A/C quit (6 + years old). Called after 5:30 pm on a Friday (very polite/ professional conversation; easy appointment scheduled). Goettl was at my house in 2 hours and my A/C working shortly thereafter (Wow). Got to meet one of their very professional technicians who is also very personable. He quickly identified two broken components (I watched him take the measurements) and he provided replacement options and pricing, and advice on how to maintain the A/C unit in the future. I opted to purchase Goettl's maintenance agreement which saved me money (on the spot)- an easy decision- and replace broken parts. Technician was very fast with the repairs, and my A/C was up and cooling. I really appreciated his advice on how to better maintain (my compressor) and may opt to upgrade it in the near future (I had already researched a soft-start kit). Technician provided an outstanding report/ photos of the repairs along with bill for services rendered (very detailed) and easy payment via credit card. Technician turned an anxious two hours into a very positive experience, and I am thankful knowing that I can count on him and the Goettl family to handle any A/C or plumbing issues I may have in the future. Goettl has earned my trust. Definite recommend.

Michael Gardner was amazing! He came same day, even at night, and quickly found the problem with the a/c. He worked with us to find an affordable solution. He had wonderful customer service and was very professional. We will definitely be requesting him for future repair needs.

Christian was awesome got me foxed same day quote was 1000 dollars less than another company tried to charge for same service. I can’t recommend them enough and def ask for Christian he is incredibly thorough whereas many wouldn’t have done the detailed work Christian did.

My ac went out this morning. Called Goettl and they had a tech out within 3 hours. Jarrett was very helpful and informative. He got the system back up and running in a couple hours. I went ahead and decided to purchase a new unit. He walked me through the process and made it super easy! New AC unit will be installed Monday. Awesome customer service!

I called for a service and they came the same day. The tech, Deano Valdez, was very helpful from the start and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using Goettl for my AC and plumbing issues in the future

Frank P Was very helpful with my air conditioning problem today our rooms weren’t cooling down and no one could figure out why had multiple people look at it and couldn’t figure Frank stuck with it and figured out the Bluetooth and the sensors and fixed our problem. Our service technician, Brian, checked our units during our yearly maintenance check and provided thorough information on the current status of each unit. He was very professional, showed us pictures of what he found and corrected, and updated us on a previous work order. Great experience!

He explained the system well and made sure I was comfortable with the app...another 5 star performance for the Goettl team. Update 3.31.2025 Jesus spent a lot of time making sure my rental property HVAC was performing properly. He also installed the Smart system and took my renter through the app. All of the technicians at Goettl have been stellar. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!! Update 9.12.2025 Lupe did a fabulous job 'rejuvinating' my HVAC system replacing a bad capacitor. He was very polite, informative and professional. As usual a Five Star visit from the Goettl team. 4-1-2026 Chris and Braden did a great job with my annual plumbing maintenance. Very polite and professional. Also very informative..5 STARS to the Goettl team. 6-1-2026 Hunter did a quick, professional job replacing my hard start capacitor. Prompt on-time service with a smile. Kellen was very friendly and professional! Walked us through the rejuvenation process and was transparent about the condition of our unit and recommendations to improve the longevity of the unit.

We were in the market for a new air conditioning system and were in the process of getting several bids. He checked every single unit and when something did didn’t look correct he always let us know what was going on with it and even called the office to make sure that we are all in sync. I had 3 young men come to my home to look at my AC unit. the first one and I'm sorry I don't remember his name, was very honest and open to tell me my AC is old and needs to be replaced. he stated it will be more cost to get a new AC then to keep throwing money at the old one, said ok. i got approved and I was expecting to have the new AC put in a few days later, but they were able to do it the next day I was stunned, I said WOW ok. Then I had Andreas and Andre come over and put the new AC in, these gentlemen were very professional, courteous and respectful to me and my wife. they went above and beyond by being this way, I dealt with other companies in the past they started out nice at first but then changed as time went by.
