Adam Retherford was out to do just a check up to make sure all water pipes for all the bathrooms and kitchen are doing good and also to make sure the water heater is still working properly and doing good.He was super awesome and very helpful with the questions I had for him.

Frank did an excellent job. Very professional with explaining his finding and walking me through the repairs and cost. Didn’t even mind me on the roof with him so I can see the issues myself. Signed up for the yearly service warranty and happy to know I’m protected in the future.

The techs were very helpful, courteous and let me know what they were doing as they went along. Took before and after pictures. We have used Goettle before and they have always been exceptional.

From the initial phone call this morning at 6.00am when I awoke to my ac motor on fire 🔥 this company was top notch !! Deano was out here by 8:30am he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and it was determined that we were better off getting a new unit completely. Mike one of the service managers walked us through our options and was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly ! By 1:00pm today Blake and Tyler were here to install our new ac. Both Tyler and Blake were also very knowledgeable and friendly and did an amazing job ! It’s now 7:45 and we are cooling off . Thanks Goettl we are happy to be part of the family 😎👍⭐️🤗

Sam was an absolute trooper. He was very patient with us and our needs and even conferred with his manager Nick to get us the best price possible so that we would not suffer with the heat from our broken unit. I wish more places cared about their customers this much.

Luka was a great technician, he call and let me know his arrival time, showed up at the time he said. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our ac unit and did the repair quickly. Also did a maintenance service that we had scheduled for another day so we didn’t have to have another appointment.

GOETTL air conditioning and plumbing did a wonderful job with communication and appointment set up. It was very quick and easy and scheduled for the next morning. The company contacted us letting us know that the technician was going to be calling shortly letting us know how long he was going to be and continue to keep us updated. Hunter did a wonderful job and was very professional. He explained step by step the process, issues, and functions of the parts. He was very knowledgeable and broke all the information down in simple form. Their membership has multiple perks and conveniences that we are excited to be a part of.

Very friendly and helpful! After he was finished servicing my unit, he even took the time to answer my questions on the electronic filters and how to properly use the Smart AC app. He made sure all of my questions were answered and even removed the electronic filter and took it apart so I could see how to do it. You can tell when you’re talking to someone if they are impatiently waiting or in a rush, he was never like that. Thank you Damian Palazuelos for all your work and help today!

I was impressed with Judd. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself when he came to the door. He replaced the valves for the water shut off and the irrigation lines. He explained what he was doing, pointed out the damaged parts and replaced them. After completing the job he took the time to go over what he did and answered my questions before he left. I’m glad my neighbor recommended Goettl.

Goettl has always treated me well. Max Villegas is a great guy and did a great job. I could not recommend Goettl enough. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I returned from vacation and had a toilet shut off valve stuck in the off position. With CPVC pipes I needed a professional to help me with the repair. Scheduling was easy — called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Monday. Geof arrived for the service call ahead of schedule which was really nice. He was able to carefully replace the valve and was a true professional.

Very fast response (within hours of my call). Max was really friendly and knowledgeable.I had to get my kitchen water line jetted, which happens every few years when it starts backing up. Max did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Much cheaper than several other services I’ve used in the past. Will definitely use them again!!

We had an AC emergency...called Goettl , they booked an emergency inspection appointment for the afternoon, then called less than an hour later to let us know Parker was on his way. (It was 98° inside the house). He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Our prior home warranty people took 4 days to tell us they couldn't fix it...wanted to upsell us a new unit ($16k) because they wouldn't offer complete service for a unit as old as ours. Goettl was able to service our unit, repair a leak,recharge and get it up and running same day (under $3k) !!! Needless to say, we cancelled our previous home warranty company (we had been with them 5 years) on the spot and signed with Goettl. TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE KINDEST, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE TECHNICIAN! Parker was amazingly kind and patient and explained everything clearly ... THANK YOU GOETTL FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY!!

We had a great experience with our technician Dusty. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Dusty not only got our AC up and running again, but it’s working better than it ever was before. He took time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Dayton came out super fast and solved our alarm issue. My husband can’t fix these sorts of issues any longer. He was fast and very professional. I highly recommend Goettl and Dayton!

Kellen Came to our house today and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough. Very careful. He checked every single unit and when something did didn’t look correct he always let us know what was going on with it and even called the office to make sure that we are all in sync. I had 3 young men come to my home to look at my AC unit. the first one and I'm sorry I don't remember his name, was very honest and open to tell me my AC is old and needs to be replaced. he stated it will be more cost to get a new AC then to keep throwing money at the old one, said ok. i got approved and I was expecting to have the new AC put in a few days later, but they were able to do it the next day I was stunned, I said WOW ok. Then I had Andreas and Andre come over and put the new AC in, these gentlemen were very professional, courteous and respectful to me and my wife. they went above and beyond by being this way, I dealt with other companies in the past they started out nice at first but then changed as time went by.
