Had been working with another company in Austin and brought Goettl in for a second opinion and haven’t ever looked back. Jarod guided us through finding a new AC system that was right for us, never trying to unnecessarily upsell, and came and performed the install and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our HVAC at this point. Brent, Jacob, and Elias all came in helped us with a recent water heater leak/repair and I could not speak highly enough of each of them. This company has always found time to come out with no wait times and every interaction we’ve had with them has been amazing. Their membership/maintenance program gives us the peace of mind that we’re always covered and taken care of. I don’t plan on ever working with another maintenance company as long as I remain in Austin.

Kevin and Bobby were excellent technicians. Very thorough and professional. Fixed our issues, explained everything and showed us all our options before saving us from melting another day. They were the third company we called and by far the best in every way. We couldn't be happier with our service and highly recommend them.

Daniel R. was helpful when my water heater leak detection system started screaming at me. He helped me hook it up to an outlet so I don’t have to keep replacing the batteries.

Daniel Martin was the tech that came over. He was very professional, explained the process and any also any additional cost that may be required. He successfully cleared the drain issue and cleaned up after he was finished. The next time I call I will ask for him to be my servicing tech

Jacob did a great job of explaining to me the details of the kitchen to main drain cleaning he we performing, from the why to the how, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. He also checked on the health of my water Softener and my water heater. Expert job from an expert in the business. Thanks for the friendly chat and the highly professional work!

Chris from Goetl came out to service our AC and give us a proposal for repair work on our return air. He was very knowlegable and professional and friendly.

Frank explained to us what was causing the issue and showed us on the inside unit as well as the outside unit. He educated us on how our system was running and what we could do in order to extend the lifespan. He was very respectful and I appreciate everything he did. We've had unpleasant experiences with companies in the past but we will absolutely be using Goettl in the future!

Luke came out early on a Sunday and helped with our system. He was very thorough and took time to walk us through everything. We will definitely be calling again.

I’ve used so many different AC /Heating /plumbing companies. I feel confident to highly recommend Goettl. The technicians are skilled, solve the issue, and it will be fixed. I put my house on a maintenance program with them. So my AC / heating / water heater/ water softener is taken care of . I can check that box!

Kory Snider took excellent care of our air conditioning system. He was polite, honest and informative. Highly recommended him. We needed a capacitor for one unit and water sensors.

The service we received, the install is what we expected. The techs Kevin Edwards who made the recommendations for our repairs and the tech, Alberto Salazar - Cayetano who installed, did a great job. Though the financing 'promo' offered to us by Kevin Edwards was an issue, I appreciate that the manager, Josue stepped up to the plate, listened to the customer, resolved the issue. If anyone has an issue whether service installation and/or financing, I highly recommend you address it if it takes escalation to bring it to resolution; therefore, I highly recommend this company. Called 20 places trying to find someone to make an emergency service visit at 8 pm and Kory at Goettl was the only one available! He arrived within 30 minutes, fixed the issue and saved the day!

Brent was very knowledgeable about the water softener install and systems available. He tested our water and made recommendations for softener and filtration. Helpful, friendly, over good experience.

Today we had Goettl A/C technician Chris come out for an inspection as to why water was leaking through our ceiling. He was very thorough and checked everything that would cause it. He took his time and found the issue. He gave us an estimate as to what it would cost for the repair. He then explained to our landlord and our landlord approved the repair. If any of you need anything pertaining to A/C repair, please call Goettl A/C and Plumbing and ask for Chris to come out. He is awesome.

This review is pretty late but I wanted to make sure that technician Trevor Harr was acknowledged for his knowledge and professionalism. Trevor came to my home and was able to narrow down my issue rather quickly after a few questions and some diagnosis. He had us cooling in no time.

Trevor with HVAC at Goettl Austin arrived at our home to fix some AC issues we discovered later in the evening. Trevor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and his customer service was fantastic. His expertise in quickly identifying the issue and fixing the AC was very impressive. I would highly recommend Trevor for any future AC repairs - he is AWESOME!!!

Kevin with Goettl Heating and Air was sent out when my ac quit blowing cold air. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. He came out to evaluate our HVAC system for preventative maintenance and was incredibly friendly, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how clearly he explained every component of our system in a way that actually made sense, without ever feeling pushy or overwhelming. I really appreciated that he gave us honest recommendations based on his years of experience and helped us understand our options in a way that fit our budget. Instead of trying to upsell us, he helped us come up with a realistic game plan for the next six months to a year, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We also signed up for the company’s membership program and honestly think it’s such a great value. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Kevin and the entire team.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Goettl!! obviously having your ac go out is stressful. You don’t know how costly it’s going to be and unfortunately they get a bad rap. This company is honest and greatly priced! Jarod is a super star ⭐️ He explained and showed me things cause I’m generally interested in how things work. He answered all questions and just took a lot of care in what he does and it shows . He has been to my home twice and I forgot the nice young man that came yesterday -but he was wonderful . I had an issue with master bathroom toilet I called Goettl Austin and within 24 hour. I had an appointment set up. Elias was my technician. He was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I would highly recommend Goettl and Elias for your plumbing needs.

Jonathan Johnson came out today and did a preventive maintenance checkup on my HVAC system. He was very thorough and thoughtful! Jose and Ricardo replaced my HVAC system today and were very courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and showed me how to work the new thermostat. They were very careful moving things in and out as well. They were really nice people as everyone I have talked to at Goettl has been. Great company and service

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! He was patient explaining my options, offered insight about my water pressure, and took care of the problem fast. He was neat as a pin, and I would happily use this service again!
