Brian De Leon is an amazing technician who did our yearly maintenance. He is highly skilled, pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable in his field we highly recommend him.

We had our AC ducts cleaned today. Was very impressed with Tina and Robert. They both have very terrific customer interactions. Their technical services are excellent and thorough, what I would call professional. Prior to that we had our unit yearly service and was also impressed with Angel. I would recommend your company to anyone who asked us who we used for our Air Condition service.

Last year I had a little problem with one of my air conditioners. The same thing happened this year, I called Goettl Kevin Urrutia came and checked. The air conditioning unit that was problematic and I guess after 21 years it was time to get new air conditioners. so Kevin explained everything and then called Jeremy so we can get everything buttoned up and my new system will arrive tomorrow, and I won't have any more air conditioning problems. awesome company fast service greatly appreciated especially in the desert heat. When we experienced a problem with our air conditioning system, we called Goettl AC, and they sent Erick and Veronica to assist us. They arrived the next day and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Erick and Veronica were professional, courteous, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, installed our system and new thermostat, and took the time to show us how to use it properly. They worked carefully, respected our home, and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. In fact, it was almost as if they had never been there—except that everything was working perfectly when they left. We truly appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We would absolutely call Goettl AC again and highly recommend both Erick and Veronica to anyone needing HVAC service.

Saturday, June 13 I woke up to no air. I called.Goettl at 1:10am. I was able to get an appointment right away. They sent out David G. All I can say, he was the best. He was very prompt, well mannered. He explained everything to me. He showed me what needed to be repaired and the cost upfront. He repaired my unit with no issues. He completed the job and cleaned up the area in a short time. I am glad I contacted them. I feel blessed they sent out an excellent service man that knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and ask for David G.

The other day we had to have our existing indoor unit reinstalled due to a loud noise. Two gentleman, Jose and D, worked on our unit and did some clean up in our attic. They did a fantastic job, showing us before and after pictures, and it is working great. I would use this company before any others, they are on time, professional and walk you through every step. It’s nice to have a company you can depend on.

He and Armondo worked on my Honeywell Thermostat and helped link it back to my new Internet WiFi. That was basically a favor to me but I appreciate those little extras so much! Nice guys! 👏🏼

I had my HVAC serviced today by Kevin. He was fast, friendly and professional. Kevin showed me pictures he had taken of my system, showing external ducting that had collapsed. We then connected with Jeromy to setup all the details. Ductwork to be repaired tomorrow. The water heater was found to be leaking and needed to be replaced. That too will be done tomorrow. I was very satisfied with all the services provided today.

Goettl is fast efficient and reasonably priced. Devon, my technician was very knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected all of my faucets/hot water heater was flushed . I could not ask for a nicer guy.

Yesterday we had a plumbing inspection, which was part of our Sadie membership and Blair was our technician. He was so thorough, helpful and informative. He put us at ease with what our system look like and also was able to show us things that needed to address. He was able to give us quotes for the future work that should be completed. They didn’t pressure us to rush into anything. Blair is a great representative of Goettl. We are always so pleased with their technicians , management team and their customer service team as well.
