Hello John,
The air conditioner on the front of this card (left image) looks pretty poor, but when you consider that it has been in the Arizona heat for approximately 30 years, it looks great. During this time, it has been almost service free. I asked John Pisani if the new one he is offering us would do this well. His answer was, “If it doesn’t, you know that you will have Goettl right here to take care of it for you.”
This is our new unit (right image). Goettl didn’t make this one, but John has convinced us that this is just what we need. Thank you for having representatives that are honest and convey to us that they are more concerned about our comfort than their commission. You are blessed to have employees like this. Thanks.
