Thecknican replaced water filters for under the sink water softener. He was very professional in his work and for the water softener outside the house 🏠 🙄

Jesus showed up on time explained what he was going to do and started right away. He was so polite and nice and when he finished he showed me the before and after pictures. I couldn't believe how clean he got my AC! He told me about what I could do to fix my AC to make it run more efficiently and last longer so I told him to fix it and when he was done I could feel how much more cooler it was and the air flow was also so much better. It was great and I'm so glad I made the call . Goettl is great and they know what they're doing. I'll be keeping them.

I had Goettl AC tech Nate on Tuesday, no cool service call. He did a thorough inspection. He found what I suspected that both my 25 year old units have problems. I agreed and he suggested options on AC replacements, Seer ratings, Air flow based on house square footage, energy rating efficiency ,10 year warranty, and costs. He was able to call office and arrange AC install crew for next day installation of 2 new AC units. Next day 3 techs came out (Joel, Barry & Francisco) and installed 2 AC units in 1 day. They worked very efficiently and professionally under heat in attic and outside 104 degree in sun. Overall I am very pleased with this total team effort of Goettl AC & Plumbing company. From the 1st call for appointment, to updated texts of name & photo of technicians being dispatched and approximate arrival time to the knowledge of technicians, and their sense of urgency on service calls, and their clean up of any debris of work site, I definitely will continue to deal with Goettl and glad to share 5 star review to them and their team.

So I thought I needed a minor repair, when I told them that the AC wasn’t working they insisted on coming the next day. Well turned out to be a major repair and they were able to accomplish that the next day. Stacy Was very informative. Explain exactly what was going on and that it was gonna be an expensive repair but I can’t live without AC. Quick late night(after 7PM) response for an estimate. Gentlemen was very professional. Jeff the installer came out the next morning, even a few minutes prior to the scheduled time of 9AM. Jeff was polite, professional and did a great job explaining his work and ongoing maintenance. Great job for sure!!

Jesse and Hector were very professional and personable from the moment they arrived. After I explained the issue, they got straight to work, quickly identifying the problem and performing a thorough evaluation of my system. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were—they didn’t try to upsell me or push anything I didn’t need. This was actually the second air conditioning company I called in the past two week. The first, D & H Heating and Cooling, charged me a $480 and didn’t fix the issue. In contrast, Goettl came out within an hour and discovered that a wire had been connected incorrectly, causing both my heater and air conditioner to run at the same time. I’m very thankful for their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency in diagnosing and fixing the problem at a reasonable price.
