York Millennium® Rooftops offer the flexibility to meet the requirements of a wide range of

be added to the base unit to satisfy almost any specifications —from the simple
to complex. Units are offered in the following combinations: • Cooling Only •
Cooling/Gas Heating (Natural Gas or Propane) • Cooling/Electric Heat •
Cooling/Hot Water Heat • Cooling/Steam Heat In addition, these units are
designed with the flexibility to support the industry’s best practices for
indoor air quality. All these features are available on 25, 30- and 40-ton
single-package units that are easy to install, use, and maintain.
Factory-installed options, such as economizers, power exhaust, high-efficiency
motors or filtration, barometric damper relief, 0° low ambient, high-capacity
evaporator coils, and single-unit disconnect, add to the versatility of these
self-contained rooftops.
