Thank you for coming out less than 2 hours of my call. Jarrett was excellent. Explained everything thoroughly AND in terms I could understand. Bonus: he was a nice person, too.

I was impressed with Judd. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself when he came to the door. He replaced the valves for the water shut off and the irrigation lines. He explained what he was doing, pointed out the damaged parts and replaced them. After completing the job he took the time to go over what he did and answered my questions before he left. I’m glad my neighbor recommended Goettl.

Goettl has always treated me well. Max Villegas is a great guy and did a great job. I could not recommend Goettl enough. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I returned from vacation and had a toilet shut off valve stuck in the off position. With CPVC pipes I needed a professional to help me with the repair. Scheduling was easy — called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Monday. Geof arrived for the service call ahead of schedule which was really nice. He was able to carefully replace the valve and was a true professional.

Very fast response (within hours of my call). Max was really friendly and knowledgeable.I had to get my kitchen water line jetted, which happens every few years when it starts backing up. Max did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Much cheaper than several other services I’ve used in the past. Will definitely use them again!!

We had an AC emergency...called Goettl , they booked an emergency inspection appointment for the afternoon, then called less than an hour later to let us know Parker was on his way. (It was 98° inside the house). He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Our prior home warranty people took 4 days to tell us they couldn't fix it...wanted to upsell us a new unit ($16k) because they wouldn't offer complete service for a unit as old as ours. Goettl was able to service our unit, repair a leak,recharge and get it up and running same day (under $3k) !!! Needless to say, we cancelled our previous home warranty company (we had been with them 5 years) on the spot and signed with Goettl. TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE KINDEST, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE TECHNICIAN! Parker was amazingly kind and patient and explained everything clearly ... THANK YOU GOETTL FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY!!

We had a great experience with our technician Dusty. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Dusty not only got our AC up and running again, but it’s working better than it ever was before. He took time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Dayton came out super fast and solved our alarm issue. My husband can’t fix these sorts of issues any longer. He was fast and very professional. I highly recommend Goettl and Dayton!

I had Goettl replace my entire split A/C system. they gave me an estimate late in the evening on June 10th 2026 and they completed the install the very next day as promised. The two techs were awesome, they worked very hard and very efficient. I was really impressed and working in the hot Arizona temperature outside and in the attic, Even more impressive !!!! Andrew just saved us! What a wealth of knowledge he was. Our AC went out on a Friday night at 6pm and Goettl sent him out same night. When we’re ready to finally purchase a new unit, we’ll be working with them!

After coming back from vacation to a non-functioning tankless water heater, Kristian came out and diagnosed the situation and put together a solid game plan for us. He really went to bat for us with the tankless water heater manufacturer and was able to secure a very expensive part at no cost covered under the parts warranty. Kristian communicated very clearly and worked very efficiently and professionally from start to finish. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and skill. Thank you Kristian!

Well, the technicians make the difference. It’s all about the approach. I’ve had two here today working on my plumbing and A/C Unit maintenance and both were of the same caliber. Excellent communication.

We were in the market for a new air conditioning system and were in the process of getting several bids. Goettl not only came in with a great price, but they were also extremely thorough in their assessment of what we needed, and presented multiple options for our consideration. Kellen Came to our house today and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough. Very careful. He checked every single unit and when something did didn’t look correct he always let us know what was going on with it and even called the office to make sure that we are all in sync. WeAppreciated his professionalism and his ability to keep everything in order and clean he was extremely helpful and locating some items that needed some additional repair and we just really appreciated his smile and his positive attitude that’s everything. I had 3 young men come to my home to look at my AC unit. the first one and I'm sorry I don't remember his name, was very honest and open to tell me my AC is old and needs to be replaced. he stated it will be more cost to get a new AC then to keep throwing money at the old one, said ok. i got approved and I was expecting to have the new AC put in a few days later, but they were able to do it the next day I was stunned, I said WOW ok. Then I had Andreas and Andre come over and put the new AC in, these gentlemen were very professional, courteous and respectful to me and my wife. they went above and beyond by being this way, I dealt with other companies in the past they started out nice at first but then changed as time went by.
