That worked best for me and scheduling was immediate once I got the thermostat. Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable did a great job!

Erick provided exceptional service above and beyond my expectations to include helping me troubleshoot the lightbulb in my attic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he worked. Jesus was also very helpful negotiating a fair price for the work Erick identified should be done.

Our experience with Juan Gil was outstanding. He came to our home after regular business hours and went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he clear our clogged kitchen sink, he also took the initiative to scope our sewer line and even identified a leak in our guest bathroom toilet. Goettl came out to try to repair an aging unit for us 2 years ago. ended up purchasing a new one, and today Dylan G came out to give it a rejuvenation. He was great! Very cordial, informative, and detail-oriented. Got our unit refreshed for summer and I couldn't be more pleased!
