I had a water leak from the main water line to my house. Called Goetti Plumbing and they sent their plumber Mike Perry. He was fantastic. He found the leak and repaired the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I believe there are very few plumbers who could match his work and work ethic. We were beyond impressed with the customer service and service we received. We contacted them about our AC needing repaired as we had been unable to troubleshoot the problem. They rearranged their schedule and had a technician to our house in less than an hour. It required extensive testing to figure out the problem. He thought he was going to have to come back the next day to do the repairs as it was late however he was determined to get it running for us that day due to the heat and successfully got our AC running that evening. In addition, the company followed up the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly! So impressed! Thank you for rescuing us!

Very pleasant, efficient, professional and personable technician. We really liked him. He was on time! The AC system compressor repair as well as annual AC maintenance was done quickly. The technician gave us an estimate for a recommended maintenance and also an estimate for a replacement of our aging system. He was not a pushy salesman. He just gave us the facts. We will continue with the annual maintenance program.
