• Inspect and clean air filters, if needed
• Clean and test gas burners
• Inspect duct and equipment connections
• Check system controls
• Verify high limit and safety control features are in operation
• Make sure heat exchanger is intact and working correctly
• Monitor and regulate fan and airflow operations
• Verify and adjust gas valves and pressure for safety
• Examine and tighten any electrical parts or connections
• Lubricate any motor bearings or any other moving parts
• Ensure thermostat is properly calibrated and working correctly
• Adjust or clean pilot, if needed
• Ensure voltage and currents are working correctly
• Check fan belt tension
• Inspect condensate drain and clear, if needed
