Today we had Goettl A/C technician Chris come out for an inspection as to why water was leaking through our ceiling. He was very thorough and checked everything that would cause it. He took his time and found the issue. He gave us an estimate as to what it would cost for the repair. He then explained to our landlord and our landlord approved the repair. If any of you need anything pertaining to A/C repair, please call Goettl A/C and Plumbing and ask for Chris to come out. He is awesome.

Daniel R was able to take care of my plumbing issue very quickly. Daniel R was very friendly, polite & knowledgable and gave me tips to help prevent clogged pipes again. Thank you!! I will definitely use them again.

This review is pretty late but I wanted to make sure that technician Trevor Harr was acknowledged for his knowledge and professionalism. Trevor came to my home and was able to narrow down my issue rather quickly after a few questions and some diagnosis. He had us cooling in no time.

Trevor with HVAC at Goettl Austin arrived at our home to fix some AC issues we discovered later in the evening. Trevor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and his customer service was fantastic. His expertise in quickly identifying the issue and fixing the AC was very impressive. I would highly recommend Trevor for any future AC repairs - he is AWESOME!!!

Jarod was an amazing resource for our AC and HVAC needs. He was able to quickly pinpoint some key issues, helped us troubleshoot concerns, and even looked over our house inspection to determine the areas of which the previous owner may have had awareness or work done in the past. Jarod recommended a great new HVAC system, and now we are in the process of getting an upgrade to get ahead of the hot Texas summers. On top of all of that, Jarod was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and had a lovely and easy-going personality, the type of employee that gives Goettl a great reputation! Would recommend Goettl for anyone’s HVAC and AC needs.

Stephen came in diagnosed the problem explained everything in details and took pictures to show me the problem and took care of it. Stephen did an excellent job knew exactly what he was doing.

We had our appointment last week, and while we haven’t completed the work yet, I wanted to leave a review based on the assessment, estimating and scheduling experience so far because it stood out. After dealing with a stressful and complicated plumbing situation and getting multiple opinions, Brent was the most thorough person that came out. He took the time to understand the situation, explain what he was seeing, and walk through options without pressure or scare tactics. I especially appreciated the discussion around what needed to be addressed now versus what could reasonably wait, along with the pros and cons of each approach. The service manager and scheduling process were also responsive, clear, and easy to work with. The estimate felt thoughtful and straightforward, and pricing felt fair for the scope discussed.

I’ve used Goettl for Plumbing multiple times. Brent took the time to really explain what he was doing and why. Will absolutely request him moving forward!

Brent Sloan was great! He really took his time to make sure he thoroughly checked fur any leaks when I noticed water damage in my bathroom. He went the extra mile for my peace of mind.

Brent did a great job helping me out with some issues I was having at my house. I originally called him to service my water softener system as it was malfunctioning and I didn’t have soft water. He was able to diagnose the problem straight away. As it turns out my pressure reducing valve at the street was the culprit. After attempting to locate it we found out that the home builder never properly protected it when it was installed as they just buried it without a valve box. Brent had to dig up a good part of the ground around my meter box just to find it. When he tried shutting off the water using the homeowner shutoff valve the handle snapped right off as it had been buried with the PRV and had rusted through. I looked at the original builders install and it was a mess. A bunch of random 90 degree bends in the pipes for no reason. Brent ended up having to replace the irrigation shutoff valve as well. After all this the water pressure in my house (which was reading at 30 PSI, way too low and had been a problem my wife and I were dreading calling someone out to diagnose and fix) increased by 30 PSI. Not only did the water softener start working properly, but we were finally able to get enough pressure in the house to have more than one person shower at a time! While he was ensuring all the faucets and plumbing fixtures were working properly after the repairs he noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking (a problem my wife and I knew about and that I had already purchased a replacement but hadn’t got around to installing) and was able to install a new one for me in no time. The peace of mind that we have knowing that Brent installed and repaired everything properly will keep us coming back to Goettl for our plumbing needs. I couldn’t be happier with the way this whole situation was able to get resolved. He showed up early, was extremely professional the entire time, helped educate me as a homeowner showing me some tips on how to ensure my system was working to the best of its ability. What I anticipated as an hour or two repair turned into an all day affair, but Brent was able to work the problem so efficiently and effectively that me and my family were only out of water for around 30 minutes. Brent was professional and communicated with us through the whole process making us feel well informed about everything that was going on. He was very transparent with all of the pricing on what needed to be done along with potential contingencies that could arise due to the nature of the problem we were having. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience throughout. What started out as a minor problem turned out to be a much larger one. With Brent’s help it turned in to a minor inconvenience and peace of mind knowing my home plumbing system will be working properly for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend Brent if you are having plumbing issues. If any of the higher ups are reading this, give him a raise. I will definitely be coming back and recommending your company to everyone I know that has plumbing issues due to my experience with Brent.

Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. He came out to evaluate our HVAC system for preventative maintenance and was incredibly friendly, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how clearly he explained every component of our system in a way that actually made sense, without ever feeling pushy or overwhelming. I really appreciated that he gave us honest recommendations based on his years of experience and helped us understand our options in a way that fit our budget. Instead of trying to upsell us, he helped us come up with a realistic game plan for the next six months to a year, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We also signed up for the company’s membership program and honestly think it’s such a great value. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Goettl!! obviously having your ac go out is stressful. You don’t know how costly it’s going to be and unfortunately they get a bad rap. This company is honest and greatly priced! Jarod is a super star ⭐️ He explained and showed me things cause I’m generally interested in how things work. He answered all questions and just took a lot of care in what he does and it shows . He has been to my home twice and I forgot the nice young man that came yesterday -but he was wonderful . Jose and Ricardo replaced my HVAC system today and were very courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! He was patient explaining my options, offered insight about my water pressure, and took care of the problem fast. He was neat as a pin, and I would happily use this service again!
