I can’t say enough good things about Clayton. He spent the entire day repairing a damaged and bent water pipe in my yard, and thanks to his hard work, I finally have water again. Before he arrived, I had already repaired the T-sections myself, and Clayton took the time to look over my work and even complimented me on doing a great job. He then patiently explained how everything should properly fit together and made sure the rest of the repair was done correctly. The job turned out to be much more complicated because of the way the city’s pipe system had been installed, but Clayton never got frustrated. Even while working in sweltering heat all day, he maintained a positive attitude, stayed professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. This was especially appreciated because my spouse is currently away on military orders, so having someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to teach and explain things meant a lot. I called on a Saturday morning because my ac wasn’t working properly. Jeremy arrived at my house before 1pm and had diagnosed the issue. We already knew what the problem was and a ballpark of the price. Jeremy gave us all our options from just the repair to the highest tier package and explained each option in detail. He was not pushy, just gave us the facts and prices and let us make the decision. He was very quick and efficient. The whole process from calling about a repair to it being finished was just a few short hours. Will definitely be a returning customer if we have any other issues and would recommend to others.

I highly recommend Goettl for all your Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I had to call Goettl because one evening my AC unit was working just fine after it turned off it took a while for it to come back on. Once it came back on it ran perfectly fine, then on another occasion it turn off, like usual, and took awhile to come back on. Andrew, from Goettle came by and diagnosed the situation. Andrew is very, very knowledgeable about the AC units and came to the conclusion that it was the mother board that was not signaling to the entire unit when it should turn on or turn off. Andrew walked me through on what he was doing and what needed to be done to get the unit back up and running. He also doubled checked with his boss and both came up with the same solution that it was the mother board that was the problem. Andrew showed me the estimate on the labor, since the part was still under warranty. I believe Andrew is a very professional individual who cares about his customers and the outcome of his work. I hope I get to have Andrew continue to service my AC unit because it will last a long time when a professional like Andrew services it. The next day, to my surprise, the part came in and in no time did Andrew replaced the mother board. Thanks, Andrew, for what you did. So far this is the fourth time I have used Goettl for replace or repair jobs and I don’t regret it. What I like about Goettl generally and Andrew specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do and what to expect. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project. I appreciated the transparency of all the steps that were going to occur to replace a mother board. I have used Goettl in the past and the workmanship that occur the first time I hired Goettl was the determining factor that I used to convinced myself to hire them again. As long as their workmanship never wavers and their strive to satisfy the customer continues I will always use Goettl and will highly recommend them to my co-workers and friends.
